Af:panelDashboard drag and drop isnt working

Question

I'm using JDeveloper 11.1.1.2.0.
Below is the code I've used to implement a drag and drop dashboard. I'm trying to develop a simple proof of concept of this and just wanted to see if I could get the panelboxs to drag and drop and so far none of them are allowing me to drag or drop. If you run this page you'll see that the panelbox's show a little drop cursor when you mouseover the top of them but dont do anything when you click to drag.

I hate to reply to my own thread but I figured this one out. There's a javascript exception being thrown in the background by an oracle .js file... This feature is broken in Firefox 3.6.3.
Does Oracle 11g support FF 3.6.3? If not, how do I report this as a bug to the ADF folks?
