Hi,
I'm getting "All JCo return parameters are initial" on a SOAP->XI->R/3 scenario. What could be the cause? This is not all the time, it's working 99.5% of the time!

Thanks for your response, I will check with SAP. This is not acceptable! There are lots of traffic in our R/3 world between QAT and PRD. I cannot just stop the messages (XI to PRD) when it's happening. This is really strange. I'm sure there is a way to fix this. I will get back to you when I will find the way.

URGENT : Return all rows when parameters null

Effectively, I want to be able to return all the rows of a table when my parameters are null.

The songs on my Ipod Classic wont play at all although you can feel and hear the machinery working hard. The tracks are not playng at all but you can see the Ipod rewinding them all and returning to the album. And this happens to the second IPOD I have!

First off, I would STRONGLY suggest that a external hard drive would make you life much easier by at least being able to back up your songs on the external drive for when you need them. Even if you don't want them in the iTunes library, you can have them all ready on the external to be re-added as needed. You can get 100's of gigs for under $100 shipped.
Anyway, since you used Yamipod, are all the songs back on the computer? If so, I would go ahead and restore the iPod, let iTunes then resync everything back to the iPod, then switch it back to manual and see if the restore and resync clears up the issue.

What parameters specifically would it be referring to?

IS the error occurred only in outgoing payment? or what changes have you done?
Try to create new PLD copy from system PLD then edit the field.
Everytime you inserted a fields try to run the PLD so that we can determine the problem.

Did you have the original OS installation disk? If not, call Apple Customer relations and provide them with the MBP serial number (on the bottom) and they will send you replacements. There is a charge.
If this is a late 2011 MBP, the it came with Lion installed. Try accessing the Apple servers with OPTION COMMAND R keys held down at start up. The display should show a picture of a globe. Proceed accordingly. If no success, call Apple as already described.

Help - Taskflow parameters are empty - second time around...

Hi,
In my TF - I have a initiate methodcall - a show jspx - and finally a save methodcall. From my save method I have a default navigation back to the show page. Hop this makes sense - basically - setup- show - save.
Somehow - the TF returns all the way to the starting method - when the save method has been called. and besides that - the orignally TF parameters are now empty.
How can I avoid this?

Array elements keep returning to their initial value after being replaced

This is my first post here, but this looks like a great place to discuss labview.
I have a strange problem that probably has a simple answer.
Basically, I have initialized an array outside of a "for loop" that contains a "flat sequence structure." I use the array inside the flat seq structure, replacing elements within the array, incrementaly by 1 starting with index 0, so i have run a wire through the "for loop" barrier and then through the "flat seq structure box".
However when I step through my VI what happens is this.
On the first run through, it succesfully changes the element at index 0. On the next iteration it succesfully replaces the element at index 1, however, now index 0 has returned to its initial value! .... This continues.... say im up to my 100th iteration, all the previous indexes have all returned to their initialized value but index 99 (its the 100th iteration) now has the value it should...however on the next iteration, index 99 will return to its initialized value.... its a vicious cycle..
Can anybody tell me what I've screwed up?

Are you using a shift register on your loop or a tunnel? If you are using a tunnel, then the orginal value is always passed into the loop. If you use a shift register, then each iteration of the loop has the value passed in the last iteration of the loop. I'm not at work, so can't setup a perfect example, but this is from an example I showed someone else. The first two examples I show here are using shift registers and a 2-D array. The second example uses an element only available in later versions of LV, but is supposed to be more efficient memory wise.

BPEL to JDE 811, parameters are passed as zero

We have finished all configuration from Adapter Installation guide as well as from User's guide.
When we are making a call from our BPEL to JDE 811 functions,
1) For the functions that are not having any parameters (e.g. GetAuditInfo), are returning correct outputs or say valid response. but
2) When we make a call to function that are having parameters (e.g. GetYearDescription, GetEffectiveAddress), the values of the parameters are being passed as zero. Or JDE is sending responses like the parameters we passed were absolute zero.
like for GetYearDescription, i'm giving following XML as input,

As you suggested, I configured my Application Explorer for Attribute Style and get connected. I generated the WSDL and Schema for GetYearDescription. I created the BPEL process and again gave the input as I mentioned above, but it is still giving me 2000 as output. Am'I following the correct process ?

Initiate GP without filling in required parameters at initiation.

Hi Experts,
Does anyone know how to initiate a GP without filling in the required parameters? I want the user to fill those in from an Adobe Form. Also, how do I assign a role to a user at runtime so I dont have to assign role at the initiation process? We wont always know who a specific task should be assigned to until runtime.
By the way, I tried this in an iView (application parameter) of type sap.com/cafeugpuiinst. and it doesn't work:

Executing each callable object separately is working fine, I have a strong feeling it has something to do with the consolidation of the parameters in the process itself.

In the GP runtime on the left pane you can see all the actions that are assigned to you when executing the Guided Procedure process. What I mean by "The RFC action doesn't even show in the GP runtime" is that the action which calls a BAPI which is a External Service callable object does not show in the list of actions even though it is assigned to me.
Could it be something to do with the cardinality of the parameters?? Each individual paramter is 1..1 but when I group the parameters the Group node is 0..1 and the params within it are 1..1, could this have something to do with it? I'm totally stuck!

Is there a way to force for rendering ALL clips in work area?

Is there a way to force for rendering ALL clips in work area? All clips: not only the ones with the red horizontal line indicating that they need rendering! I ask for this because the rendered clips preview very smoothly, but the unrendered ones do not! My source footage (and project) involves Full HD (1920*1080i 25fps).

If a Clip does not need Rendering, it will not be Rendered.
Basically, what Rendering does is to convert the Clips, that do require Rendering, to DV-AVI (SD Projects on a PC). This will yield AVI files in the Media Cache, Render Files, and for playback, PrE will rely on those. If you look in the Render File folder, you will see a bunch of abstractly named files, but those files are now Linked in the PREL (Project file), and will be used by the program for playback.
If one were to remove those Render files, and then Open that Project in PrE, they'd receive a message, "Where is file 04u434ip0ow.AVI?" [Note: that is just an example of the abstract Render file name, and is not the actual name, that one would see.]. One could Ignore those now missing Render files, and where they were used, there would then be red lines over those Clips.
As Steve mentions, the Render files are used only for smoothest playback. As I use DV-AVI files for SD Projects on my PC, I will not need to Render for smoothest playback, until I make changes to the Clips, like overlay Titles, PiP, Effects, etc.. I might never Render the Timeline, even with those additions, but sometimes, I will Render a small segment many times, especially with animated Effects, as I adjust the parameters.
If one is not getting the smoothest playback, then Rendering all files requiring Rendering will usually improve playback greatly.

I have created a SSRS report which has to accept two parameters i.e., store name, Date(to show sales on particular date) in report. which are working fine for me. but, those passed parameters are not hitting the main query in main Dataset. what ever i
pass in parameters, it is displaying all the rows(every city values). i think i am not correct in creating the statement in Main dataset query, to receive those 2 parameters into the main query. can anybody please help me how to create the statement
in main date set to display the results for the exact parameter i am passing(which has to be in MDX).

According to your description, you want to use parameter in the report, then after parameter values are selected, corresponding data will be displayed in the report. But the parameters do not work and all the rows are displayed.
To pass parameter to main report dataset, we need to define parameter for MDX query and assign parameter name same as SSRS report parameter. For detail information, please refer to the following steps:
Create a Dataset to retrieve data for Store name parameter.
Create Store name parameter, type name and prompt, set Date type to Text, check Allow multiple values check box, then select get values from the dataset.
Create a Dataset for Date parameter.
Create Date parameter, type name and prompt, set Date type to Date/Time, then select get values from the dataset.
Create a new dataset used to retrieve data for the report, add statement like below to the mdx query: {STRTOMEMBER(@Date)} * {STRTOSET (@Store_name)}.
In Query Designer pane, click Query Parameters and assign parameter name same as SSRS report parameter.

How can I return to the initial text state in a UITextView? a UITextField

For iphone 4, the appilications don't really close after they are quited.
The problem is, it will preserve your states of, say, text view.
I want to return to initial state after I quit the view of text view.
For example, after I read a story, I would like it to begin with the first line when I start to read the second time. I don't want to take action returing to the first line.
I wonder if there is a simple way to do so?
Can anyone tell me how?

Some parameters are not shown in parameter dialog

Hello,
I created a VB.NET program using VS2005 sample.
When the program refers to CR10's DLLs (VS2005 bundle),
it prompts all parameters correctly.
But when the program refers to CR12's DLLs, some parameters are not prompted.
I installed merge module 12.2.
I also checked CR11 (merge module 11.5) and found the result is equal to CS12.
