  • How to edit signature fields in Adobe EchoSign

In this tutorial, learn how to use digital signatures, including how to edit electronic signature fields and other input fields in Adobe EchoSign.

It will depend on the image. If it was one that was saved as a psd file and has layers (window>layers) {Look in the layers panel and see if you see a layer with a thumbnail that looks like a large T} In this instance, you can double click on that thumbnail to highlight the text then type in its replacement.
If the image is a jpg which does not support layers, transparency or live text, then that would mean that you need to use the selection tools to select that text and fill it with the same color as the background. You can then use the text tool to type in the text you want.
Remember to save a copy as a psd file so you can edit the text at a later date.

You were right...publishing with the "publish" option within muse
    fixed the issue.
I had been using an SFTP app to upload my site due to muse not being
SFTP compliant in the previous version....
I guess this has been fixed in the current version....
It might be good to mention that 3rd party
SFTP is no longer necessary somewhere...I'm assuming there
may be other features that depend on internal publishing....
Thank you again for the swift reply

  • Adobe EchoSign for Salesforce October Release (v15) now available

The integration between EchoSign and Salesforce just got tighter with seamless mobile e-signing, better business processes management and streamlined contract management resulting in deals closing 5 times faster.

Installation works flawlessly. So far I've only been testing with the normal desktop preview. Now I wanna try the preview function for android (I think the previous version didn't work, right?) from the folio overlay panel but I cannot seem to find my Nexus 10 device even though I am logged in with the same account on both InDesign and the Nexus 10. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
Nevermind I got it to work. But how do I update my folio once I uploaded it to the folio producer?
Also there's something that I'd like to achieve now.
The content viewer browser version (checked via whatismybrowser.com) is:
    Chrome 30
    Version 3.0.0.0
    Webkit 537.36
    The installed chrome is:
    Chrome 32
    Version 32.0.1700.99
    Webkit 537.36
The 32 version has WebGL enabled or rather it works better. By default only the normal WebGL features are enabled in Chrome. The experimental WebGL features (found under chrome://flags/) have to be activated manually. I suppose the WebM view of the viewer doesn't have these enabled. Can I enable these fancy features somehow?

  • Adobe EchoSign - January 2015 release

With 2015 well underway, we’re delighted to announce our new January release of Adobe EchoSign. We focused this release on addressing some of the top customer feature requests that you’ve been asking for, as well as some terrific new innovations. Here’s my POV around some of the top new capabilities. Enjoy!
Microsoft Office 365 Integration:  Documents can be sent for signatures directly from Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. The integration app will be published to the Office App store and will be available for install as soon as it is approved.
Digital Signatures – this releases delivers a technical beta of capabilities that are often required in Europe, South America, and key verticals such as bio-pharma, financial services, and more.
New e-sign experience extended to all workflows: The new, re-designed, modern e-sign experience is available for all signature/approval workflows.
Save and resume during signing: This is a top request that we’ve delivered on! Any data that the signers enter during the signing process gets automatically saved. Signers can pick up where they left off and complete signing the document.
Expanded REST APIs: We continue to make it easier for our customers and partners to build richer integrations with EchoSign through SOAP and REST APIs. This release includes several enhancements to our APIs, most notable among them is the ability to embed the entire EchoSign sending experience into external applications and provide the full EchoSign feature set into external applications.
Auto delegate signing request: Yet another feature that customers absolutely love. Signature requests can be automatically delegated to another individual within the organization when the original signer is out of the office, like when on vacation. We call this the “vacation feature.”
There also several dozen bugs and customer issues that have been fixed in this release. Additionally an update to the Android App improving support for phones has been published and available for download from the Google Play App store.  Enjoy!

  • Welcome to the new Adobe EchoSign

Welcome to the totally re-vamped Adobe EchoSign!   Last night, the team pushed the bits for our new Spring release of Adobe EchoSign. With the new integrations we’ve done with Adobe Reader, Microsoft SharePoint, Box, and Dropbox, we’re putting e-Signing capabilities out to almost one billion users around the world. I wanted to share a personal perspective on this release with you…. So here goes.
First off, a HUGE THANK YOU to our customers. We are honored to have more than 34M signers around the world, and 25% of the F100 have selected Adobe EchoSign. This includes Google, Facebook, Oracle, NetApp, Rackspace, Time Warner Cable, United Healthcare, and thousands more! Across our customer base, we’re seeing users report an average of >85% decrease in time it takes to get important documents signed: this saves time & money. And more importantly, Adobe EchoSign is helping companies and organizations improve key business processes. Here at Adobe, we’re saving ~$1M/year on overnight delivery costs alone by staying electronic; and core business processes are faster & more efficient. You see, we think technology should enable companies to make their business processes smarter. So that’s how we’ve designed the SaaS service.
This new release is about a taking a fresh new approach to the user experience. We used a “tablet-first approach” when we designed the UX, knowing that the majority of signers will be on an iPad or Android-based template. Signing from your tablet helps ensure that the contract is very readable, and is the tool of choice for most of our customers. So you’ll see a focus on touch-based, gesture-based capabilities throughout the product.
And it’s about putting secure, easy signing capabilities at the “end points” where business users are: that’s the Adobe Reader, Box, DropBox, Microsoft SharePoint, and more. We estimate that 99.99% of documents that get signed are done in PDF.  We’ve leveraged Adobe’s PDF expertise to deliver the most secure, and easy way to sign PDFs from any device, any location, and from any of the places where people are reading and storing their secure PDFs. The enhanced integrations enable 1 billion users to sign with the trusted capabilities of Adobe.
And for those admins and developers out there, there are new SOAP and REST APIs to empower developers, customers and partners to integrate the capabilities of EchoSign into their products, services and workflows. Additionally there are new administration capabilities for easily creating and managing users in bulk, controlling user roles within an organization and managing enterprise portals.
Finally, we’re continuing our ruthless, never-ending work on both security and system availability: if you’re trusting a SaaS based service for your critical business documents, it needs to come from a trusted vendor that prioritizes these investment areas. We’re making good progress here. We’ve had 100% system uptime in 5 of the last 7 months, which – we think – puts Adobe into the #1 spot for SaaS based e-Signature services here. But that’s not enough. A mistake in our datacenter earlier this week impacted a # of our users, so we know there’s more to do. [Argh – we apologize!!]  Over the last 6 months, we’ve invested millions into net-new datacenter approaches that benefit from the latest in virtualization, dynamic systems monitoring, security, and more.
So the team here at Adobe really hopes that you enjoy the new release. It’s just the beginning of a very big and ambitious roadmap we’re executing against for 2014.
Let us know what you think
    All the best,
    @jon_perera

As an Enterprise user, where can I find the new custom workflow feature?
    i.e.....
"The ability for our customers to create and publish standardized re-useable business processes throughout the organization has been amped up. Our customers will be able to increase compliance and eliminate costly errors by using our new custom workflow capabilities. It also gives us a significant competitive advantage."

  • Adobe Echosign included in Adobe Full CC?

    HI all,
i was just going through acrobat. Learning how to sign documents etc when I came across Echosign. It's a superb solution. I tried a few documents with friends to see how it works. I am a full cc subscriber but not sure if Echosign is a part of it. Because I see upgrade but now buttons here and there. And when I click to see they are buying me Adobe acrobat individual app plan from cc itself.
So is Echosign included in full cc? Or do I need to purchase something? Because after seriously starting with it, I'd not like to see Adobe crash on me with a note that it was trial or I need to buy space to save documents or such. That will be a bummer   so please let me know if it's included or if not what do I have to worry about.
    Thank you so much

Then how is it that i am able to use echosign and Acrobat DC just got updated too. i also seem to have document cloud and i can see my sent for signature documents in echosign website as well. :S

  • Adobe EchoSign May Release

In the May release we have completed work on the new e-sign experience to address majority of the existing e-sign scenarios. The new e-sign experience will be the default experience for all new users. We will be turning it ON by default for all FREE users starting next week and over the next few weeks will gradually switch other tiers to the new e-sign experience. This new e-sign UX is completely re-built from the ground up to make use of modern browser technology and provide a consistent experience to our signers across desktop and mobile devices. In upcoming releases we will add support for more of the current capabilities such as Approvals, Widgets and innovative new capabilities such as Save and Resume, locations capture, etc.
We enhanced signer identity verification to require each signer to have a unique identity verification method. This will enable customers to create much more flexible and higher assurance signature processes. To deliver this functionality we redesigned the send page for the service ensuring a much simpler UX during send. While we were at it, we also improved the authoring experience to provide form field alignment, form field sizing tools, fonts, colors, and size for fields and added a few new field types to make it easier for our customers to create documents.
The ability for our customers to create and publish standardized re-useable business processes throughout the organization has been amped up. Our customers will be able to increase compliance and eliminate costly errors by using our new custom workflow capabilities. It also gives us a significant competitive advantage.
The ability for sending document for signature and delivering signed documents from Acrobat and Reader is streamlined. More than 600M users will now be able to seamlessly leverage the capabilities of EchoSign right from the desktop. We have also introduced brand new native integrations with Box, Google Drive, SharePoint 2013 to allow users to use EchoSign capabilities from more places.
There are new SOAP and REST APIs to empower developers, customers and partners to integrate the capabilities of EchoSign into their products, services and workflows. Additionally there are new administration capabilities for easily creating and managing users in bulk, controlling user roles within an organization and managing widgets.

The versioning policy and update path is well documented in the admin guide: Latest MSI + latest Q + latest OOC patch. Deployments must chain these in the right order to succeed. Since the most common workflow for admins is to install the base MSI and then update as dot releases appear, that's the team's focus. Quarterlies are made cumulative to the last MSI to simplify updates.
However, a full MSI is occasionally released. Those are identified by the second number being incremented. For 11.x, there is no 11.1 yet.

  • How do I disable Adobe EchoSign?

I am using the latest Adobe Reader version (11.0.10).  Whenever I add my signature to a document and go to save it, i get that popup box.  I have never used EchoSign, I had to google what it even was.
How can I disable this feature?  Thanks.

I see...  Then why does that option not pop up on other machines?
This is in a domain/business environment.  I have ~125 users who use Adobe Reader in and out all day long.  I have 10-15 users who have scanned their signature in and created a file with it, to add their signature to a document.  Of all of my users who use the signature portion, only one of them gets this popup.
I've gone in to their machine and changed the signature file to the signature file I use, and still get the same message.  I've used their signature file on my machine, and get no message.  So this obviously has something to do with their Adobe Reader.  Everyone is on the same Adobe Reader XI (11.0.10).

  • Adobe Echosign Free / Paid Subcription

I am interested in the Echosign function to sign documents.
Otherwise I don't need the other functions of adobe professional.
I would probably only be getting things signed four or five times a month - Although there could be a busy month once per year.
    My questions are:
(i ) Would I be able to make do with the free adobe reader and the free echosign subscription?
(ii) How do I set up a free or paid subscription to echosign? I am UK based. The adobe website links to an American website with prices in dollars. Where is the UK equivalent?
    Thanks
    H.Reynolds

Is that link the correct one for a UK user?
Is there an alternative one with UK prices?
Does that mean UK documents get sent via the US?
    Thanks

  • Adobe Echosign, Adobe Acrobat v10 and LiveCycle ES/2?

My company is standardized on Adobe Acrobat and Reader version 10.  I currently have Adobe Acrobat Pro v10.1.13 and Adobe LiveCycle ES/2.  I would like to add signature fields to the bottom of the forms made with these two products.  Is this possible, or do I need to or should I for any other reason, upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Pro v11 and LiveCycle ES/4?
    Thank you for your help.
    -David.

    Hi dsh135,
Yes, you can add a signature field using Acrobat X, but please note that latest version is Acrobat XI (11.0.10) which has better and more flexible features than version X.
In Acrobat X, go to 'Tools> Forms> Edit' and select Digital Signature field and place it to the desired place on the form.
Then, you can open signature field properties and make settings as you desire.
    Hope this information helps.
Let me know if you have further queries.
    Regards,
    Anubha

  • Does Adobe FormCentral work w/Adobe EchoSign?

Can the employee submit an electronic signature with their survey or form?
I see performance review templates and a Request for Leave of Absence form, as an example. I am wondering whether AdobeEchoSign could be used to have employees sign with the AdobeFormCentral. If this feature is not available, please submit this as a request. I was unable to locate the area to submit feature requests.

    Hi;
No, FormsCentral and EchoSign currently do not work together.  Note taken of your request, we are aware that the feature request page no longer works and we're looking into how to take these requests.
    Thanks,
    Josh
