After articles changed,do not generate bdoc

hi all
we met a issue,when we mass maintained articles by t-code WSM3.some article generated bdoc,while others did not generate bdoc from ecc(release 5.0) to crm.please help me how to resole this problem.

Hi,
I suspect that may be due to filter settings in CRM not all articles get downloaded. Please check the settings in R3AC1 for the
PRODUCT_MAT object or any relevant object in your scenario,

Hi All,
As per the requirement we need a change in the pricing procedure ZJEXPS
(Export Sales Switch). We made the changes in transaction code V/08.
But after transporting the request to quality server, changes are not reflecting there.
I had checked the request number all the tasks are there and transport was completed with warning.
our consultant created another request and then also after transporting changes are not reflecting.
How it is happening particular to this request?
How to trace this? Kindly suggest me.
(Ours is two system landscape with master client 009 and quality client 007.I am trying to transport to 007)

Check the import logs. If you are getting warnings that original objects cannot be replaced. You need to import the change request in unconditional mode. During performing imports select option, overwrite originals.
Some times the requests contain the objects, which are original to the target system, e.g SAP standard objects.
Check if this could help you.

After transport, changes are not updating

We are configured two clients as master client(009) and test client(008) in one DEV machine.
i performed one transport from 009 to 008.( i released through scc1 and imported in 008 through scc1) it's transported successfully.
but our consultant saying that, those changes is not updating in client 008.
i performed so many transports to 008 and also to prd. before and after.
then why the changes were not updating in 008, to that particular request?he created another request with the same issue and i transported it.again same problem. is there any thing to check from basis side?
(4.7E,mssql,widows 2003 server)

Check the transport log. Even it is saying Sucessfully Imported, just open it, read it.
And check the size of the transport request also.
And another option is add this particular request with another request and transport it. Check for anything is happening....
I don't think anything balance has left from basis side....

When I import a transport request in our TES system, the changes are not immediatly available but we have to wait some minutes.
Why this?

1. If you are working with old level of kernel and transport tools (tp and R3trans). if yes update these immediately.
2.if transport tools are new and updated then the problem is due to Buffer Synchronization :
After the transport, the changes are not done in the database level and not reflecting immediatly in the TCODE. And after some you are able to see the changes.
If this true, the the problem may the sync of the buffers. Try by executing /$sync after import. Which resets the buffer and next start of tcode buffers the program again.
Please check the settings of the profile parameter rdisp/bufrefmode is as per the note 1163741.
"If the changes are there after some time, then this is most probably a buffering issue. rdisp/bufreftime and bufrefmode can be checked but also DDLOG issues might be relevant.
Check whether the following parameters are set correctly.
rdisp/bufrefmode = sendoff, exeauto
rdisp/bufreftime = 60 (or less)

One user abcd who had made some changes to some screens is not reflecting to other users after transport we have 2 clients 100 and 200 changes are reflecting in own user id we transported with scc1 transaction

I am not a developer, so pardon me if I misunderstood this question. I thought screens and other repository objects are client independent. That means the change should be evident in all clients without a need to transport.
Is this to do with security by any chance ( though it seems unlikely )? Can the other users see the change in the original client in which the request was made? That should help you determine whether the problem lies with the transport or outside. Also you can check the contents of the transport in SE01 and see if it holds the kind of data that you are expecting it to. I am guessing you have already generated the screen after saving the changes.

Excise invoice not generated

Dear All
Excise invoice is generated automatically when we create billing document , due to some reason we cancel billing doc both accounting as well as excise doc gets cancelled .
Again when we create billing document, only accounting document is generated but excise doc is not generated . Can anyone tell the reason why the excise invoice is not generated. Is it customizing error.

Its happening because,
Case 1: you might have cancelled billing document first & then cancelled Excise invoice. if you do so, again when you create billing with ref to same delivery document , though configuration is made to create Auto EI after billing, system will not generate Excise Invoice.
Case 2: instead, you have to cancel excise Invoice first, then billing document. & now when you create billing , system will create Automatic Excise Invoice, once you save the billing document.
no need to reverse PGI.
It is tested with both cases, as said above.
try n revert.

BDoc changes are not reflected in mobile sales application

Hi guys
I am trying hard but I do not get it to work with MSA 6.0 SP2 / 5.0 SP11:
- I have changed Query BDocs in CRM Online
- I am synching the BDocs using the BDoc Synch against the correct system / client
- I am synchronizing metadata with the client console
-> The tpsfile directory content is up to date
- I am doing a full generation and a complete build
-> my dll's are completely regenerated
- I am calling the correct application (BOL and UI changes are reflected).
But none of my BDoc changes arrive on the client?Acutally, one week ago somehow some changes were reflected, but I do not know why and now nothing is synchronized at all. Seems to be very strange ... anyone an idea?

Hi,
since 5.0 the query BDoc definitions are not saved along with the TPS.NET file but with the ARSREP.DAT.
The TPS.NET file contains only the data for sBDocs.
The steps after modifying qBDocs are:
- synchronizing the BDoc/s within Dev Studio
- generating the BOL
But it seems you did all these steps already...
I remember there are some tools like metadataviewer? Did you already check with these tools whether the generation succeded?

My ipod works in itunes but does not appear in "my computer" after I changed the properties.
First off, I'm using Windows XP (and Mac SnowLeopard) Here's how it started. For some reason my ipod started showing up as a camera when I plugged it in. It works fine in itunes, though. But when I tried to access it from "my computer" it only
showed me the one and only picture I had on my ipod. I deleted that picture hoping it would no longer show up as a camera. When it still did I right-clicked on it in "my computer" and selected "properties". Under "autoplay" I
chose for it to 'not show up' or 'take no action' or some such deal when I plugged it in. I thought that would stop it from popping up the window that asks whether i want to 'open camera wizard' or 'open camera scanning' or 'open folder to view files' or 'take
no action' , etc. But now it won't show up in "my computer" at all. I also have a Mac with SnowLeopard. When I plugged my ipod into it my ipod doesn't show up in "finder" either! So basically my problem is not a mechanical one with hardware
or software; yht ipod still works fine in itunes. I just need to undo the change I made. I've searched all around my preferences, utilities, options, etc. It shows up on my "Device Manager" but not on "Disk Management".

To show up in Windows Explorer, you can try placing the iPod into
disk mode.
Moreover, i recommend you to
restore ipod to factory settings.
If this issue still persists, locate to device manager, uninstall and reinstall USB Mass Storage Device driver.

Not able to generate bdocs in generic program

Hi Experts,
We made a generic program to change the status of leads(order) in SAP CRM 7.0 system.
It is working fine all leads status is changing but BDocs are not generated for that changes done by generic program.
Please guide us for solution to generate the BDocs .So that We can fetch data in deltaload in BW system.

Please look at these two points.
Are BDocs to BW generated when you change status of leads manually on Web UI/GUI? If yes then it should get generated from program as well.
In you custom program, have you done direct table updates or used functions/methods that directly update status. Then BDocs will not get generated.

After cancelling the billing document accounting document not generated

hi,
we released the billing and accounting document generated but customer needed changes in the billing values so we cancel the billing document but accounting document not generated(reversal accounting not happen)....in document flow it shows in cancel document in blocking state ....we try to release in VF02 but it throws the error "Client 200 does not contain an active application area" . but the other sales order we test in qulaity server the scenorio is working fine...............for specific one sales order creating problem now.....

I have noticed this problem in my company system.
Problem descripion:
- you creates an invoice and the system doesn't post it for any reason
- then you create the cancel of the invoice, BEFORE forcing the posting of the invoice
--> user creates Cancel, Cancel is not posted as well.
--> from now it is impossible to post both invoices: if you try to post the Invoice after the cancel creation, the VF02 recongnise that a CANCEL exists and do not allow for the posting
--> standard VFX3 doesn't signal this kind of not posted documents situation.
Ok, The right procedure for thes user should be: create invoice, if not posted then try to understand why not posted, and not CANCEL it.
But in this case VFK3 was not able to detect the invoice was not posted: it was not in the list.
So the 2 ways must be:
1) one possibility could be undestand in VFX3 could be enhanced: I checked in OSS but I didn't find anything.
2) other possibility: add a further check in interface between SD and FI in order to check if original invoice is not posted to FI and in this case block the cancel creation, as instead standard SAP does.
Could you please give me an idea on how it would be better proceed?

Schedule lines not generated after MRP run

Dear All,
I am trying to create Schedule lines through MRP run , but instead system creates MRP element PRqRel and its PurRqs when i check in MD04 , the following are the prerequisite i done before MRP run , but still Schedule lines are not generating.
1.activated checkbox source list in material master.,Procurement type is F, MRP type PD , lot size MB , marked JIT Scheduling indicator as 1 in Pur view of material master , no MRP group is used in our process.
2.Maintained Inforecord.
3.Maintained source list for the material and marked MRP relevant as 2. Validity also checked.
4. Quota arrangement for this vendor only.
5. Created New scheduling agreement.
6. Material is not sent for subcontracting.
7. Ran MD02 with following parameters ,
Processing key NETCH Net Change in Total Horizon
Create purchase req. 1 Purchase requisitions in opening period
Delivery schedules 3 Schedule lines
Create MRP list 1 MRP list
Planning mode 3 Adapt planning data (normal mode)
Please let me know if i am missing something

Accounting Document not generated after Post goods issue in delivery order.

Greeting of the daays,
Need your help on below issue.
After making the post goods issue ,the system is not making the accounting document.
The error given by the system is as follows:
Material document 12365 does not include an accounting document
Diagnosis
The system cannot find an accounting document for the material document 12365.
Possible reasons for this are:
The goods movement has no relevance to accounting. Therefore, the system did not generate an accounting document for the material document.
The material document is a document that was posted before Release 2.1. Such documents must be converted so that the system can find the relevant accounting document.
The procedure for the subsequent calculation of value is not active in your system. For further information, refer to the documentation on the program for valuating goods movements: RM07MWBU.
__Solution what I tried to solve this issue ,but not successful.__
__Solution 1- maintain OMS2__
__Solution 2 - maintain OMJJ- movement type 601 - PRCTR is required entry.__
__Solution 3 - price maintain is material master.__
__Solution 4 - OBYC - BSX - 7920 - GLA/c and GBB- VAX and VAY - 7920 GLA/c.__
__Pls let me know if there is any confirgation is missing.__

Do this checks:
In tcode OBYC check if you have the proper entries.
Go to tcode OKB9 and do the settings for the G/L acc. that you have in OBYC.
To populate PRCTR you can use OKB9 and you can check if you have values in MARC-PRCTR.

A message pops up asking if I want to run repair. Answering in the afirmative results in another message stating files are missing. And we are back at square one.

What is the exact error? Else you could always reinstall your software.

PO item change is not updated after Delivery completion

Dear All,
PO item change is not updated in the PO at the completion of the delivery.for a particular line item. In our QA system, its updated but client is facing an issue with the production system. Pls check the attached screen which I got from QA. There is no such log in the production system. Kindly help me to have a solution for this.

Hi Dev,
After we post the GR for a PO line item, PO history is updated (line) and at the same time that particular change log is available under PO line item. But in production system, said log is not updated after GR is completed fully.

Accounting Document not generate after Billing

Dear All,
Billing Documents are saved but after accounting document are not getting generated.
we are getting the following error
*Balancing field "Business Area" in line item 001 not filled*
and billing doc are not releasing to accounting
we have checked in document splitting also all the setting are correct

Hi,
Check with your FI Guy, whether Business Area is made mandatory for Accounting Document Type (For e.g. RV) of Billing. Is there any validation maintained for the same in OB28.
If Yes then check whether Business Area for all the line items are entered or not in VF02?
To do so double click on the line item and under "Item Detail" Tab, under "Account Assignment" Sub screen, check Business Area.
