AdobeCreatePDFDesktopPrinterSetup

Using print command from native application along with Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer, but the files are not showing in my account (sure I read that's where they are placed). Any tips or suggestions what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks

Hi steelman91,
Please excuse the lengthy delay in our reply to your thread.  Do you receive any sort of error message when you print to the CreatePDF Desktop Printer? What application are you trying to print from?

  • I have a problem with installing AdobeCreatePDFDesktopPrinterSetup.

    Hi,
When I tried install AdobeCreatePDFDesktopPrinterSetup I have been experiencing a problem what I can do.
Please have a look at this picture
After that, I applied these steps:::
    Windows 7 / Vista
Choose Start > Control Panel > Printers.
    Click Add A Printer.
    Click Add A local Printer.
Click Use an Existing Port and select "FILE: (Print to FIle)." Click Next.
Select Xerox from the Manufacturer list and select Xerox Phaser 6120 PS from the Printers list. If the Xerox Phaser 6120 PS isn't listed, choose any other printer with "PS" in its name. Click Next.'
    Click Next
Click Do not share this printer. Click Next.
Uncheck Set as default printer. Click Finish.
Reinstall the Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer.
    Login to: https://createpdf.acrobat.com/
Click on Set Up Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer
On the new dialog box, click on the Download Installer button.
Save the AdobeCreatePDFDesktopPrinterSetup.exe file to a location you can find again, such as your Desktop.
Run AdobeCreatePDFDesktopPrinterSetup.exe to reinstall the Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer.
Verify functionality of the Desktop Printer, if it is working you can go ahead and delete the local printer that was installed previously.
But didn't make difference and the problm is still going on.

I have tried running it as an administrator, however, that makes no difference. On the other hand, did you check that picture which I have posted since I initiated the thread.
If you did that you will notice that installer couldn't access to a port . How can I grant it access to that port?
Incidentally, Would you mind telling me what the benefit of that programme is? I am expected that programme converts any  file format into a PDF format

  • PDF Windows isn't working

    Good day all here!
Some days ago - I don't remember after a Windows-7-Professional (64 Bit) and/or and Adobe-Update (they took place on the same day) Acrobat 8.0 Professional (I still use Creative Suite 3.2) isn't working correct anymore. Opening a PDF results in a courrpted presentation mainly without the windows-page-frame and the options-bar of Adobe Acrobat. I can't close the PDF normaly (no "x" visible) and only sometimes when I switch it into the taks bar and back on it works - or not. I'm able to open Acrobat normal by doulbe clicking the icon and when I move a PDF into it seems to works fine.
I would be thankful for any help - thanks a lot!

  • Trying to download Adobe CreatePDF Desktop

It just keeps spinning.  How do I go about reinstalling? I need this ASAP. This is ridiculous.

    Print To PDF Setup
The Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer lets you convert any file (in a printable format) to PDF by printing it from an application on your desktop. The resulting file is saved automatically to your Adobe CreatePDF account, and you receive an email when conversion is complete. The desktop printer functionality is available for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. You don’t need any special hardware to print to Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer.
To print to the Adobe CreatePDF printer, first install and configure the Adobe CreatePDF Desktop printer. Then, open a file in its native application and choose the print function. Select the Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer from the printer list, choose the appropriate print settings, and then print the file. Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer converts the file to PDF, and then stores the PDF file in your Acrobat.com account.
    Install Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer
In Adobe CreatePDF, click Print To PDF Setup.
    Click Download Installer.
Double-click the AdobeCreatePDFDesktopPrinterSetup.exe file you downloaded and follow the prompts to install Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer.
Note: You need administrator rights to install the Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer.
