Admin object doesn't exist in JND tree.

I am using glassfish 9.1.
I created a admin object with command:
asadmin create-admin-object --host localhost --port 4848 -u admin --passwordfile=D:/ProgramFiles/glassfish/bin/asadmin_password.txt   --target=domain --restype javax.jms.Queue --raname swiftmq_rar --property QueueName=Ping@router1 jms/PingAfter successful creation, the jndi name "jms/Ping" can not be found in JNDI tree.
Is this normal? How can I use this admin object if this resource does not exist in JNDI tree?

    Dear Denis,
When I'm putting the component and pressing enter the system should automatically display the ibase related to this component right?
Instead of this the system is throwing me the error " ibase object does'nt exist" . which i feel is incorrect . As per me system should automatically show me ibase , when i enter the component number and press enter.

  • Object Doesn't Exist in Catalog

I have one report on a dashboard that works for everyone (200+) with the exception of 3 users. When these 3 users attempt to run the dashboard - they receive nothing but the title box show up. When they go into edit dashboard - the report (that shows for everyone else) has a little yellow exclamation point - and says "Item no longer exists in the catalog". Each of these users have been able to view this report in the past, and I've checked the report's security settings - and have cleared the cache and had them all sign out and back in. Still they are unable to get this report to return results. I am running 10.1.4.3.1 version of OBIEE.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

As Per my understanding - when your able to view a yellow exclamation mark means - the item was deleted from the catalog / or renamed and saved with diff. name.
Did you check the catalog of the 3 users where the report used to be ?
I hope you have the report in shared folders.
Re-save the report with same previous name and view the results.

    /people/vikash.agrawal/blog/2006/04/05/load-lots-of-data-147faster148-with-buffering-number-range
    What is buffering number range:
“Buffer the Numbers ( which system picks up from database -in case of Master Data – SIDs & in case of Transaction Data Dimension Ids) and use these buffered numbers rather than hitting the database (for each new master data records or for each new combination of SIDs to create a new Dimension Ids). So the concept is –
“SID Number Range can be Buffered Instead of Accessing the Database for Each SID”
    Hope its clear!

  • SOLVED--"object no longer exists" for Windows shares

If you can see a Windows share in the Finder but can't connect to it, or get the error that says the object doesn't exist, I think I've found the answer. I was trying to mount a connected Western Digital USB drive which was shared from a Windows XP machine. It was seen correctly in Finder, but I could never actually connect to it. It wasn't until recently that I discovered that I was also having a problem connecting to it from another Windows machine, and that led me to find this solution.
    http://winhlp.com/node/40
If you still have the error after rebooting your Windows machine where the share resides, increase the value of 15, then reboot. I had to go to 25 to make everything work.

    Kelly,
Do you do any DDL on EMP table of HR schema?
I guess, if you do any DDL on EMP, you may loose all the grants, you may need to regarnt permission again.

  • CX_SALV_MSG doesn't exist

    Hi friends,
I am trying create ALV Object Model. I am using Thomas Jung's example. But when I try add an attribute with type named CX_SALV_MSG I give an error. Object doesn't exist. Can I create this object in my system? ( We are using SAP 4.7 version)
So I have same problem with CL_SALV_TABLE....
    How can I create them???

    Mehmet,
CX_SALV_MSG is an exception and not an attribute. In fact if you use the pattern to get the code, it will automatically be placed in the code.
go to the Patters --> ABAP OO Objects and put the class name as CL_SALV_TABLE and method FACTORY and you will get the entire code in the program.
    regards,
    Ravi

    hi,
    sap gurus,
    good morning to all,
i have gone to t.code SARP and in reporting tree i have given SD01 it is saying that reporting tree
SD01 doesn't exist and every report is existing there.
what might be the reason for that.
its a basis problem or not
    plz any body confirm

    Hi,
I think you entered SDo1, try with SD01(zero) in SARP.
Goto SARP and  enter SD01 ( or F4) in Report tree field and choose display. it will show you report tree for SD01.
I am able to see SD01 in possible entries in SARP.
If you are able to access SARP,then  i think you should have access to SD01 also.

  • Central Administration not Available, STSADM password reset errors "job-admin-apppool-change" already exists

    Hi Everyone,
I think I've shot myself in the foot by not properly following set up instructions.
I have a two-fold problem.  Firstly, my Sharepoint Central Administration V4 site is showing
Service Not Available.  This seems to be related to the credentials the
Central Administration V4 Application Pool - hitting Test Settings within
IIS Manager for the site shows an Authentication and Authorization error for the credentials due to a bad password.
My reading indicates that I should run something to the effect of:
    %STSADM -o updatefarmcredentials -userlogin DOMAIN\username -password <new password as set via AD>
This runs into the following Error message
Error deploying administration application pool credentials. Another deployment may be active. An object of the type Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPAdminAppPoolCredentialDeploymentJobDefinition named "job-admin-apppool-change" already exists
under the parent Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPTimerService named "SPTimerV4".  Rename your object or delete the existing object.
I've tried searching out a solution but as yet have been unable to find a mechanism to resolve this error.  I have had a look through http://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/sharepointadmin/thread/b7c17dac-1cd1-4f75-a031-e28e4fbfd2f7 but
it doesn't seem to relate to the same problems - as far as I know the account from which the command is being run is a farm administrator and the problem seems to be the existing job rather than permissions errors.
Your help will be much appreciated.
    Stuart

    Hi Stuart Weaver,
Firstly, please check if the SharePoint 2010 timer service is running. If not, please start it manually, then check the effect. In addition to this, you can try to
run SharePoint configuration wizard, then check the effect.
Note: when you start the SharePoint 2010 timer service, make sure you input the latest password. The steps are as follows:
Open services.msc, locate the SharePoint 2010 timer service, double click it, then click log on tab, input the updated password, then click apply.
    Hope this helps.

    I'd recommend 2008 R2 myself if 2012 or 2012 R2 doesn't work.
A lot of 3rd party software is still buggy post-2008 R2. Take Spiceworks for instance, I installed it to 2012 R2 and ran discovery, it picked up about 1/3 of the environment. I installed to 2008 R2, same machine, same network, it discovered 100% of the environment.
Few other things I have seen that has had similar issues too. Hence, don't trust 2012 and 2012 R2 with 3rd party software... yet.

  • Adding T-code to Role Area Menu which doesn't exist in box

    Hello,
We are using a SAP system called QIM which has "jumplink" functionality, which is a web based linked (NWBC) which will launch you into a ERP system transaction when clicked. For example, in QIM we will display a outbound delivery, and if we click on the link it launches VL03N from the ERP system and displays as  web UI.
In PFCG under area menu, this transaction code appears under the menu, but VL03N doesn't actually existing in the system... The issue is we created a custom object for inbound delivery and we need ot add it under this area, but when we attempt to add a transaction code under the Role Area, the system says the t-code doesn't exist... Even when we try this with an existing t-code showing in the menu (Vl03N) it says it doesnt exist. Same if we look at the authorization object S_TCODE. These t-codes exist in here, but when you try to readd them they system says it doesn't exist.
Please find the attachments with some screen shots... Any idea how we can do this?

You can create a role menu as remote enabled remote menu.
The authority checks will happen on the remote side, also against objects which don't exist in the calling system as the music is on the other side.
On the RFC client system side, you only need the parameter transaction to start the remote transaction in the remote system.
See the documentation on SYST function module ABAP4_CALL_TRANSACTION.
This is however a rather antiquated technology... it is more popular to use a SAP Portal or webdynpro applications for this sort of thing (the user does not notice the difference) or later versions of such integration such as Fiori UIs or imbedded links within the Business Client.
I don't want to lean out the window too far, but the buggy phase of these new things is approaching an end and they are usable if you are on newer releases. Then you can pool the menu and use APIs for navigation and no more irritating S_TCODE checks.
    Cheers,
    Julius

  • Oracle not Available, Shared Memory realm doesn't exist

    Hi,
I have problem during XE installation on Windows 2003 R2 SP 2 Enterprise edition. I have uninstall the oracle xe and the result still the same. Finally I uninstall the windows and start all over again, surprisingly the result still the same. FYI, we normally has no issue during installation because this is part of our system we sell to our customer which require oracle xe. This is the first time we have seen this issue.
    ORA-01034 : Oracle Not available
    ORA-27101 : Shared memory realm doesn't exist.
Oracle XE and listener services is started in the windows services.
if we try to do startup the following message occured.
    SQL> connect /as sysdba
    Connected to an idle instance.
    SQL> startup
ORA-44412: XE edition memory parameter invalid or not specified
    SQL>
I can send you the oracle_xe log, init ora, and OpsBuildAll.log to create the database.
When we compare with the working installation, we saw that the size of oraclexe folder is less, it's just 233MB while the working one is over 1GB. After investigation, found out that the .dbf files is not avaiable in the oradata folder, i have tried to copy those files from the working one but the problem stay the same, probably there are a lot of files more missing.
    Appreciate your help on this.
