I've had almost every issue you've had. Finally on Friday the screen blacked out. It was obviously still charged, since I could hear the message ring, but when I tried to light up the display it didn't light so I was unable to get to it unless I removed the battery. Then, as soon as the display timed out, I couldn't get it lit up again without removing battery. I had the same slow movements throughout the display as well as slow text messaging. Every issue you had other than the alarm clock (that always worked well).
I took it in yesterday and, after over an hour spent there with a 'professional', I still had no answers. He told me to come home and copy everything from my sd card to my computer, then re-format my card. Well, my phone didn't even recognize that I had an sd card installed!! Nor did my computer!
So then I got to experimenting...I removed the card and viola!!!!!! The phone worked GREAT! It's never worked so fast! I then installed my husbands sd card to see if it was my phone's card reader or my card. Turns out that the phone still worked great with his card installed and it did recognize his card in my phone. So, my conclusion is that I need a new card. I couldn't believe the difference in speed of everything! It's like a brand new phone!
As for the hard reset...I did that over the weekend, before I could get to a verizon store. It didn't work at all.
I'd say, do the same thing I did and see if that works. Can't hurt!!! Please keep me posted. I'd like to see what you find out

What are you doing when the message poss up?
maybe:
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account. -
After updating iPod Touch to iOs 5.0, I cannot get into Game Center with previous nickname. The screen says my nickname is already in use by another account. Why did this happen and how can I fix this so I can still use the same nickname?
Did you haveany problem with updating to iOS 5? It soundsl like the update did not correctly restore from the backup that iTunes mnakes as the fisr step of the update.

I was upset about the YouTube app as well, and my initial impressions were that the Apple YouTube app was better, but after using it a bit I realized the Google YouTube app was actually better. Some of the features are initially not obvious (in this case it was a matter of what I was used to), but they are all there and more. It seems to generally work better too.
I don't stream an awful lot, but I have not experienced any wifi drops while doing so yet.

It says I cloud total storage 5.0 GB available 5.0 GB so whats the problem?iCloud storage is for backups. It is not associated with space on your phone. You cannot buy more space for your phone. Check what you have on your phone and delete what you don't use or seldom use to get more space on your phone.

Carefully follow steps 1-9 outlined by wjosten in this post: https://discussions.apple.com/message/13356770#13356770. This will not, however, avoid wiping any non-purchased media from your phone (ripped CDs, etc.) as this is only synced one way: from your computer to your phone. You will have to either rebuild your iTunes library with this content and sync again to restore it to your phone, or purchase 3rd party software to copy it from your phone to iTunes prior to syncing (such as Touch Copy).

I was making new Apple ID with my other Email on iTunes, but I canceled the process on payment page. After a while I went to make a new ID with same Email but it says the Email is already in use! what should i do?
You will need to try changing the email address on the first account and see if you can then re-use it on a new account - you can try changing the email address via http://appleid.apple.com or by logging into it via the Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes (if you don't have a spare email account then you can create one via http://gmail.com or http://hotmail.com)

I have tried to log into clash of clans on my iPad and it just keeps going to a new game rather than the one saved on my iPhone. I have been using the game centre and same user name and password ?
I have the same problem.. EXACTLY. . When phoning Apple Support they had trouble understanding my problem and couldnt find any type of solution. No one seems to take responsibility for GameCenter issues. The assistant escalated the problem but no one could find an answer. .
The only idea was to set up a new apple id, hence a new GameCenter account. . But that would loose all the itunes data. Anyone got ideas ? -

After updating to mavericks on my MacBook, the screen keeps saying "setting up your mac." It has been like this for hours! How can I make it go faster? It's has been like this for 4 hrs.
I don't think your mac is setting up. It's stuck.
I would:
hold the power button until it shuts down
unplug all peripherals
do a safe boot (restart and hold down the shift key until you see the apple logo).
If it starts up in a safe boot, then you can try restarting with a normal boot.
If it does not start with a normal boot, then you probably have some incompatible third party software. Likely culprits are:
MacKeeper
CleanMyMac
third-party antivirus software
any other "cleaning" or "optimizing" or similar third party "utilities".
A good place to start would be to uninstall any of those (while in safe mode) and then restart. -
When I try to download Adobe Flash Player, it says I need to quit out of Safari even when it's closed. How do I fix this?
Apologies for the slightly pedantic answer, but in application terms, "closed" and "quit" are two different things. An application such as Safari can have several windows open, and each of them can be closed using the red button in the corner.
However, even after all windows are closed, the application is still running until you specifically quit it. You can tell it's still running by the small light under its icon in the Dock. If you hold your cursor down on the icon for a few seconds, you should see a pop up menu with the "Quit" option - click that to quit it. Or, click the icon once (this may launch a new window), then either go to the Safari menu and click Quit, or click cmd-Q, to completely quit the app.

The SIM card included with an iPhone 4S that is activated with Verizon is not used to access Verizon's network. The SIM card is used when roaming internationally - to be used with a GSM carrier in another country at Verizon's international roaming rates - with a GSM carrier in a country that Verizon has a roaming agreement with.
An iPhone activated with Verizon can be activated with another Verizon account and line/number at a Verizon store, or this can be done over the air. When I was a Verizon subscriber many moons ago, any CDMA phone I had activated with Verizon would be done over the air without having to visit a Verizon store.
Regarding your MBP, you can perform an erase and install with the OS X install package that shipped with the Mac when new. This way it will be like opening the Mac for the first time for her. She will get the setup assistant to set up the computer with her name, address, and email address, etc. along with capturing a photo of her if she wants. After she goes through the brief setup assitant, you can run Software Update to get OS X and all includes apps up to date. She can then authorize the MBP with her iTunes account with iTunes. The iPhone can the be restored with iTunes as a new iPhone. -

Did you select "Sign In with an Apple ID" as opposed to "Create a free Apple ID" when setting it up?
