Activating BP scenario for Ecom with R/3 backend

Dear All,
I am new to the functionality Ecom with r/3 backend. I have configured Ecom BP (220_BB_ConfigGuide_EN). Now i'm trying to test the BPP. I have created two layouts Layout1 and Layout2.
If I click on any og the layout I get the error:

Also, When i try to create shopping basket, after entering the product manually H11 etc and click on update i get the error:

I am having exactly the same problem. I have deactivated IPC in shop admin. How do I deactivate in the XCM settings? I do not see that in any place...
I am sure I am missing something here..I am new to this ISA with R/3 backend.

 Where can I find such guideline ? I have checked the article: implementing RosettaNet with XI 3.0, but it cannot help me.
 Another question is how I can develop my own scenarios for the RNIF standards which are not included in XI RosettaNet business package ?

See the instructions below after you installed the RosettaNet STK.
Below given is the sample config for PIP3B2 Scenario. Part I is using STK and Part II is using 2 XI systems.
Part I. Test Using STK
In your XI ID:
1) Define both the parties 1) Shipper(Your Partner) 2) Receiver(Your company) with identifiers like DUNS Number.
2) In ID goto>Tools>Transfer Integration Scenarios from IR-->select the scenario "PIP3B2_Receiver" from the drop down list.
3) Follow the 4 steps in the config wizard.
4) While creating your CC, create it from the channel template delivered with the RosettaNet BP.
 4.1) Specify the URL for STK which should be in the following format
http://<STK Server>:<port>/rosettanet/servlet/listenerServlet?userId=<Party Name>
 4.2)In the location fields, enter your location and your partner location.
In your STK
1) Start the RosettaNet STK.
2) enter the UserID<Partner Name in XI>
3) Select the Test Scenario, 3B2V01.01-AdvanceShipmentNotification-0001-Scenario-Shipper
4) Enter Global Business ID(DUNS Number) and Location ID for both the partners. These fields should be same as in your R/3 Party configuration.
5) Enter the URL as follows:
http://<XI Server:<J2EE_Port>/MessagingSystem/receive/RNIFAdapter/RNIF
If everything is configured correctly as mentioned, you should be able to test your single-action scenario.
Part II Test using another XI System
For these follow the steps above for XI Config.
Configure one XI System as PIP3B2 Shipper using the Scenario "PIP3B2_Shipper" and config wizard as mentioned above.
Configure the other XI as PIP3B2 Receiver using the scenario "PIP3B2_Receiver" and config wizard.
In the Url field, specify the URL as follows:
http://<XI host>:<J2EE_Port>/MessagingSystem/receive/RNIFAdapter/RNIF

Do not have authorization for access with activity 03 on the InfoProvider

Hi,
I have developed new cube & ODS and created new Web Templates based on queries on these Infoproviders.
I have created new role and adde these templates to menu of this Role.
In Authorization profile i have used following Authorization objects.
S_RS_BTMP
S_RS_COMP
S_RS_COMP1
S_RS_ICUBE
S_RS_ODSO
In all these objects i hace selected activity 3.
Infoarea used for these new Cube & ODS is also added and for cube & ODS selection ihave used * (full authorization)
But when user is opening the web template it is showing error messahe
"You do not have authorization for access with activity 03 on the InfoProvider ZICXEROX."
Is there is any authorization object missing in the profile?

Wrong with activation key product for windows 7

I have downloaded windows 7 from my college website (Microsoft Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 Debug/Checked
Build 32-bit (English) - DreamSpark )
then I chose windows 7 home basic during installation
finally every time I try to active windows 7 it says "the product key
you entered wont work with this edition of windows 7 you must either run windows 7 setup or enter a windows home basic product key"
do I picked a wrong version in the installation of windows 7 ? whats the matter ? my windows got three more days to be activated and I dont know what to do, there wasn't any description on
my college website on how to active
please help me ASAP !

Direct material procurement in PDP scenario for classic mode

Dear Gurus,
We have configured classic scenario in our SRM 7.01 with backend system ECC 6.0 Enhpk 5. We have PDP scenario for direct material as one of the requirement. The requirement generated in MRP in the ECC backend system will be sent to SRM SOCO for sourcing. Once the right source of supply is found, the follow-on purchase order needs to be created in the ECC backend system in direct material mode.
However, the SAP SRM standard supports only indirect material procurement in PDP scneario for classic mode. How to enable the direct material procurement? Could you suggest any BAdi to be used here?

Hello,
You need to activate the Bsdi 'ME_REQ_SOURCING_CUST' for transferring the purchase requisitions from ERP to SAP SRM.
Some details about the method involved for the same are mentioned below :
Mehtod : IF_EX_ME_REQ_SOURCE_CUST~ACTIVE
->when parameter CV_AUT_SOURCING is set to true, external sourcing (e.g. SRM system) is active in ERP system
->when parameter CV_EXT_RFX_IND is set to true, RFx can be created out of PR directly from ERP system using application CPPR
->when parameter CV_EXT_SC_IND is set to true, PR in ERP system will be transferred to SRM using application CPPR
Method b. IF_EX_ME_REQ_SOURCE_CUST~CHECK_EXTERNAL_SOURCE
Here you need to maintain the logic / condition for which PR has to be transfered to SOCO.
Example
IF ( is_req_item-ekgrp = 'SRM' AND is_req_item-matkl = '100' )
cv_ext_sourcing = cl_mmpur_constants=>yes.
ENDIF.
When this BADI is active whenever you save a PR with say the purchasing group as SRM and material group is 100 (as per sample code above), system automatically triggers the PR transfer from ERP to SRM by xml's.

Scenarios for general ledger accounting

Is there additional scenarios to assign in FI apart from the following ones : FIN CCA/FIN CONS/FIN PCA/FIN SEGM/FIN_UKV/FIN GSBER as I am looking into retrieving from FAGLFLEXT the transaction type (RMVCT) and plant fields (WERKS) which I already added to the table but the fileds are blank although the informations is on the document on BSEG.
So I assume I have to assign additional scenarios to have the data duplicated from BSEG to FAGLFLEX.
Is it possible to create scenarios and if so how to proceed in custo?

I am try to develop webservice for soap with attachments for the sending images like jpg,tiff,gif.
it works fine when I statically attach the file
but when i pass dynamically the file name it will give me error for the call.invoke() method

Using the Smart Form trace, you can trace how a Smart Form was processed during printing. You can then see, for example, the sequence in which the nodes were run or the point at which processing terminated due to an error.
Integration
The trace is activated in transaction SFTRACE or by the user. When the trace is activated, Smart Forms stores a trace on the database for each output, using the generated function module. You can set the degree of detail for this trace. The Smart Form trace is automatically deactivated again after a day. The stored trace files are, however, retained.
In deliveries before SAP Web AS 6.10, the trace can be started in transaction SMARTFORM_TRACE.
Prerequisites
The trace output is user-specific. The trace is therefore only recorded with the user who activated it. For traces to be recorded for batch input, the batch therefore has to be run under the user who activated the trace. This is automatically the case if you do not specify an explicit batch user when scheduling a batch.
Activities
Activate and configure the trace.
Call a form - if the trace is activated, Smart Forms automatically stores a trace on the database.
Analyze the trace.
Deactivate the trace if you no longer require it. You can deactivate the trace using the Deactivate pushbutton in Trace management (transaction SFTRACE).
Activating and Configuring the Trace
Use
The trace is deactivated in the default setting. If you want to use the processing of a form to search for errors, you have to activate and configure the trace beforehand.
Procedure
Start transaction SFTRACE (trace management).
If the trace is not activated, you can activate it by choosing the Activate pushbutton. The status in trace management then changes to Trace active.
Set the trace level and other options.
Confirm your entries with the Enter key.
Result
Provided that the trace is activated for your user, Smart Forms creates a new trace each time you call a Smart Form. To avoid the trace being used unnecessarily, Smart Forms deactivates it again after one day. You can also deactivate it yourself before this time by choosing the Deactivate pushbutton.
Stored traces are listed in the Traces in the database table. This table is not, however, automatically updated after a trace has been stored. To update the table, choose Refresh ().
Analyzing Trace Output
Use
If a user has activated the trace, Smart Forms creates a trace every time this user calls a Smart Form, even if they have left transaction SFTRACE. The trace can be viewed in the system or downloaded as a file in this transaction.
Prerequisites
You have activated and configured the trace and created a trace run. You have updated the table in the Traces in the database frame.
Procedure
All trace runs stored on the database are displayed in the Traces in the database frame.
Displaying the Trace in the System
Select a line using the pushbuttons on the left side of the table.
Choose Display Trace.
In the default setting, the trace is only displayed to trace level 15 (document information) at first. To show other levels, use the pushbuttons in the application toolbar.
Exporting the Trace into a Local File
Select a line using the pushbuttons on the left side of the table.
Choose Export.
You can now store the whole trace locally on your PC using a file dialog.
Once stored, trace files can be displayed again in the system using the Read trace from local file function.

Error activating CIF model for subcontractor PO w/component requirements

Hello CIF experts,
I'm having a problem with the CIF POs and PReqs between ECC and SCM. If the CIF model is already active, then a subcontractor PO with component requirements is created (the material exists in SCM but the components do not exist in SCM) then the order CIFs successfully to SCM.
However, if the CIF model is deactive, then a subcontractor PO with component requirements is created (the material exists in SCM but the components do not exist in SCM), then when the CIF model is activated, it fails. The error is "Product x for location y in model z does not exist".
We do not want to send all components to SCM because we do not plan components and do not want to overload SCM with additional data.
Can anyone answer why the order CIFs successfully if the model is active but why it fails when trying to activate the model?

You have mentioned that you get an error that product X - loc Y does not exist in APO. Does this " product X" refer to the parent material or component material ? If the product X refers to component material then check your PO integration model and make sure the component is not included in the filter criteria by mistake - CFM5 tcode .
I understood your scenario and i believe that you must be able to transfer the parent subcontracting PO successfully to APO . Please delete the error queue and check your master data again in APO. Check if the parent material - location exists in APO and then create the integration model and activate it.

MIGO / MB01 - Barcode scenario for archiving just for certain plants

I'm trying to activate the barcode scenario for archiving delivery notes when posting a goods receipt. We are working with several plants but the barcode scenario should be activated just for certain plants .
Does anyone have an idea how I can use barcode scenario for certain plants?

Hi Petra,
not sure, if your question already had been answered. But if not, I think what you need is to create documenttypes for each plant. Also create different Contenet Reps and link them to the corresponding documenttype. In TA OAC5 you can activate the barcode scenario for each plant.
