MY iPhone 4 after being updated to iOS7 will not download or update any apps. When i press the button on my device to download a new app the loading wheel appears then in a few seconds disappears. I dont get a terms and conditions screen or anything.
Ive tried using wifi and 3G seperately. Ive tried restarting the phone. Ive tried restoring it from a backup but none of these have worked yet.

Adobe Edge will not download to a computer running XP in case anyone is wondering.
I just spent a frustrating hour finding this out the hard way.
I do wish my cloud home page announced that face in big writing just above the Edge products that I could see from my XP computer.
I have put this into this forum, as a search on Adobe Edge will not download on Adobe forums during that frustrating hour produced nil results.

Must seem like such a natural train of thought to an Adobe employee. But it's not how non-tech people think.
Unfortunately this post betrays the fact that Adobe does not understand how many of its customers, especially newbies, work in these situations.
No-one goes to a download link, fails to find it and 'immediately route your thoughts to "may be it's not supported on the OS configuration"'.
Hiding the download icons (for whatever "valid" technical reasons) simply wastes the user's time and starts a guessing game which creates confusion, frustration and anger.
The first thought is usually confusion, followed by wild guesses along the lines of:
Perhaps the website is broken or buggy
Perhaps my browser is broken or buggy
Perhaps my computer is broken or buggy
Perhaps I have done something wrong and must reinstall my software and/or operating system
All very unnecessary.
Confused, they then post in the forum.
Take a look throughout the forums to see this sentiment time and again.
Add a note to the Cloud homepage for non-geeks who don't think technically.

Adobe reader will not download. I've disabled my firewalls and anti-virus program. I click on down load icon. Bow will say 2 of 3. I never get to 3 to run or install program.

I checked the list of installed apps like you suggested (Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Show all apps) but this problem app is not in the list. I have also swiped down on the home screen to search for it, but again it does not show.
While it has not let me download the app (and I just tried it again) it has helped me to eliminate a few things from the list of what to try, and I can definitely conclude that it has not downloaded.
I guess I need to fire up my PC and download it / sync my iPad.

I can browse the iTunes store, get on the Internet ,etc, but it will not download apps or updates for my apps. I get a message that it cannot connect to the store
Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your Apple ID in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it works.
If that doesn't solve the problem, go to Settings > General > Date & Time and change the date to a few months in the future and then re-try. -
Hello.
I have been trying for the longest time to get back on to Adobe Story to continue working on a screenplay I am writing. But all I ever get when clicking on it is that it insists on updating. After it does that, Adobe Air says it's preparing to start loading then stops and a warning pops up, saying "Sorry, and error has occured. This application cannot be installed because this installer has been misconfigured. Please contact the application author for assistance."
When I click the CLOSE button, the whole thing starts over from the beginning: Adobe Story installs an update, Adobe Air pops up and loads something, then stops and the warning shows up. Then it repeats AGAIN. I once spent several hours on this with no change. What is this?
I noticed in the discussion forums that others are having problems on this. I don't want to delete Adobe Story because I do have a screenplay already in the works and am afraid it will all get deleted. This is not an option for me, that cannot happen. I also do not have the foggiest idea when I downloaded Story in the first place, so I can't be sure if it was before all the new updates or not. Although I thought it was, maybe it wasn't.
I need help on this severly. Please, please, please help me not lose my work. How do I get passed this?Thank you but, since I did that when I try to sign in it says "ERROR: Sorry, your Story free subscription does not allow access to this application. Please upgrade your subscription." Then my options below are cancel or upgrade now. I don't want to upgrade. And I still don't know if my script is still there or not. A lot of times I've had to work on it offline. Even though I saved it, has it been deleted? Please tell me it hasn't been. I log on to my account on the adobe sight and all my work is gone. Same with the app version.

I downloaded the CS6 Premiere Family on my Macbook Pro and for some reason it skipped over Adobe Story. Has this happened to anyone else? I have CS6 Master Collection education edition subscription and have successfully installed it on my PC desktop.
I recently bought the education version of CS6 Production Premium and it does not contain a desktop version of Adobe Story (though an earlier purchase of After Effects CS5.5 did). I think Adobe's idea, now that the free version of Story has been so crippled - all the collaborative features, reports, etc, seem to have been stopped, presumably to encourage us to take out their vastly overpriced subscription. You might just as well use Celtx (free) or Scrivenor (cheap). I used to share my work on Adobe Story Free with another writer, which I can't do now, so we simply email each other copies of the script as a Celtx file, which we can both open, work on, and email back. Just about as quick and easy.

Cannot open or launch adobe reader and adobe acrobat will not download
"Adobe acrobat must be launched" box appears when I try to read a file. I cannot launch adobe reader; it will not even open. When I try to download adobe acrobat it says adobe reader is already installed. Help!
What is your operating system? Reader version? How exactly are you trying to launch Reader?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble downloading your new software. Can you please tell me what operating system you're using (Mac OS or Windows, and what version)?
For starters, let's have you try to download from this page: Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X
Make sure that you're logged in as an administrator, and disable any antivirus software on you system before you download and install.
