Admin Commit Failed

Question

I'm trying to modify a CSV list of users against GroupWise using Admin
API and C#. The code works but when I run against larger CSV lists I
get; COM Exception: Admin Commit Failed.
Two questions: Why does this occur randomly but code will proceed past
if I run again?
How can I trap exception on this and proceed with next commit? (More of
a general C# question on trapping COMException.

Makes sense, the error even occurs when I make a DLMember deletion then
loop through distribution list members (without committing). Is there a
way I can see the buffers in the API and maybe their full state?
My distribution list logic looks like;
foreach (Domain objDomain in objGW.Domains)
foreach (PostOffice objPO in objDomain.PostOffices)
foreach (DistributionList objDistList in objPO.DistributionLists)
foreach (DLMember objDLMember in objDistList.Membership)

objDLMember.Delete();
catch (SystemException
dlExcept)
MessageBox.Show("Distribution List Exception: " + dlExcept.Message);
