Additional cost for uploading "paid" apps to App Store?

I am new to apple platform, I am currently developing my first application, I just want to learn if I need to pay extra money for selling apps on AppStopre (except 99$ developer program)

You do not have to pay up front, no. Apple gets their money by taking a percentage of the price of any copy of the app they sell.

Is there any chance that .app file can be decompiled ? For security perpose, is there need of code obfuscation for uploading the app in appstore ? What are the ways to obfuscate the code ?

Apps are compiled and signed. For extra security against pirates, you should verify the signed receipt as well. All the instructions are on the developer site.

Welcome to the Support Communities!
If you change your Apple ID you will need to sign in with the new information or password the next time you use an Apple service or feature that uses Apple ID. If you have multiple devices that use features and services that require an Apple ID, you will need to sign in again on each device.

Group Cost - Additive cost for mark-ups

Dear Experts:
Here's my scenario:
a) Group Costing activated with 10 and 31 views in OB22.
b) Plant A, Company Code A sells to Plant B, Company Code B via inter-company STO
c) Cross-company costing active for legal valuation
I'm looking to cost a material in Plant B with a mark-up in the legal valuation view and have created a cost component for 'Delta Profit for Group Costing' at the company code level. This cost component does not allow any cost elements to be assigned to it. But during CK74n, the system won't let me create additive costs for the Group Costing (or any variant) without using one....sort of a catch 22 situation!
Kindly help what I'm doing wrong..

Can't believe I asked this question - the additive costs don't show up when creating cost estimates using the Group Valuation costing variant!

I went into settings, iTunes & App Store and tapped on my appleID, then signed out. I went back into the App Store on my phone and tried to download the app and then signed in again, and it worked!

I can help you get your shortcut back! Here's what you'll need to do (Add a shortcut to home screen). If you accidentally deleted the application altogether, you can download it again in the Play Store. Note: If you're referring to your Market application, the name has changed to the Google Play store.

If I purchase an Appstore gift card for the Mac App store, does the credit also apply to itunes, and the regular iOS App Store?

The iTunes Store and Mac App Store use the same user database, so any credit in your account can be used in either place. Gift cards, while they may be labeled as one or the other, are actually identical and can be redeemed though either the iTunes Store or the Mac App Store.
Note, though, that gift cards for the Apple Store are completely different and cannot be used in either the iTunes Store nor the Mac App Store.

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with another Apple ID with a new Apple ID.
