Acrobat und Outlook: keine gültige Seriennummer für Acrobat gefunden
Hallo,
Acrobat 8 Standard auf Windows 7 (64 Bit) ist lizensiert und aktiviert und funktioniert soweit problemlos und unauffällig. Die Add-ons unter Office 2010 machten Ärger und sind deaktiviert, werden aber auch nicht benötigt.
Allerdings kommt im Acrobat beim Öffnen einer angehängten PDF-Datei aus Outlook heraus folgende Fehlermeldung:
Keine gültige Seriennummer für Acrobat gefunden. Acrobat wird jetzt beendet.
Speichere ich die Datei und öffne sie über den Explorer wird sie anstandslos von Acrobat geöffnet. Auch die Voransicht funktioniert, nachdem ich den falschen Eintrag von Adobe in der Registry korrigiert habe.
Reparaturinstallation habe ich versucht.
Irgendwelche Vorschläge, wie ich aus Outlook heraus PDFs direkt öffnen kann?

Ungültige Seriennummer bei Photoshop CS2 Tryout-Version?
Ich habe die 30-Tage-Testversion von Photoshop CS2 heruntergeladen. Beim Versuch, das Programm zu installieren, erhalte ich die Meldung "Ungültige Seriennummer... Dies ist keine gültige Seriennummer. Gehen Sie zurück und geben Sie Ihre Seriennummer erneut ein." Doch bei der Testversion hat man überhaupt nicht die Möglichkeit, eine Seriennummer einzugeben. Wenn man wie empfohlen zurückgeht, muss man den Lizenzvertrag erneut akzeptieren und erhält dann erneut die obige Meldung. Woran kann das liegen und wie kann ich die Meldung übergehen, so dass sich die Testversion installieren läßt? Ich erwäge ernsthaft, mir das Programm zu kaufen, habe aber Bedenken, dass mir mit der Vollversion das gleiche Problem blüht...
Das mit der ungültigen Seriennummer bei der Tryout-Version tritt offenbar schon mal auf, wenn eine Tryoutversion vorher schon einmal unter einem Nutzer installiert war. Erneutes Installieren geht meist unter Windows XP nach dem Einrichten eines neuen Benutzers. Ansonsten scheint es ein Bug zu sein, die "normalen" Testversionen funktionieren i.d.R.. Stammt diese Version eventuell aus einer "zweifelhaften" Quelle, dann wäre ich etwas vorsichtig damit.

hallo.
mit einem mal blinkte heut morgen meine timecapsule4G gelb. ohne das ich etwas Mächte blinkte zum Nachmittag hin dann auch noch meine Express1G. das einzige was noch geht ist die Express2G. die leuchtet grün und kann mit iPad und iphone Internet nutzen und darauf zurückgreifen.
Hmm schaute nach was das Problem ist und er sagt nur Internetverbindung und Keine DNS-Server als Problem. Kann diese aber nicht beheben. Habe einen express2G als Basis. dort kommt von einem anderen Router das Lankabel/ethernetkabel rein. Internet geht hier von dem Router. PC macht aber Probleme bei dem. findet aber alle drei airports. aber hat selbst keine gültige in und sagt nicht identifiziertes Netzwerk. aber auch erst seitdem ich Basisstation neu startete. vorher nahm er das Netz von der Basis an.
Habe alle drei airports zurückgesetzt auf Standard und ein neues Netzwerk erstellt. immer noch gleiche Probleme. Basis läuft. pc und die anderen airports haben immer noch kein Internet. iphone und iPad schon.
woran liegt das, bzw was kann ich machen, es lief doch vorher alles schon drei Wochen. Geräte sind auch relativ neu. daran kann es nicht liegen, denke ich.
hat jemand ne Idee/Lösung??? -

ich habe letztlich Hilfe im telefonischen apple-Support bekommen.Vielleicht kriege ich noch zusammen, was mir der nette Herr am Telefon geraten hat. Obwohl er meinte, es gibt 1000 Möglicheiten. Wenn du im Calender die Kalenderleiste öffnest: Bei mir war neben einem Kalender, bzw. email Account ein Dreieck mit einem Ausrufezeichnen drin. Deswegen war der Tipp vom Support:
In Systemeinstellungen unter Mail, Kontakt & Kalender zu kllicken, Dort auf den email Acconut gehen, der das Problem macht, den Haken unter Aktivieren raus nehmen. Mac neu starten. Dann wieder unter Einstellungen / Mail.... den Haken bei Account aktivieren rein. Wieder neu starten (glaube ich) und dann ging wieder alles reibungslos.
Also bei mir lag das Problem am Email Account.

I have a problem using iTunes, since 4 days Im getting this post while starting iTunes: "Die Datei "iTunes Libary" ist offenbar keine gültige iTunes-Mediathek. iTunes hat versucht, eine neue iTunes-Mediathek zu erstellen und diese "iTunes Libary (Damaged)" benannt." The Libery is empty!!! After importing an older Version it does the same. So I deleted iTunes and all files, installed iTunes new and began new with the work, sorting 20.000 mp3 in playlists. After new start the same Problem iTunes Libary is empty again
I have no new soft- or hardware. My Macbook is 10 Month's old.ja, interne Festplatte. Ich hab alle Teile der Diagnose durchlaufen lassen und ausser ein paar Problemen mit Zugriffsrechten (welche behoben wurden) war da alles i.O.. Hab gerade versucht eine privious Libary um das Datumsdateinamen Ende umzubenennen und über die Datei im root des iTunes Ordners drüber zu kopieren da kam ne Fehlermeldung: "Der Finder konnte diesen Vorgang nicht abschliessen, da einige daten in "iTunes Libary" nicht gelesen oder geschrieben werden konnten. (Fehler -36)"

Acrobat 10.0.0 akzeptiert die Seriennummer nicht

mein Acrobat Pro 10.0.0 (deutsch) akzeptiert die Seriennummer der CS 5.5 Design Premium nicht.
Das Programm soll von einem älteren Mac auf einen neuen umziehen. Beide Macs haben das gleiche Mac OS X 10.10.1 (englisch).
Acrobat sagt beim Start, dass die Seriennummer ungültig ist.
Hat da jemand eine Idee/Lösung?

Ich habe die CS 4 Design Standard gekauft. da war Acrobat Pro 9 dabei - eine Seriennummer für alles.

Diese Beschreibung richtet sich an alle MacBookPro Benützer, die in ihrem MacBook eine HDD und eine SSD (an Stelle der DVD) eingebaut und Probleme mit dem Abspielen der DVD über ein externes Laufwerk haben:
Ich verwende seit Sommer 2012 ein MACBOOK PRO (Lion) mit 500GB interner HDD. Bei meinem Händler habe ich an Stelle der standardmäßig eingebauten DVD eine SSD (256GB) einbauen lassen. Die DVD wird an meinem USB-Port angeschlossen. Leider konnte ich danach keine DVDs mehr abspielen - was mir erst 3 Monate später auffiel. Die Fehlermeldung war immer: "Es ist ein Initialisierungsfehler aufgetreten - Es wurde kein gültiges DVD-Laufwerk gefunden (-70012)"
Beim längeren Surfen bin ich auf die folgende Lösung gestoßen, die ich hier gerne mitteile, da ich über diese Apple-Community nichts gefunden habe:

An Stelle des HEX Editors habe ich jedoch einen ganz normalen Text-Editor verwendet, mit "Suchen und Ersetzen" alle "Intern" durch "Extern" ersetzt und die Datei wieder als geschützte Datei im ursprünglichen Format an der Originalstelle abgespeichert.
Einziger Nachteil - man muß in der Systembibliothek das Wort INTERN auf EXTERN ändern - und das erfordert schon ein wenig Mut, da sicherlich die meisten MacUser keine "Windows-Schrauber" sind. Mir hat es geholfen - und mein Mac spielt nun Videos ohne Probleme ab. Wer ein wenig Bammel hat, kann ja die Lösungsbeschreibung mit zum nächsten APPLE-Store nehmen und einen der technisch versierteren Mitarbeiter um Unterstützung bzw. Bewertung der Lösungsmethode bitten. Die obige Lösung hat, wie gesagt, bei mir sehr gut funktioniert - ist jedoch OHNE GEWÄHR - im Zweifelsfalle Finger weglassen. Gruß joggingrocket

This solution description is dedicated to all MacBookPro users who have replaced the internal DVD + HDD combination by a SSD + HDD combiation and have run into problems when starting videos from the externally attached DVD. The error message that pops up is something like: "a valid drive could not be found error -70012." / I had that problem with my MacBookPro (Lion installed) and purchased this summer via a local dealer. Maybe they had not correctly rewritten the system file after exchanging the DVD for a SSD. Anyway, rather than waiting hours for support I decided to search the internet and found a possible solution:

Instead of using a HEX editor tool, however, I used a standard text editor, with "search and replace" functionality. I replaced all "Internal" by "External" and re-saved the file to its original location and protected it again. That worked very well - and now I can view my DVDs on the Mac. The only scary part is that you need to adjust the system file as written in the blog - should that be too scary, then I suggest you to simply contact a local APPLE store, show the solution path ad ask them for support. I am sure they'd help you. The solution worked fine for me, however I can not take any liability for others - therefore, please decide for yourself whether to change the file.

Das Problem habe ich dann so gelöst indem ich Windows neu installiert habe und dannach alle Treiber für sämtlich Hardware aktualisiert habe.

I did not see a relevant answer to this specific problem in the forums.
Of course I can print an email to acrobat PDF but I believe a fix or an update from Adobe is overdue.
I had to disable the add-on in the meantime.
Otherwise PDF maker in the right click context menu works fine.

Acrobat & MS Outlook & signatures
When I generate a new e-mail message from Acrobat with the PDF file as an attachment it creates the Outllok message without incident, but it does not include my default Outlook signature.
Does anyone know how to set up Acrobat or Outlook so it uses my "signature"?

In fact, I am having this problem “placing signatures” in ALL my Adobe forms. Anything I save as a PDF file, where in Adobe Reader ver.11 I can sign the exact same document by “placing a signature” I cannot do so in Acrobat. For example, if I type a MS Word letter (like the posted image here) that I want to send to another person, but I do not what them to have the ability to modify it, I will save the letter as a PDF file. Then, when it is a PDf file format, I will sign the letter by placing a signature, because of the convenient “placing signature” function available in Adobe Reader ver.11. If I wanted to sign the letter in MS Word BEFORE I saved it as a PDF document I would have to do an ‘Insert of a picture of my signature’, which is also easy but not as easy and convenient as placing a signature in Reader 11.
This problem began when I downloaded Acrobat 11 as a trial. Now, suddenly, I cannot do this simple “placing a signature function but instead I get the digital nonsense. I have to close the file, and re-open it is Reader 11 to placing a signature.

The common element is Outlook 2013, but Microsoft Tech says it is a Adobe issue since other apps work. Was using Acrobat 9 to Outlook 2003 32bit under Win XP 32bit.

I have 2 computers in my network, both run Win 7 Pro 64bit; Acrobat 11.0.5; Outlook 2013 64bit. Each computer will not email, returned the message "there is no default mail client". (Each computer has a separate license for Acrobat, Outlook 2013)
Edited the registry in 1 computer, it worked. This computer was running Acrobat 11.0.0 at the time of the registry edit. Acrobat upgraded automatically to v11.0.5 it corrupted the registry files, Outlook would not open until it rejected the Acrobat Add-in "Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin". This happened in both computers. I then edited the registry in the other computer and it worked.
Each computer boots up to "there is no default mail client" pop up. Ran repair in both Acrobat and Outlook, didn't work. No issue other than the Addins corrupts Outlook 2013. Each computer has the same issue. Home computer with Win 8 Pro 64bit, Acrobat 11.0.5, Outlook 2013 64bit, with Addins and registry edit, is working fine.
The issue seems to be 32bit Acrobat conflicts with 64bit Outlook 2013. What does the Addin do? -

Other computers I have used include a function in outlook that allows you to convert emails or folders of emails into pdfs by either clicking on a "convert to pdf" button in the toolbar, or by right clicking and selecting the convert to pdf function for selected emails or folders. My laptop did not have acrobat pro and so those options were not available in outlook (2011). I purchased and installed acrobat pro for my laptop, but the options are still not available in outlook. I thought maybe the options would become available simply reloading outlook, or restarting my computer, or updating outlook, but no luck. How do I make these options available in outlook?
Everything is apparently up to date as there are no updates available. I also tried the link you provided, but was unsuccessful. Specifically, I don't have a general option to "open" microsoft office. I can open the programs within office, but I am unable to configure or run microsoft office, generally, as its own program. I have also been unable to view that adobe acrobat pro "add-on" in any microsoft program in order to activate, deactivate, or add it in mircosoft office or its programs.
I am using "Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011."
Any other thoughts are welcome (or a number to call support to ask someone about a fix). -
Wer hat Erfahrung mit VB6, Acrobat und DDE?

mit VB6 und Acrobat SDK 5.0 will ich jedes PDF-File öffnen, dass Format (Größe) des PDF-Files bestimmen und entsprechend dem Format den Druck des Files an den entsprechenden Drucker ausgeben.
Bis zum Punkt Drucken funktioniert alles. Nur die Ausgabe auf verschiedene
Drucker funktioniert nicht. D.h., mit VB6 kann ich den Systemprinter immer wechseln, aber Acrobat druckt nach dem Programmstart nur auf den Systemdrucker, welcher vor dem Start von Acrobat eingestellt war. Eine Lösung wäre: mit VB > PDF-File öffnen, Acrobat öffnen, Format bestimmen, entsprechenden Drucker merken, Acrobat schließen, Systemdrucker mit VB ändern,
Acrobat öffnen und PDF-File drucken, nächstes File - gleicher Ablauf.
Äußerst umständlich!
Zweite Möglichkeit mit VB und DDE den Befehl "FilePrintTo" oder "FilePrintToEx" zu senden, während Acrobat schon gestartet ist. Leider fehlen mir die Erfahrungen mit DDE.
Wer hat schon Erfahrung mit VB6, Acrobat und DDE? Über ein Beispiel, wie oben benötigt, wäre ich dankbar.

Ich setze in einem Programm den ShellExecute ein, damit funktioniert das Drucken dann unabhängig davon, ob Acrobat oder nur der Reader installiert ist (war bei uns ein Problem)
Dem "PrintTo" kannst du auch den entsprechenden Druckernamen (und Anschluss) mitgeben. Den passenden Drucker musst du dir halt vorher aus der Printers-Auflistung holen.
Der ganze Print-Aufruf sieht dann so aus:
iRet=ShellExecute(Me.hwnd, "printto", "C:\TEMP\TEST.PDF", "HP Laserjet 6P" winspool Ne01:
, "", SW_SHOWMINNOACTIVE)
Dabei musst du natürlich den enstprechenden Dokumentnamen und den bei dir passenden Drucker eintragen.
Ich hoffe, das hat ein bisschen geholfen?

Es gabe ein Update auf 11.0.10. Es lud die Datei runter, fing an zu installieren, brach das Update ab und zeigte ein Fenster in dem stand:
"Das Update konnte nicht angewendet werden, da sich der Anwendungsinhalt von Adobe Acrobat seit der Erstinstallations geändert hat. Installieren sie Adobe Acrobat neu und wiederholen sie den Vorgang. Fehler: 1301".
Ich deinstalliert Acrobat und wollte es neu installieren. Ging aber leider nicht. Auch hier kam eine Fehlermeldung (7):
"Exit Code: 7

Danach konnte man zwar auf wiederholen klicken und es "fertig installieren". Nur gab es dann das Problem, dass nach dem Öffnen von Acrobat die Lizenzvereinbarung an zu nehmen ist, die aber keinen Inhalt, mal abgesehen von der Überschrift, zeigte. Der Button Annehmen funktioniert einfach nicht. Nur zu beenden war das Trauerspiel.Ja. Es hat funktioniert. Ich hab vor kurzem meine ganze Technik aktualisiert und komplett neu aufgesetzt. Mac mini und MacBook. Auf beiden funktionierte Acrobat. Jetzt nur noch beim Mac mini. Und egal was ich tue, auch das was du vorschlägst, funktioniert nicht. Und das macht mich kirre. Ehrlich!
Allerdings liegt bei mir auch noch irgendwo ne Creative Suite 6 rum. Ich find sie nur nicht mehr. Vielleicht wäre der Umweg, erst per DVD zu installieren und "vielleicht" einer folgender Aktualisierung, sinnvoller. Ich dreh noch durch, Doc.
Und das schlimmste ist, dass man von Adobe gar kein ans Rohr kriegt. Man konnte doch mal solche Vorgänge, ähnlich nem Ticker, starten. Das funz leider auch nicht mehr. Da frag ich mich schon für was ich monatlich zahle. Nerv, Dude. -
