ADF navigation lockup problem

We are using ADF10133.We are experiencing navigation lockup problem.
If the application idle for 30sec then navigation wont work.I have enter again application homepage url and go ..on. Of course user session still exist.
Recently, Quarterly CPU patch applied to App server10133.Did any body experienced these kind of navigation lockup problems?
Thanks in advance
kaleem

Sorry for being a bit annoying...
But .... no one has answered my question yet......though you promised...
Eventually I’ve somehow solved the trouble by replacing the “ panelBinding.releaseDataControl ” with
“ panelBinding.release(DCDataControl.REL_VIEW_REFS)
panelBinding.getBindingContext().remove(panelBinding.getName());”
In the doDefaultCloseAction() method
it seems like it works good now.
I reconstructed a bit my code
Now I’m invoking the internal frames this way:
private void jMenuDeptVoc_actionPerformed(ActionEvent e) {
FormCreateDeptView deptVoc = new FormCreateDeptView();
this.getJMenuDeptVoc().setEnabled(false);
deptVoc.setBindingContext(panelBinding.getBindingContext());
this.deskTopPane.add(deptVoc);
I looked through the following how to:
http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/howtos/10g/jcmultiform/index.html
there is an additional method there, which is invoked before creating a new frame where the binding container for the panel binding is created:
private void createDetailBinding()
String detailBCName = "DetailFormUIModel";
if (panelBinding.getBindingContext().get(detailBCName) == null)
DCBindingContainerDef bcdef = (DCBindingContainerDef)JUMetaObjectManager.getJUMom().findLoadedObject("sample.DetailFormUIModel");
DCBindingContainer bc = bcdef.createBindingContainer(panelBinding.getBindingContext());
bc.setName(detailBCName);
panelBinding.getBindingContext().put(detailBCName, bc);
But since createBindingContainer(BindingContext) method has been deprecated in 10.1.3 i skipped this step.
Nevertheless my program is working now I still wonder if the way I’m doing it is right.
Thanks. Alex.

    This might be the problem:
    C:\Documents and Settings
    Spaces in the directory is not really a good idea. You should modify it to some dir without spaces.

  • Web Center app with ADF Security - login problem

    I have a custome Oracle Web Center app.
    I have a page.html with an embedded login form posting to j_security_check. I've configured the ADF security policies to redirect to a JSPX on successful login.
    When I try the correct username/password, I get redirected not to the page I defined in ADF, but to the root page http://127.0.0.1:7101/MyApp-ViewController-context-root/
    and i get
    Error 403--Forbidden
    I've checked the weblogic.xml as per http://andrejusb.blogspot.com/2009/12/solving-error-403-forbidden-in-adf.html, all the required entries are there.
    This works fine if i use a Login link with
    destination="#{'/adfAuthentication?login=true&amp;end_url=/faces/postLogin.jspx'} "
    which redirects to the default login.html and then to the right page. I've copied the form from the default login.html into my master HTML page.
    Hope my question is clear. Any suggestions why it is going to the wrong URL after login.
    Is there anything specific I should see in the jazn-data.xml or web.xml regarding the post-login URL since i cant see that in either.
    P.S. Have been advised to try here when I originally asked this in the WebCenter forum. Web Center app ADF Security - login problem
    Edited by: new_to_webcenter on 18-Jan-2011 05:25

    Thanks for your response Frank.
    The web.xml has
    <security-constraint>
    <web-resource-collection>
    <web-resource-name>adfAuthentication</web-resource-name>
    <url-pattern>/adfAuthentication</url-pattern>
    </web-resource-collection>
    <auth-constraint>
    <role-name>valid-users</role-name>
    </auth-constraint>
    </security-constraint>
    <login-config>
    <auth-method>FORM</auth-method>
    <form-login-config>
    <form-login-page>/login.html</form-login-page>
    <form-error-page>/error.html</form-error-page>
    </form-login-config>
    </login-config>
    When configuring ADF Security via JDev , I chose "Redirect upon successful authentication" to the Welcome Page
    "/faces/postLogin.jspx"
    this then adds into web.xml
    <servlet>
    <servlet-name>adfAuthentication</servlet-name>
    <servlet-class>oracle.adf.share.security.authentication.AuthenticationServlet</servlet-class>
    <init-param>
    <param-name>success_url</param-name>
    <param-value>/faces/postLogin.jspx</param-value>
    </init-param>
    <load-on-startup>1</load-on-startup>
    </servlet>
    So the sequence which works is:
    Login via the '/adfAuthentication?login=true&end_url=/faces/postLogin.jspx' and this redirects to login.html (OOTB form which posts to j_security_check) and then to the postLogin.jspx
    I'm trying to do away with a Login link, and trying the simple login form embedded in my page alongwith other content.
    So should the form be posting to j_security_check directly or to the adfAuthentication ?

  • WRT55AG v2 lockup problem -- any solution?

    Has any solution or workaround ever been found for the "random lockup" problem with the WRT55AG v2? (That is, the problem where the box goes completely unresponsive and can be revived only by power-cycling?)
    The latest word I've managed to find has been that no solution exists -- that Linksys won't acknowledge the problem, no firmware update is available from Linksys to address the issue, and the version-2 hardware platform is not supported by any third-party firmware. But I'd be overjoyed if it should happen to turn out that anything has improved in this regard.

    My router is already running the last firmware from Linksys (version 1.79, released in 2007).
    Sorry to have to differ with you, but this lockup problem with the WRT55AG has been reported many times on the net -- including reports from people confirming they were running the latest firmware.  Go to Google and search for the following words (no quotes):  wrt55ag lockup (I got 1,790 hits on this just now) -- or:  wrt55ag lockup 1.79 (four hits) if you're not willing to credit any report that doesn't explicitly identify the firmware version in use.

  • ADF Navigation List  and View Links . any tutorial for this subject ?

    Hi
    Its two day that i am looking in oracle web site and tutorials that are provided in oracled ADF books.
    but i can not figure it out how i can user a Navigation List , view Link to insert record in a child table.
    so far i just could create a page that when i change the Navigation List selected item and then refresh that page , the related Fields of child table filled with master table PK.
    although i cheched and i saw that ComboBox (Navigation List) auto submit is true.
    does any one has a clue about this ?
    Thanks

    Timo,
    Thanks for your reply but there is lot of headache, human errors in removing such VO and associations.
    Jobinesh,
    I am doing exactly what is described in here http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/jdev/mysql-and-bc-howto-082060.html
    Expected Behaviour:
    1. Create Following Association and VL, which is working fine.
    PeopleCompanyFkAssoc1 and PeopleCompanyFkAsoc1Link >> 0..1 to * Cardinality Between Company.CompanyID and People.CompanyID
    2. Do NOT Create any other non sense Association and VL, but it is creating
    PeopleCompanyFkAssoc and PeopleCompanyFkLink >> 0..1 to * Cardinality Between People.PeopleID and People.CompanyID
    What's the relationship between PeopleID and CompanyID ?

  • ADF JSF URL problems...

    Hi All,
    I have the following requirement. Please could someone help me out?
    1) I have a dot net application into which I can log in with either the Canadian or US context. This is kind of multi-orging.
    2) Once logged in, the user needs to right click on a value in a panel inside this Windows dot net application and click a menu option.
    3) Once the option is clicked, a new JSF page will open. The URL for this JSF page will have the parameters such as the user country code plus the document number of the panel value.
    4) For this JSF page I am planning on an ADF JSF application. The application module for this application will have two database connections, basically two different schemas which are triggered based on the context information. These are already available in the bc4j.xcfg file.
    5) Based on the country parameter passed in the URL, I need to alternate the database connection information on the root application module created by the application between teh two database schemas using the bc4j.xcfg file in the Model project of the application. This needs to be done dynamically through the code.
    In order to fulfill the above requirement, I need to do the following:-
    1) As soon as the URL is triggered, the ADF application needs to read the URL parameters and set the context specific database schema of the application module without pressing a button or any other manual user trigger in hte JSF page. Basically I am looking at loading the JSF page dynamically after having set the database schema on the application module that was instantiated using the URL parameters
    2) After step 1, since the database schema is now set on the context I will be able to use the database schema to load data from the database objects.
    3) Each schema has a database trigger which runs when the database connection is initiated. This is used to set the multi-org context.
    Please could someone help me out with step 1 above on how to read URL parameters without any user triggers on the JSF page and setting the database schema on the application module being used by the application. Please remember that I am not using JDBC data sources but JDBC URL's to create m application.
    Any code samples to load the current application module instance and setting the database connection on the same from bc4j.xcfg would be very very helpful.
    Thanks a lot.
    Regards,
    Lester.

    Hi safir,
    thanks for your answer.
    With JSF also "normal" Links should be handled like Form-submit links
    ("Command buttons")
    (see in JSF manual "Using java server faces tech.", page 82 Handling Events: Application Events: #
    <i>Because app. events apply to the entire application, this kind of event is currently used for
    navigation between pages of the app.</i>)
    So it is a general Problem, you cannot copy the links from the browser.
    I understand, that is is not a bug,
    but is there maybe a solution for my problem?
    I want to use JSF, because of the good form validation
    operations.

  • ADF treeTable element problem

    HI friends.
    I'm using now JDeveloper 11.1.1.2
    Can anybody help with a small trouble i faced as tried to fit an ADF treeTable element in my application.
    I've created a down-hierarchy tree which includes elements of two levels: parent elements and child elements.
    The source code of a tree model element in a respective page defenition file looks like this
    <tree IterBinding="CaptanView1Iterator" id="CaptanView1">
          <nodeDefinition DefName="minit.org.model.views.voc.CaptanView"
                          Name="CaptanView10"
                          TargetIterator="#{bindings.CaptanView1Iterator}">
            <AttrNames>
              <Item Value="fio"/>
            </AttrNames>
            <Accessors>
              <Item Value="CaptanHistoryView"/>
            </Accessors>
          </nodeDefinition>
          <nodeDefinition DefName="minit.org.model.views.voc.CaptanHistoryView"
                          Name="CaptanView11" TargetIterator="#{bindings.CaptanHistoryView1Iterator}">
            <AttrNames>
              <Item Value="violationdate"/>
              <Item Value="articles"/>
            </AttrNames>
          </nodeDefinition>
        </tree>i've also assosiated a navigation case action with a command link which in fact repesents the node of the tree.
    The problem is that for some nodes i have to click the mouse button twice to have the action handler trigger.
    A first click leads to what it seems like a simple repost and the second click works properly. By the way i occasionally get the following message as i click my tree-node links.
    <ActionListenerTag$BindingActionListener><processAction> JSF1043: ActionListener for component 'tt1:5:ot2' will not be processed - both binding and type are null.It's weird that the underlined message and wrong behavior take place not in a regular way, for some tree nodes only.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Alex.

    Hi,
    the reason for not getting an answer is that you describe a problem that exists on the view layer and show th etree definition on the ADF binding layer.

  • Adf/swing binding problem

    Hi all,
    Friends i need your help.
    I was a bit confused as i started developing an adf/swing application. I know that this project is not supported any more but i honestly believe that there are a lot of people still using it.
    I've already faced with a number of problems and successfully solved them but the one is really strange.
    Before describing it let me ask one preliminary question. It’s very important for me, but if it is too much …. skip the first question since the second one is the most important.
    1. I’m creating a multiframe application where I have one main window (with a desktop pane) which does not include any bindings and is used for invoking internal frames only which in their turn have been created by dragging and dropping data controls.
    Since JDeveloper only allows generating skeletons for stand-alone frames and there is lack of information concerned with adf/swing developing I’m trying to fit the automatically generated code for my purpose by myself.
    I obsessively ask some GURU to check my strategy and say whether I’m doing it right.
    First I create the BindingContext object in the main frame:
    BindContext ctx = newBindingContext();
    public MainFrame() {…………
    try {
    JUMetaObjectManager.setErrorHandler(new JUErrorHandlerDlg());
    JUMetaObjectManager mgr = JUMetaObjectManager.getJUMom();
    mgr.setJClientDefFactory(null);
    ctx.put(DataControlFactory.APP_PARAM_ENV_INFO, new JUEnvInfoProvider());
    ctx.setLocaleContext(new DefLocaleContext(null));
    HashMap map = new HashMap(4);
    map.put(DataControlFactory.APP_PARAMS_BINDING_CONTEXT, ctx);
    mgr.loadCpx("minit.org.view.DataBindings.cpx" , map);
    DCDataControl app = (DCDataControl)ctx.get("AppModule1DataControl");
    app.setClientApp(DCDataControl.JCLIENT);
    } catch (Exception ex) {
    JUMetaObjectManager.reportException(null, ex, true);
    System.exit(1);
    Then I pass the BindingContext object into the internal frames constructors, i.e.
    private void jMenuUnitVoc_actionPerformed(ActionEvent e) {
    this.getJMenuUnitVoc().setEnabled(false);
    FormCreateUnitView1 unitVoc = new FormCreateUnitView1 (ctx);
    unitVoc.setVisible (true);
    this.deskTopPane.add (unitVoc);
    Then I setup the panel binding for a particular JinternalFrame instance through the automatically generated setBindingContext() method:
    public FormCreateUnitView1(BindingContext ctx) {
    try {
    this.setBindingContext(ctx);
    } catch (Exception ex) {
    JUMetaObjectManager.reportException(null, ex, true);
    System.exit(1);
    This predefined setBindingContext () method looks like this:
    public void setBindingContext(BindingContext bindCtx) {
    if (panelBinding.getPanel() == null) {
    panelBinding = panelBinding.setup(bindCtx, this);
    registerProjectGlobalVariables(bindCtx);
    panelBinding.refreshControl();
    try {
    jbInit();
    panelBinding.refreshControl();
    } catch (Exception ex) {
    panelBinding.reportException(ex);
    panelBinding instance variable is declared by default as
    private JUPanelBinding panelBinding = new JUPanelBinding("FormCreateUnitView1PageDef");
    when the internal frame is getting closed the panel binding is released:
    public void doDefaultCloseAction() {
    _popupTransactionDialog();
    panelBinding.releaseDataControl(); statusBar.release();
    MainFrame myFrame = (MainFrame)this.getDesktopPane().getParent().getParent().getParent().getParent();
    myFrame.getJMenuUnitVoc().setEnabled(true);
    super.doDefaultCloseAction();
    Why I’m asking about this is because I met another syntax which is known to be commonly used:
    Something like this:
    this is the code I use to (re)create the panel,
    the setBindingContext method.
    public void setBindingContext(BindingContext bindCtx)
    String detail2BCName = "myName";
    if (bindCtx.get(detail2BCName) == null)
    DCBindingContainerDef bcdef = (DCBindingContainerDef) JUMetaObjectManager.getJUMom() .findLoadedObject("mypackage." + detail2BCName);
    DCBindingContainer bc = bcdef.createBindingContainer(bindCtx);
    bc.setName(detail2BCName);
    bindCtx.put(detail2BCName, bc);
    // ... then calls to jbInit etc.
    this is the code I use to release the binding when
    the window is closed
    getPanelBinding.release();
    getPanelBinding.getBindingContext().remove(superPanelBinding.getName());
    …but this syntax is badly documented, so I’m a bit confused about which is right… my code works pretty fine (all master and detail frames are synchronized and all that…) except for one issue I’m going to describe.
    I’m waiting for your opinions….please help make it clear.
    THE MAIN PROBLEM
    2. I’ve got a master/detail internal frame. When I make any changes in it and then commit them through a navigation bar I get the following exception as I try to close it later through the standard close icon:
    Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.NullPointerException

    … few things
    -1. If I commit a transaction through the popup dialog the exception doesn’t emerge.
    -2. If I remove the “panelBinding.releaseDataControl(); statusBar.release();” from doDefaultCloseAction() method the exception doesn’t emerge but then I get another well-known exception as I try to reopen the internal frame.
    -3. If I debug doDefaultCloseAction() method step by step the exception doesn’t emerge.
    -4. Finally…. the exception doesn’t suspend the application it just goes on as if nothing has happened (the stack is only displayed on the console).
    I learned about one similar problem here:
    JClient Threading Bug in JUCtrlAttrsBinding?
    but the bug described has been fixed in ver 10.1.3.3.
    I'm using Jdeveloper 10.1.3.3
    So, please ...please…please help me overcome it.
    Best regards. Alex.

    Sorry for being a bit annoying...
    But .... no one has answered my question yet......though you promised...
    Eventually I’ve somehow solved the trouble by replacing the “ panelBinding.releaseDataControl ” with
    “ panelBinding.release(DCDataControl.REL_VIEW_REFS)
    panelBinding.getBindingContext().remove(panelBinding.getName());”
    In the doDefaultCloseAction() method
    it seems like it works good now.
    I reconstructed a bit my code
    Now I’m invoking the internal frames this way:
    private void jMenuDeptVoc_actionPerformed(ActionEvent e) {
    FormCreateDeptView deptVoc = new FormCreateDeptView();
    this.getJMenuDeptVoc().setEnabled(false);
    deptVoc.setBindingContext(panelBinding.getBindingContext());
    this.deskTopPane.add(deptVoc);
    I looked through the following how to:
    http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/howtos/10g/jcmultiform/index.html
    there is an additional method there, which is invoked before creating a new frame where the binding container for the panel binding is created:
    private void createDetailBinding()
    String detailBCName = "DetailFormUIModel";
    if (panelBinding.getBindingContext().get(detailBCName) == null)
    DCBindingContainerDef bcdef = (DCBindingContainerDef)JUMetaObjectManager.getJUMom().findLoadedObject("sample.DetailFormUIModel");
    DCBindingContainer bc = bcdef.createBindingContainer(panelBinding.getBindingContext());
    bc.setName(detailBCName);
    panelBinding.getBindingContext().put(detailBCName, bc);
    But since createBindingContainer(BindingContext) method has been deprecated in 10.1.3 i skipped this step.
    Nevertheless my program is working now I still wonder if the way I’m doing it is right.
    Thanks. Alex.

    I am using the "old" dialog framework in ADF 11G.
    I create two pages. One page "pops" the other with dialog:page2 and usewindow.
    This works fine when i create a simple web project.
    But when i create the same code in a ADF ViewController project the second window opens in the same window as the first one.
    Is this a bug?

    Hi Frank,
    This will show you my problem:
    1. create new application
    2. choice fusion web application
    3. press finish
    4. created JSF page main:
    <?xml version='1.0' encoding='windows-1252'?>
    <jsp:root xmlns:jsp="http://java.sun.com/JSP/Page" version="2.1" xmlns:f="http://java.sun.com/jsf/core" xmlns:h="http://java.sun.com/jsf/html" xmlns:af="http://xmlns.oracle.com/adf/faces/rich">

    </faces-config>
    7. run the main page
    8. using ie 7 the main page shows
    9. push the button: no pupup, instead the "popup-page opens in same window as my main page
    Can I mail you the project, somehow?

  • ADF command link problem

    Hi All,
    I am using Jdeveloper 11g. I have a master-detail relationship tables Order and OrderItem. I have an Order edit page which has editable Order information and a ADF read-only table which contains a list of items associated with the current order. I have a ADF command link on the column LineItemId in the table. When I click the link, it will take me to the item edit page. The problem is, whenever I select any item in the table, I always got the first item loaded in the item edit page. Does anyone has any ideas what I did wrong?
    Here is the portion of the code related to the command link,
    <af:column sortProperty="LineItemId" sortable="false"
    headerText="#{bindings.OrderItemsView2.hints.LineItemId.label}"
    id="c4">
    <af:commandLink actionListener="#{bindings.setCurrentRowWithKeyValue.execute}"
    text="#{row.LineItemId}"
    disabled="#{!bindings.setCurrentRowWithKeyValue.enabled}"
    id="cl1" partialTriggers="::t1"
    action="goOrderItemDetail"/>
    </af:column>
    Thanks in advance,

    Hi Gurus,
    On a seeded page say Page1 one link is availabe which is specific to one Learning Path.
    When i click on that Learning Path's link it is redirecting me to a page say Page2 where it gives the list of different Learning Paths (including Learning Path of Page1) with a link for each Learning Path.
    If i click on that Learning Path's link it takes me to a page say Page3 where it gives the details of that perticular Learning Path.
    The requirement is , If I click on an Learning Path's link on Page1 ,it should redirect me directly to Page3 ( Skipping Page2 ).
    How can it be achieved?
    Please help!!!

  • Date field navigator controll problem

    Hi Friends,
    Recently i have implemented the one view with the DATE field as a input field, The date field data type is sy-datum.
    When i click the date field F4 help, the new pop up will be triggered and shows the date calander. the funcitonality is correct.
    Now my use want's restrict the date field navagator with in given period only, For example the date field low value is 01/01/2010 and high value is  31/12/2010, The user want's to see the date field calander betweeen 01/01/2010 and 31/12/2010, user do not want to see the other dates.
    Can you please help about the issues. the solution is more helpful for me , if possible please provide the solution.
    Thanks & Regards
    charan

    I noticed the same behaviour. As it turns out, it IS a JHeadstart problem that causes this error to happen. When I generate a UIX paga with both an Advanced Search region and a Quick Search region, this error only happens in the Quick Search region. The Advanced Search region works fine.
    Using the FireBug extension for Firefox I noticed this difference between Advanced Search and Quick Search: Advanced Search passes on a reference to the input element into the reference variable and no error is thrown. Quick Search passes on an array of input elements and since an array doesn;t know of the select() method, an error is thrown.
    I will create a worksround for this issue by modifying the ADF JavaScript library since I now know where this error happens. Please review this situation and try and solve this.
    Thanks a lot in advance,

  • Master-Detail Navigation Behavior Problem

    Hello,
    I am having problem in navigating from Master to Detail.
    Scenaio:
    Master1 ---> Master2 ---> Detail
    Problem and Requirement
    I navigate to Master2 from Master1 properly.
    When I click list item of Master2 and navigate to Detail, my master page automatically navigates to Master1.
    There is no error or such. Detail page gets loaded perfectly but navigation from Master2 ---> Master1 is not required which is happening automatically.
    I am using this.oRouter.navTo() method.
    Any idea how to deal with this?
    Kind regards,
    Rauf

    Hi Sakthivel,
    We solved it . And you guessed right, using scaffolding and it was related to routes only.
    Modified routes as follows:
    masterPageRoutes:{
            "master":{
            pattern:"",
            view:"master",
                subroutes: [
        pattern: "master/{contextPath}/detail",
        name: "detail3",
        view: "detail"
            "master2" : {
            pattern : "master2/{contextPath}",
            view : "master2",
            subroutes: [
      pattern: "master2/{contextPath}/detail",
      name: "detail2",
      view: "detail"
    Referred DEMO APP and following URL:
    SAPUI5 SDK - Demo Kit
    Thanks for your kind attention to my problem. Keep it up

  • ADF-BPM integration problem.

    Hi,
    1.I have a small scenario like integrate oracle ADF screen with Oracle BPM Human Task. we didn't use auto generate task form(we are using one adf application which is already developed in Oracle Adf technology).
    2.Those adf screen is populated in BPm work space using url of ADF screen placed in em console.It's fine,it will populated in work space.
    3.But my problem is we can click on the buttons approve or reject on populated adf screen then only human task will modify the running state to completed state.
    Any one have the idea on my requirement Please give the reply.
    (OR)
    Is there any other option can u please post the solution.
    1. My actual scenario is integrate oracle adf Screen with Oracle BPM humantask.(already devloped. note not an auto generate adf application).
    2.That screen Would be populated in BPM work space.So user login to BPM Work space And click on the tabs Reserved or cancel on populated adf screen.
    3.Then only the human will be the state like running to completed state.

  • Navigational Attribute Problem in Input Query

    Hi,
    I am having a problem in input query implementation which uses a navigational attribute. I have, for eg, only one char 'customer' in rows; i want to exclude the customers with the status D (deleted) from displaying (Status is nav. attr. of customer).  I tried this by restricting in filter, Status D-"exclude". But as soon as I do this, query no longer remains input ready! (I also tried putting the same restriction in Default Values area rather than Filter, but ended with the same result )
    I discovered that if, furthermore, I put Status in rows (with the above said restriction still remaining), query is again input ready.
    Can't we exclude values in the filter on an input query? I want to know if this is a restriction with IP or a bug?

    Hi Gregor,
    Thanks for the explanation. But this makes me wonder, because due to this restriction one of the BIG advantages queries had over the planning layouts of BPS, seems to be gone. I mean, using navigational attributes for filtering; if we have to always have a single value restriction on a nav. attr., this will really be restricting. Is it expected that this will be changed in a later SP?
    And there is another problem that is coming due to this. When I use the exclude filter and also the nav. attr. Status in rows, then the query becomes input ready, but there are warning messges displaying when the query opens saying -
    Characteristic Customer has no master data for "C1"
    Characteristic Customer has no master data for "C2"
    etc... (these are the customers with status D). We are on SP15.
    Please suggest what should I do to get rid of these messages?
