Account parent/child - easy way to see the children?
We're making extensive use of Account parent/child relationships. When you are viewing an Account, it is very easy to see the parent Account. Navigating to the parent is very easy. Users are requesting an Account related list that shows the children Accounts and the ability to easily navigate to a child Account. Is this capability possible?

Jeff, when you are in the detailed view of a parent account there is a subobject called "Sub Accounts" which show all the child accounts for that parent.

My Mac has been stolen, but I have my iCloud account setup. The "find my mac" app has found the apartment block it's in, but I need an IP address for the police to go and claim it. Is there a way to see the IP address of my Mac through iCloud? I've tried to get the IP address through Gmail and Dropbox but no success. Shouldn't the IP address be on the box you bought the machine in? If you have the box, take it to the police as evidence that it's your machine. If I were you, I would set the firmware password when you get it back, but make sure you have the password written down in a safe place. If you forget it, there's only two ways to reset it. Either pay $400+ for the tool that can do it, or pay almost nothing for Apple to do it, I think it depends on where you live. The firmware password is this encrypted password and it can't be hacked either. The password prevents anyone from booting the machine into recovery mode, thus preventing them from restoring the computer to factory settings or performing any other functions. It's not stored in the hard drive so replacing that will be of no use either.

Is there a way to see the photo information on the iCloud sharing pages?
There seems to be an issue with Apple wanting people to see the information for each photo easily. When I share a photo in a shared album on iCloud, I don't see the title nor do I see any photo information, only the date that the photo was shared.
I DO see the date of the picture when it's in slide show view, in light font at the bottom right-easy to miss, but not when it's the basic view that allows us to scroll through the photos.
Is there a way to see the title and date of the photos on the left where the black space is and the sharing info is?
It seems that this whole Photos program is half-done...

RickThis is an easy one. In your code before you do the .execute put in the following line: String tempString = tableRowSet.getCommand(). Set a break point on the line after. Start the program in debug mode. When the program hits the break point look at the value of tempString. check your sql statment.

I can't test hands on, but you might be able to clear that OSX "fog" using a rule such as:

This could be applied using the Stylish extension or by creating/editing a userChrome.css file. -
If I've downloaded my music to an itunes library from an external hard drive and I have several duplicate songs, is there an easy way to delete the duplicate songs? Or, do I have to go through my entire library song by song to delete duplicates?

Scrubbing to determine precise edit points is useful, but seeing the dialog audio waveform would be much better.
You can see the audio waveform in additional audio-only tracks, but for cutting to dialog you really need to see the primary audio waveform that's in the video track.

No. The waveforms are only visible in the two separate audio tracks.
A work around would be to use Advanced>Extract Audio command.
This command, in spite of its name, copies the audio to one of the audio tracks and sets the volume level of the audio to zero in the video track.
Now you'll have the waveform to use in editing. When you're done with it, you could delete it and raise the volume again on the video track.

Is there a way to see the entire schema ?
We are using Information Steward 4.2. I was wondering if anyone has found a way to see the entire database schema, rather then just the 'related-to' relationships for a given table within Metadata Management.

I'm able to see the schema structure in Metadata Management.
Metadata Management ->Select Ddata Insight connection ->Select Tables ->Select Columns
which gives entire schema. -

How are you getting to full screen mode? I assume you are using Full Screen mobile add-on?
Try the following instead:
* Download Firefox Beta (v22) from google play
* Navigate to about:config
* In the search bar look for "dynamic"
* Toggle 'browser.chrome.dynamictoolbar' to 'true'
* Close the tab
Now when using Firefox beta the navigation/loading bar will disappear automatically when you scroll down a page and will reappear when you click on a link.
Please note that this is an experimental feature so there may be some issues. But I think it works better than the add-on. The feature will eventually come to the standard release version of Firefox for Android. -

Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage. Your backups are listed at the top, along with their sizes. Note: this will only list your most current backup. You may have your previous two backups available too but you cannot access any size information about them.

After editing images in Aperture, I want to overwrite the new editing to a backup external drive. Is there an easy way to "add" the new work without the long process of backing up the whole library.
But the Library is not a program. I use SuperDuper, and it is smart enough to treat Finder Packages (such as the Library) as a whole bunch of files and folders, and overwrites only those that have changed. Can't CCC be set up the same way?
