AIR 2.0 & PHP bin : NativeProcess could not be started
Hi there,
I'm trying to play w/ AIR 2.0 native API, so I wanted to communicate with my PHP binary to execute some code, here is what I did : http://pastie.org/private/ncwknu71kugvutimsvbzuq
An error is thrown, saying "Error: Error #3219: 3MmŽ_The NativeProcess could not be started", do you see what I could have made wrong? I must admit I'm lost here considering that tracing "startup.executable" returns null (just after setting it, line 38) and "startup.arguments" returns null too, (juste after setting it, line 31)..
Any thoughts?

I am assuming that your are using adl to launch the app. NativeProcess API is available only under extendedDesktop profile.You have to run adl in extendedDesktop profile to be able to set the executable and the arguments:
~/sdk/bin/adl -profile extendedDesktop /path/to/application.xml /path/to/rootContent
Did you try the same and still you see this issue?

Compiling with Flex 4.0 gives flash.desktop.NativeProcess could not be found

I have an ActionScript only Flex project that was written by someone else.
I know it was compiled successfully for Air 2.0
I can compile this project using Flex Hero and with <application xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/2.6"> - however, my air file will install only on windows (on mac i get a weird 'installation file is corrupt, contact the author' error message).
So now I want to compile it for Air 2.0 as it was originally written for. So i change the used Flex SDK from Hero to 4.0 and change the target air version to <application xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/2.0"> - but then i get three compilation errors:

but I read that these features were introduced with AIR 2.0 - so how can't I compile if I change the SDK from Flex Hero to Flex 4.0?Figured it out... Make sure your descriptor file has the following namespace definition!!

Error #1014: Class flash.desktop::NativeProcess could not be found.
I just tried installing the new AIR 2.0 beta SDK according to the Release Notes. When i tried to create a simple application using the NativeProcess class, i got the following error:

Any ideas?Figured it out... Make sure your descriptor file has the following namespace definition!!

Oracle Management Server could not be started while installing 12c
Hello All,
I'm trying to installing the Oracle 12cR2 on OEL6 32 bit over Oracle Virtual Box.
The installation went smooth but at 79% of the installation, it throws me error as the OMS server is down and it could not be started.
I tried to started the services manually by "./emctl start OMS" but no luck.

I am receiving almost the identical error message in my newly installed 12c OEM when trying to start the OMS.
I have tried a variety of shutdown/restart sequences for the repository database, listener, oms and agent and have gotten nowhere.
My installation was performed on Windows Server 2008 R2 with Oracle RDBMS 11.2.0.2, just to post some basic environment info.
Any information would be appreciated.

Since I upgraded to iTunes 10.7, I can no longer sync my iPhones nor my iPad.
For all devices, iTunes says "could not back up ... because a session could not be started".
I'm on w7x64, updated.
I have already tried to re-install, reboot, stop/restart Apple mobile devices service, without success.

- You must to add your hostname in your etc/hosts file of this way
127.0.0.0 hostname.domain hostname
- Check the availability of the port 1158. For this check
telnet hostname 1158
- Check the log files of dbconsole. Normaly exists a log directory in this location
ORACLE_HOME\sysman
- Check that the listener and database is up

While selecting any JSPX and then run, the server instance could not be started. tried installing Jdeveloper again, with all data removed from earlier installations. but still process is exiting with starting server instance.

facing the same issue.
Can reinstall be of any help. I want to remove every trace of Jdev from system and then reinstall it, but dont know how, everytime it finds some trace of the earlier installations.

There is no listener.log in that folder, I assume it is because it is initialized the first time the listener starts. The only file in the directory is sqlnet.log, it contains this information:

I observed the same problem and can add more detail if required.
In short, I required an entry in /etc/hosts for my.hostname that was declared against my actual interface IP address (192.168.0.x). I believe this is due to the behaviour of a call to getHostByName() in the weblogic platform startup sequence when initialising the web tier.
Error:

This caused the web tier startup to fail and thus the subsequent agent registration to fail.

I have installed 2 Jdev softwarres (9G & 11G) in my machine and I have set the JDEV_USER_HOME as environment variable for 9G version. Virtual machine could not be started because hypervisor is not running
I am having trouble starting a VM. I am suspecting that it might be due to my hardware. I have a Dell Optiplex 755 A09. Processor is Intel Duo Core E4500 @2.2Ghz Hyperthreading = No and 2 mb cache. I had this computer given to me, but would like to run Hypervisor on it if possible. Can the processor be upgraded, if so, what would I have to purchase in order to make hypervisor work?
I m using HP Prolient BL460C Blade Server with Intel Xeon(R) E 5450 @3.00 GHz.
and facing problem with the error "the

I tried following in BIOS:
- No-Execute Memory Protection - Enabled
- Intel Virtualization Technology - Enabled
but I get Blue Screen, after that I came through link below to change the registry setting mentioned by Rajiv as above, and thx to him I did not face Blue Screen after that...(Dont really know what Blue Screen has to do with Hibernate/sleep mode)
