Acrobat XI crashes when opened

Question

Adobe Acrobat XI has been working fine for months.  I have it installed on 5 machines all with Windows 7 and the same specs.  Every time I attempt to open the program or a pdf file, Acrobat crashes.
I logged into 4 of the 5 machines yesterday and did the following:
Ran disk cleanup
Ran disk defrag
Restarted the computer
The one machine I didn't touch still works fine.  I know it has to be something that I did but I cannot figure it out.  All 5 machines are running a managed version of Norton so they all receive the same updates.  Windows updates are up to date on all 5 machines.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat XI and still had the same issue.  I found and installed an old version of Acrobat 7 and it works great.

That's file "IManAcrobat10.api" is NOT an Acrobat plug-in.  I looked in both Acrobat 10 and Acrobat 11 plug_ins folder and it does not exist in my default installations. 
Go to your Plug_ins folder at:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat\Plug_ins\
Find the file named "IManAcrobat10.api" and move it to the desktop
Then try launching Acrobat XI.
