Access to object that call me?

Any can help me with this problem.
I got:
ClassA
ClassB
ClassC
They all mine. and derived from Object.
I create "objectA" of ClassA,
then call method of "objectA", which call method of "objectB" (ClassB)
which call method of "objectC"..
At end of this in "objectC", i want to have access to "objectA"
What i should use?

  • Error: Accessing grouped objects in tab control

    I have encountered an error where I cannot use/select objects within a tab control because they are grouped together. 
    If I copy/paste the tab control it shows them grouped and I can select them but as it stands in my program I cannot select the objects.
    I would just copy/paste and work with that but I have property nodes and additional code for each of the 20 objects and would rather not have to go back and relink each property node and wire the new controls within the BD. 
    I am looking for a way of accessing the objects without having to copy+paste/recode anything.
    Please note that there is a recent post about this tab control grouping error but is geared more towards adding an error notifier to LabView rather than how to fix the error.

    "Are these objects grouped because they are in a cluster or possibly because they were grouped using the reorder menu?"
    The objects were grouped using the reorder menu on the front panel and then placed on a tab control.
    The issue was that when I tried clicking on any of the grouped objects within the tab control on the front panel, nothing would happen.
    If I double clicked, I would select the tab control on the BD. 
    I got rid of the bug by selecting everything on my BD and copying it into a new, blank VI.
    Once I did that, I was able to access the objects that were grouped on the tab control.
    Sorry for the late reply-- once I got it working I was only focused on finishing my task.

  • Thread safety bug in XPS Serializer or FixedDocument sequence? "calling thread cannot access this object..."

    Every once in a while (500 iterations or more) I'm getting an exception in the static method below stating "calling thread cannot access this object because a different thread owns it".  Thing is, this method references no external objects
    and performs no special threading operations.  All of the WPF objects are created and consumed in this method.  The only aspect that is multi-threaded is that this method can get called concurrently on different threads in the same app domain (the
    project is a Windows service). That said the fileToDecollate parameter will be unique every time, so there is no "collision" as far as that goes.
    Any ideas?   This is maddening and in theory it should not be possible to blow this error.

    I have opened a support case with Microsoft through my employer.  I'm convinced there is some .NET framework code that is not thread safe.  I did put together a test harness app that demonstrates the problem (within 30 seconds or so after

  • How do I access a data member in the class that called me?

    I have a Swing Application that calls a class FileChooser that sets up a JFileChooser. When the called classes ActionListener is invoked it gets the path from by calling a File class. The calling class calls the JFileChooser from multiple places for different reasons. When the ActionListener is invoked I need to get this path String back to the original calling class. I can't figure out how to do it. I've tried getter routines, setting up return strings. But the problem is that there isn't anyway of getting the data back to the calling class because I don't know how to access the calling class from inside an ActionListener? this must be a common thing to do. Can someone clue me in? I'm new to java and finding that it is not as easy as I had hoped to do simple things. Actually, better stated it is hard to find basic patterns to get simple tasks done, but once I figure it out it is usually a simple implementation. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    This is frontending a C++ utility with a java GUI. The GUI collects the users requirements and then shells out the utility. The first class is in one file and the second class is in a different file. The first class calls the second class to get the location of the utilities input file and it also call it to get the path of an output directory. Maybe I should have used an inner class for the second class? I'm new to Java.

  • Is there a way using lab view objects to let an object that is contained within another object get access to its owner?

    I've been playing with lvoop for 4 or 5 months now, and in general I like it very much, but I've repeatedly wanted to build classes that know something about who owns them and I can't figure out how to make this happen.
    The simple example I've been thinking about is imagine having a person class which contains a car class. Now say that I get an instance of a car class and I want to ask it who its owner is. In C++, I'd do this by giving the car class a pointer to the person class it belongs to. (Of course you have to worry about car objects that don't belong to anyone in which case the pointer has to point to NULL.)
    I've tried copying this idea by giving the car class a data value reference to a person class, but when I dereference the reference using an in place loop and call a method on it I get data from the moment the reference was made and not the current data of the person class.
    I realize this is sorta breaking data flow so maybe it's not possible on purpose?

    Yes, LVOOP uses value based references, and when you split the wire to write the owner you created a data copy. The function you're after requires you do use a DVR for all class functions in which case you'll get reference based OOP, which is more familiar coming from text based OOP.
    It just so happens that G# uses that approach, take a look at it.

  • Error could not access a java object field called allowAppDataInServContext after Applying Security

    After applying the security patch 12-26 I am getting the error "Could not access a java object field called allowAppDataInServContext".  When I removed the update the error goes away.  When I read the update it returns.
    The error states it occurred in the following line: cfapplication name="somename" clientmanagement="No" sessionmanagement="Yes" setclientcookies="Yes"

    I have a list of objects on my schema and i need to track the list of sql queries by different users that accessed by object during this time period.
    i haven't enabled any auditing yet.
    is there any way i can get that list of queries and their schemas that accessed those particular objects during a particular time period through OEM.

    So i found an approach to run all the rules simultaneously using dbms_job .But i face a problem that i can't uderstand how to send the input and out put parameter's to calling procedure.And these parameter's must be passed by variable from called procedure to calling procedure
    Please suggest me what is the syntax of dbms_job with input and output parameters with variable's that must be passed as formal parameter's

    how do I do this with useBean ?You can access a JavaBean Object property of another JavaBean inside the JSP with the use of EL (Expression Language)
    So if you are using JSP 2.0 or higher try this:
    <jsp:useBean id="user" class="your.package.User" scope="request"/>
    ${user.company.id}I tested the above and it works.
    Note that you need to set the Company object in the User object before trying to access it inside the JSP.
    You can also set it in the JSP if you want, (before trying to access it), but its cleaner to do it in a Servlet.
    Both User and Company must follow JavaBeans notation.
    So in the above case the User object is something like this:

  • Possible?Multi-Entity View Object with one Entity Object that is Read-only.

    I know this sounds crazy, but I would like to create a multi-entity view object, where one entity object is based on a table in my application (we'll call it "Users", which basically stores the primary key for the person from the institutional people database), and the other table is a entity object based on a view of the institutional people database table (read only access), which we can call "People".
    I know that since no updates will be done to the People table, it really should be a read-only View Object, but I would lose the ability to sort on attributes like Last Name, Hire date, etc, since those would be transient attributes in my ViewObject for the Users. By having People as an entity object, I can then create a multi entity view object and have the ability to join Users to People and be able to sort on the above mentioned fields (like Last Name).
    The problem is that when I use the JDev (I'm currently using 10.1.2.1) AppModule BC4J tester, when I click on the multi-entity view object that I added to the AppModule it gives me an error:
    oracle.jbo.RowCreateException) JBO-25017: Error while creating a new entity row for People.

    I have tried to change all the attributes to updateable in my entity object, but no create method, and I have tried to make them all read-only, but no effect, I get the same error (probably because the People view is read-only in my schema).
    Is there a way to change the entity object so that it will not try to create a new row when it runs the Tester? So that the multi entity view object behaves more like a view link, but gives me the added bonus of being able to sort on the Last Name column from the People table?
    Thanks for any help on this subject...at worst, I will have to use the view link method to get the job accomplished, but it would be "cooler" if this would work!

    To answer your questions, I was trying to create the Multi-entity View Object to give me more flexibility when working with my User table, and my People view. The flexibility I desired was that I would be able to sort my Users based on attributes in the People view. This is not possible when the there is only one Entity in my VO, and the People view data are all transient attributes, because they are not in the SQL statement.
    Ultimately, after working with one of my colleagues, we decided to use the approach that you mentioned by creating a read-only VO with the SQL query we want to display to the user (contains both User and People data fields), and then use a different ViewObject when performing other actions on the User Table (such as inserts/updates/deletes). By using the setWhereClauseParam() method in the handleLifeCycle() for the JSP page, we should be able to navigate between the different View Objects, so that the user does not see any difference.

  • Access Session objects

    Hi you all,
    How can I access, from a normal class which doesn't extend the HttpServlet abstract class, any session objects that might have been stored. It is a requirement that all the classes that I am using which make part of the bussiness logic cannot extend the HttpServlet. Since the HttpServlet in an abstract class I cannot create an instance of it... so how can I access any session objects without extending the HttpServlet class.
    Any help is welcome,

    You could pass the session object as a parameter to the contructor or in any method calls. However most people will tell that this is poor design an dyou should extract any needed data from the session and only pass that data to the objects instead of the entire session object.

  • Access denied (Object: com.sap.portal.system/security/no_safety)

    We are implementing EP 6.0, currently with SP11. We have developed some iViews, which are using RFC functions to get information from backend system, in this case SRM.
    Everything worked fine, till the day we’ve transported those developments into other systems (production and testing systems). We are getting the following error Access denied (Object: com.sap.portal.system/security/no_safety). This error only comes out if the iView is called from inside another one, if called isolated it works fine.
    Does any one have any idea about how to solve this?

    Hi AA, you can find in the log file in order to identify what is the object that you need to add in the security zone.
