Add additional page to Remittance Advice

Hello Experts,
I am working on Remittance Script.
In Remittance Advice , there are three pages, FIRST,NEXT and LAST.
I need to add additional page to the existing Remittance layout.
This page should show the additional data for all PO/SES related to the invoice and should be printed before the last page which just contains summary.
I am able to add the additional page with CONTROL_FORM but am not sure how to print the data
on it. I tried creating an additional main window but it says there can be only one main window (which already exists in the layout)
there can be multiple pages with the PO/SES data.
Requst you to please help me in this.

Hi,
Try to check for the Page name equal to your summary page in Main window and print the details which you want to present only in that page. You can use the symbol &ITCTG-TDPAGE& to get the current page.

You can customize it using Workflow Builder but I do not think you can add a logo -- Can the E-mail Remittance Advice be Modified (Doc ID 225417.1)

I'm trying to achieve 2 things with my form:
How can I remove the first blank page (its giving me a headache)
How can I script the 'add page' button to automatically add unlimited additional pages (page 4 to be precise) to my form?

Hi,
If you select page1 and go to the Object > Pagination palette and change the Place from "Top of next page" to "Follow previous". The additional page will disappear.
To add new instances of page3, you need to go to the Object > Binding palette and specify that that subform is to be repeated.
Then in the click event of the add page button, you would have the following JavaScript (please note that "_" is shortand for instanceManager).
_Page3.addInstance(true);

Ability to add additional pages to scan is now missing

Hi -
I am using the Officejet 6700 all-in-one printer. When scanning a document, the preview screen of the HP software used to have the + and - signs to add additional / remove unwanted scans. Now, the + and - signs are no longer there. I cannot find any other way to add additional scans to the current job.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like there is a problem with the software. Since the option to add/remove pages is missing, I feel the best thing to do is uninstall and reinstall the software.
Please complete the following steps and let me know the outcome;
Hold down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the run box, type %temp%
Delete all files and folders from the temp folder. Choose skip if any pop ups appear saying any of the files could not be deleted
Uninstall the software again - Uninstalling the Printer Software Instructions
When the uninstall has completed restart the computer
Follow these steps to reset the registry settings and options for Windows Installer.
Hold down the Windows Logo key on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the run box
In the Open box, type msiexec /unregister, and then click OK.
Hold down the Windows Logo key on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the run box
In the Open box, type msiexec /regserver, and then click OK
*Note: there is a space between the c and the /

Can you have a multple choice section then depending on the answers add additional pages to the form

I am trying to create a form that when they answer the multiple choice questions it will add additional forms to the bottom of the form is this possible? if so how, I am a complete novice it this. Thanks

I am using Aperture to make a photo book. I have about 400 photos in the project. I am able to select the photos I want for 20 pages, then when I try to add a page, all the pictures are selected. How do I add additional pages and still control the pix

I am allowed to pick and choose photos until I fill 20 pages. Then when I select add page, I am allowed to select all the pictures in the project. I am not allowed to select. David, have you enabled the "Autoflow" options? There are settings behind the cogwheel, that will automatically place unused images onto new pages. If you only want to select a few images from a large project, disable these two options:
Or start your book froman album, that only contains a selection of your images, rather than from the whole project.

How do you add additional pages in Pages 09 visual report

I'm trying to create a report in Pages 09 using the Visual Report template. I have over 150 photos to include in the report - 4 to a page. I have two questions. The first one is how do I add pages beyond the 2 on the template. Secondly, is there a way to group all 150 pictures and have them inserted into the document all at once or do I have to drag each one over individually?

If you want more photo pages, select the appropriate template master from the Sections icon on the Toolbar.
You can drag multiple images onto your .pages template but they will come in in a clump.
The whole point of the template is the neat formatted style of the image and you get that by dragging photos individually onto the image placeholders.
Are you using:
Menu > View > Show Media Browser
to drag in your photos? Or are you going straight from the Desktop? Either method works.
In the Desktop you can arrange your images in Icon view and make them large enough to identify and rearrange them into the order you want to bring them in. Line up your .pages template with the open icon view window next to it then just drag over the images into the template with a simple click > slide > drop.

Help! Extending PDF adds duplicate pages

I am creating a dynamic XML form.
There are 2 sections in the form where the user may need to add additional pages, which I have added buttons for using instanceManager. Everything works just swell, until I open it in Acrobat to extend the features so that users can save data in the form. After I save it in Acrobat and open it back up again in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, it has taken the liberty to insert additional pages to one of the sections.
I have checked to make sure that the Min Count is set to 1 and there is no Initial Count set. I did try setting Initial Count to 1, but it did not solve the issue.
The extra pages can be removed using a "Remove Page" button I added to the form, but once the form is saved and re-opened, all the extra pages are still there.
When I set the Max to 1 (in Object -> Binding), it does keep the extra pages from being automatically added, but then of course the user is unable to add extra pages.

Hi,
In your report footer, set it to create a new page before it is printed (In 'Section Expert', select the Report Footer -> 'Paging' tab -> Check 'New Page Before' checkbox). Throw your Terms & Conditions into the Report Footer section.
If you already have a Report Footer that you want to keep, just split the footer into two sections (Right-click the Report Footer section -> 'Insert Section Below') and follow the same procedure for the newly created section.

How do I add an email body text for remittance advices / payment advices?

I am trying to send an email body text with the pdf remittance advice to my vendors.
Background:
We are running automatic payments to vendors via transaction F110. We have configured the pay run to produce remittance advices for vendor payments. Finally we activated the BTE 00002040, through transaction FIBF, to use a custom copy of the function module SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040.
Our payment run sends emails with pdf-file attachments to our vendors correctly.
<b>The Issue:</b>
I can not find a way to add text to the body of the email with the attached remittance advice.
Has anyone advise on how to populate the email body with text?

Want to add text to mail body of BACS Remittance Advice

Blelow is the requirement.
User is sending the remittance advice to vendors, user wants to include a u2018fixedu2019 text also in that mail.
User is sending remittance advice to vendor in PDF format which is attached in a mail, I need to add some text to mail body.
But not able to find how mail body is filled up.
Main program RFFOGB_T u2013 Payment program
Includes RFFORI06 u2013 Remittance advice
Can you please suggest how I will be able to add the text to the mail ?

Its helped a lot.
But one doubt,what is process exit and how to search the same from a program or include.
The required code(which is there in note) is there in include 06 but which process exit I will use for the BACS remittance and how to fill the value of finaa-mail_body_text in process exit.
Please give me a clear idea.
