Add a prefix to sign an XML file

Hello,
I use an X509 certificate to sign an XML file but the prefix related to the signature is missing, I have to add the "ds" one.
How to add this prefix without having to break my signature?
I used this site to get some help but the checking signature fails by adding the "ds" prefix : http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/ms148731%28v=vs.110%29.aspx
Thanks

Seems that is the same case with
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/381517/net-signed-xml-prefix
which shows that is not suggested.

  • I want to add an tag dynamically into an xml file

    i have created an xml file and parsed it after parsing if a parameter is passed i have to dyna mically create an element and add that child node to the xml file can anyone help me

    You can add nodes to a DOM (Document object model). There are appropriate create methods in the Document object.
    And, if you want to, you can turn the modified DOM back into XML using java.xml.transform classes.

  • Add node at particular location in XML file

    I'd like to add an item to a particular location in an XML file.  Location of parent node is given by string variable "itemtoaddto" and the XML file is given by "myXML":
    function TraverseXMLfile(itemtoaddto,myXML): void {
        var AttributeList:XMLList = myXML.attributes() + myXML.*.attributes() + myXML.*.*.attributes();
         for each (var labelname:XML in AttributeList) {
          if(labelname == itemtoaddto){
            trace (labelname + "match found!!!!!");
            myXML.*.labelname.appendChild(<SON name="Will" bday="01/15" />);
    In the above code, the parent item is being found in fact it's printing the "match found!!!!!" message.  However, the line
           myXML.*.labelname.appendChild(<SON name="Will" bday="01/15" />);
    is giving the following error:
         TypeError: Error #1086: The appendChild method only works on lists containing one item.
    Can someone help please? thanks.

    Is it possible in transformation?
    Any idea, please suggest.

    I have never come across any functionality like that.
    However I assigned values to attributes in Assign Acitivity using XML Fragment on source side.

  • Add virtual directory to orion-web.xml file of embedded OC4J instance

    I'd like to add a virtual directory to the orion-web.xml file of the embedded OC4J application which comes with JDeveloper (version 10.1.3.3.0.4157). Every time I run my application however, a new orion-web.xml file is created which overwrites the orion-web.xml file with my virtual directory. The orion-web.xml is located in the <JDev_Home>\jdev\system\oracle.j2ee.10.1.3.41.57\embedded-oc4j\application-deployments\current-workspace-app\<app Name> directory.
    Does anybody know a solution to this problem?
    Regards,
    Matthieu

    hi there,
    i have the same problem, all the configuration files are included in the EAR file, like application.xml,...
    but the orion-web.xml is not included.
    I dont have that option that you mencioned File->New->Deployment Descriptiors -> web...for oc4j...
    I can create a EAR, WAR or JAR in File->New->Deployment Profiles.
    I need the orion-web.xml to define the MIME types the servlet can return, is it really needed?

  • While signing a .XML file a message "cannot read the file for signing" is displayed. What is the solution.

    An official site incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in requires .XML files to be uploaded. When .XML files are uploaded without digital signatures there is no problem. When digital signatures are required for signing the same a message 'CANNOT READ THE FILE FOR SIGNING" is displaced. It happens with CHROME and IE also. The solution which I have devised is that I copy the .XML files in a folder called FAKEPATH in C: drive and pick the file for signing from this folder. The browser allows the file to sign with digital signatures. What is the solution.

  • Best way to add, modify, delete, query data in XML file

    I want to store the data of my application in XML files (not in Databases).
    I had search for clear responses in this forum but none of them satisfied me.
    What is the best approach to do that without third party products, just with Sun XML related apis..
    thanks!

    - if you manipulate your data with java beans, you can benefit from XMLEncoder / XMLDecoder classes,
    - else simply persist your DOM objects in files...
    all this can be achieved with J2SE 1.4

  • Add xmlns tag to Xml file using DBMS_XMLGEN

    I am using Oracle Release 10.1.0.4.2 version .
    I want to create a xml file according to some data available in the relational database tables. For the same i created object types and then view with the object types since data is scattered in many tables.
    Then i used DBMS_XMLGEN.getxml to generate the xml with query from the object view.
    Is there an option to add xmlns attribute to the generated xml file.
    Please let me know if any additional details are needed.

    If you want to add the namespace declaration in the root element, I don't think it's possible with DBMS_XMLGEN directly.
    You can instruct DBMS_XMLGEN to treat some object fields as XML attributes by prefixing them with "@" (e.g. "@my_attribute") but you cannot control that for enclosing elements.
    A possible solution is to add it afterwards using XSLT, or insertChildXML, but apparently the latter is not available in your version.
    However...
    For the same i created object types and then view with the object types since data is scattered in many tables.Since the data comes from different tables, why not use SQL and SQL/XML functions to build the document?
    It's straightforward, simple, and doesn't need additional objects.

  • How to update data in a xml file.

    I am able to retrieve data from a xml file but not able to update data. Also how can i add or delete node from a xml file.

    Hi,
    For some time I have also been trying to do the same thing with no success. So far I have tried a few approaches like $.post functions $.ajax post functions and HTML5 fileWriter functions. I am not well aware of the web development techniques but as fas as I understand the post or update of the json file should be done on the serverside mainly because of security issues. I am not sure how appbuilder works entirely and if there is any way to do this.
    Have you managed to find a solution ?
    (P.S. my goal is to update my chart data which is of course json file. So the idea here is to get some values from the user input and update the json file values then refresh the chart and display it with the new values).
    Best Regards,

    Hy folks,
    I´m frim Brasil and I've been studying the tool EFM (Eletronic File Manager) to learn more about it!
    There I saw that we can extract to XML "any" infomation from the database we want, mainly through the GEP.
    However, as I've seen, this Add-On can not import any XML file into SBO, unless for the BFP wich can be imported in conjunction with the BTHF Add-on.
    So I ask: how is it possible to import XML data into SBO database? Is it possible to be done through the EFM? or  it´s really necessary to write a code specifically to do that?
    Besides, I know that de B1iSN fit to this necessity... but when I tried to use it, by the custom "object" for BP, for example, there are some data wich the mapping conteined in this custom "process" that can not be imported... I tried to understand how to map those other fields not imported by the custom but this has been dificult to me as I am a implementation consultant focused in administrative process not on development...
    Could you please help me with this subject!
    Thanks a lot,
    Denis
