Alteração dos layout's de impressão padrão do SAP B1

Pessoal, bom dia.

Abs,
Melo

  • Crystal layout previews fine in Crystal, but not in SAP.

    Hi,
    I've built a simple report in Crystal based upon the Goods Receipt Header and Goods Receipt Rows Table.
    I've included the DocKey@ paremeter
    I've set the correct select record: {OPDN.DocEntry} = {?DocKey@}
    When I preview the report in Crystal, Crystal asks me to define a DocKey. I select 12 (because I know this has good data in SAP. My report works fine (see below).
    However, I've having difficulty generating the report from SAP. When I preview the report in SAP, it imports the correct DocKey into the layout via the DocKey@ parameter, but, it doesn't actually select any data (see below).
    I've checked the obvious things like ensuring SAP is generating the correct layout.
    Any ideas?

  • Altering copied SAP report layout

    I've copied SAP std report from investment management (in IME2) to create my own layout. I've copied the report and form, and have alterred the form to my liking.
    When I execute the report, the summary section at the bottom of the report appears correctly, but the middle section doesn't show the same columns.
    I can't find where this is controlled/stored. How do I get into the centre section of the report layout to alter the column layouts and bring in my new columns when the report executes.
    Can anyone tell me how I get into this area of a report to configure the column layout
    Thanks
    Graham

    Hi Prasanna
    No I've checked throughout Report painter/writer, and its not there.  Style wise, it appears to be more of a Profitability Analysis report.
    I've managed to create my own copy of  SAP standard report S_ALR_87012825, with a modified form that gives me what I nee at the bottom summary section.  I've spent hours trying to get into the middle section, but just can't find a way.
    the nearest I got was in IME2, where I can right click on the program name, and choose "Layout Display", but there doesn't seem to be any editing options where I can alter the columns in the middle section of the report, which I basically want to replicate the summary section at the bottom.

  • Attribute "Report Layout" is missing in the "Print Attributes" tab for IR

    Hallo,
    The attribute “Report Layout” is missing in the “Print Attributes” tab for an interactive report?
    How to alter the report layout (xsl-fo) of an interactive report?
    Has someone any idea where to configure this?
    Btw, for the "classic" SQL Report the XSL-FO "Report Layout" can be cahnged in "Print Attributes" and this works fine for me. But I want to change the xsl-fo for the interactive report.
    "If you do not select a report layout, a default XSL-FO layout is used. The default XSL-FO layout is always used for rendering Interactive Report regions. ... Unlike classic reports, the Interactive Report Print Attributes can only utilize the default XSL-FO layout and is initiated from the Report Attributes, Download section rather than directly from this screen. Once configured, these attributes only apply only to the current region and cannot be used outside the context of the region."
    http://apex.oracle.com/i/doc/bldapp_rpt_print.htm
    How can the "default XSL-FO layout" be changed?
    Changing is necessary because the Apache FOP 1.0 reports the following error (for the transmitted default XSL-FO):
    "fo:simple-page-master", "fo:region-body" must be declared before "fo:region-before"
    http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl/#fo_region-before
    The default report layout is not saved in:
    select * from APEX_040000.WWV_FLOW_REPORT_LAYOUTS
    Thx, Willi

    I've found two workaround for getting Apache FOP 1.0 to work with Oracle Apex 4.0 for PDF printing of interactive reports:
    1, Use an application process to set your custom layout for interactive reports:
    [ ] grant all on APEX_040000.WWV_RENDER_REPORT3 to {YOUR_SCHEMA_NAME};
    [ ] Create an Application Process e.g. "Custom Report Layout" with constraint for request 'PDF' and Process Text:
    declare
    v_xsl varchar2(32767);
    begin
    v_xsl := '<?xml version = ''1.0'' encoding = ''utf-8''?>
    <xsl:stylesheet version="2.0"
      <fo:region-body region-name="region-body" margin-top="54.0pt" margin-bottom="54.0pt"/>
      <fo:region-before region-name="region-header" extent="54.0pt"/>
    </xsl:stylesheet>';
    APEX_040000.WWV_RENDER_REPORT3.g_prn_template := v_xsl;
    end;2, If you have some knowlege in Java change the sequnce of the the nodes in the apex_fop.jsp (or servlet), ie. changing the xsl before you use it for transformation.
    The code depends on the solution you are using to parse the xsl string.
    Hope this may help someone,
    Willi

    Sounds like a plan. Thanks for the suggestion.
    I was also considering using PL/SQL since I'm very comfortable with PL/SQL and I thought I could control the layout better that way. I was able to create a "matrix" type layout (to coin an Oracle Reports term) that way for another application...
    The only thing that was stopping me was that I didn't know how to render the pagination buttons through an API call. That would've been my first preference, actually.
    At any rate, your suggestion makes the most sense, given what I know about APEX now.
    Thanks!!!

  • UWL iview layout - move buttons/userdecision position

    Currently in EP7.0 SPS 12 the layout of our UWL preview is:
    Title
    Attributes
    Description
    Attachments
    DescisionHandler
    Buttons
    I have the requriement to move the buttons/userdecision to the to the top? Can anyone provided details on where and how this is configured?
    I have looked at the iview config and cannot see a setting to alter the layout, but only to limit the visible components. As i have removed the attributes section as that content is displayed in the UWL table.
    The aim is to reduce scrolling within our UWL that has long task descriptions, by moiving the button position.
    Cheers.

    Thanks for the response.
    There is no issue in creating/altering views (DefaultView etc), but this only handles the table layout, and not the work item details layout. Which is what I am looking to alter. The default DefaultView from uwl.standard.xml (below) has no config and I am unable to find the uwl_confiuration.dtd element that will alter the order/layout in which components (subject, attributes, description, attachments, userdecision, actions etc) are ordered/displayed in the work item details screen.
    Page 16 of the linked pdf shos the sections that Hauge mentions you can choose to display or not, but not the order in which you can display them.

  • Help building report layout

    Hello,
    I have to alter a report layout on Reporting Services 2008 and after 2 and a half days trying I simply give up!
    It's impossible to make this layout in RS2008. It simply does not accept what I need to do. See layout bellow:
    Consumption Location X
    MU A | PartNo x | Part Description | Qty
             | PartNo y | Part Description | Qty
    MU B | PartNo q | Part Description | Qty
    MU C | PartNo n | Part Description | Qty
             | PartNo z | Part Description | Qty
             | PartNo s | Part Description | Qty
    --------------------Skip line-----------------
    Consumption Location Z
    MU G | PartNo t | Part Description | Qty
    --------------------Skip line-----------------
    This "Consumption Location" must be over the pieces of information and they are data from my query, so are the other columns. The 4 other columns must be grouped, so they can look as the first image, otherwise won't have the layout needed.
    Now I ask you: How can I do such thing?!
    I appreciate the help, and I'm sorry that I sounded mad. I'm really pissed off 'cause of this.
    Tks!

    I believe I have reproduced the layout you are looking for.
    I created a static dataset using sample data similar to what you have:
    I then added a table and the dataset to the above sample dataset. I added a parent group to the detail group (MU) and a parent group to MU (Consumption Location). These each added a group column. I deleted both of the new group columns without deleting the
    groups. I deleted the existing header row then added a Total row to the MU group > Before. I right-clicked the new total row and Inserted a row > Inside Group - Above. I added a 4th detail cell by right-clicking the middle column and choosing Insert
    Column (either left or right). Now I merged the 4 cells of the top total row together and did the same for the bottom total row.
    I populated the data as follows... bottom total row I added [Consumption Location]. In the 4 data cells from left to right... [MU], [PartNo], [Description], [Qty]. Last step is to edit the expression in the first detail cel. Instead of just displaying [MU]
    you want that for only the first record of the group so use the following expression instead: =IIf(Previous(Fields!MU.Value) = Fields!MU.Value, "", Fields!MU.Value)
    Add a little formatting to make it pretty and...
    The empty total row at the top I set the top, left and right border style to None. This gives you the empty line.

  • Method of modifying iSQL page layout

    to better incorporate iSQL into my corporate web, i would like to add a link on the iSQL login page to our corporate home page. a user is returned to this page after loging out, and this link would provide a path back to the corporate home page. how would one accomplish this? is there any documentation on modifying the iSQL environment? thanks for any guidance.

    There is no supplied command or configuration tool to
    make changes, i.e. there is no way to add links or alter
    the HTML layout.
    Modifying the style sheet gives a little customization.
    Modifying the supplied GIF logos will also change the
    look and feel.
    A half solution is to write your own custom page that
    mimics the HTML form used by the iSQL*Plus login page.
    You would use this as a static HTML page. Users would
    need to use your URL in preference to the iSQL*Plus URL.
    The drawback is if there is a login error, or after
    exiting the default login page is displayed by
    iSQL*Plus.
    The closest hack you can make is to change the Help icon
    and top level static HTML Help pages (help/*/toc.htm).
    This will affect all iSQL*Plus pages.
    Be careful not to affect the supportability of
    iSQL*Plus.

  • Layout.js overwrite on startup?

    I'm busy creating a skin for our company and i modified layout.js in the Top Menu layout folder. My skin is a subfolder of Top Menu.
    I notice that when i restart the server, the layout.js gets overwritten and i loose my changes...
    Is this normal behavier or not? If it is, how can i overwrite it without loosing my changes.

    it is for a demo we can use with customers to show what we can do with stellent.
    I made a skin for our company to show the customers we can alter the complete layout so they can use there own "house style".
    We use the top menu as an example but the odds are big than when we need to write a custom layout for a customer, we definitly need to write our own layout with layout.js and other files so then the first thing i'll do is create a new component.

  • Layout de contas a pagar replica contas bancarias

    Grupo,
    Preciso de ajuda, estou configurando o contas a pagar para ser impresso, mais no momento que o contas a pagar se refere a pagamento com cheque ele replica todas as contas bancarias, o que devo fazer para que não aconteça isto?
    Estou utilizando o layout padrão do SAP.

    2. Quanto ao campo de autorizações o melhor seria criar um UDF para tentar trazar essa informação e depois procurar o respetivo UDF.

  • How can I add a custom title to multiple ALV reports selected by layout?

    Greetings and good day, everyone!
    Within the past week or so, I posted a question asking the best way to create a program that would generate multiple ALV reports.  I got some great ideas, and I've actually coded up a few simple demos based on your feedback -- thank you!
    Here's the issue I'm running into:  Many of you suggested that I put all report records into one table, and create a field that I could use to filter on later to determine which fields I want to display for the report.  For example, if I have 3 different reports, I put all the fields for all 3 reports into a table.  I then add a "report key" field.  As I put records into the report table for report 1, I code "01" into the "report key" field.  I do the same for reports 2 and 3, assigning each a "report key" of "02" and "03", respectively.
    I then set up layouts in the ALV for each of the three reports, using the filter option to only pull records with the "report key" value for that particular report.  This all works wonderfully!  However, I seem to have lost the ability to show a custom title for each layout.  I can create a generic TITLEBAR (like "Reporting Center") but I don't know how to reset the grid's title when a layout is selected.  I was hoping that SAP might use the layout description as the title on each page, but it doesn't -- it uses the TITLEBAR text.
    Any ideas?  I think this might be the best way to program multiple ALV reports, but if I can't display the right report title for a particular layout, I'll probably have to go back to my other alternative of putting each report in its own container/screen, and having a button to access each report from the application toolbar.
    Thanks,

    Srikanth,
    I don't have any Selection Screen radio buttons for the user to select a particular report; in my case, they specify some needed criteria by the program in the Selection Screen, the program goes off and does a fair bit of processing/updating, and then displays the ALV reports when finished.  They don't want to choose one particular report to view ahead of time; they want to have all 3 (in my case) there to see what processed correctly, what was eligible to process but kicked out with errors, and what failed some matching checks done up front (this layout includes additional fields from the input file so they can see what didn't match up against R/3).
    So, while I do like the code example you presented, I don't think it's going to help me in my case.

  • Urgent: How to create a new layout for portal lightframeworkpage

    Expert,
    I want to create a new layout for  external facing portal. I have created a new par project also in NWDS, but being new I do not know where to get "com.sap.portal.layouts.default.par" and other supporting libraries.
    Need an urgent help.
    Thanks in advance
    -Lave Kulshreshtha

    Hi,
    Look into this blog to know, how to write custom layouts:
    Nuts and Bolts of the External Facing Portal (EFP)
    Once you wrote your layout jsp, then declare it in portalapp.xml like this:
    <component name="example_narrowWide">
          <component-config>
            <property name="ClassName" value="com.sapportals.portal.pb.layout.PageLayout"/>
            <property name="SafetyLevel" value="no_safety"/>
          </component-config>
          <component-profile>
            <property name="ComponentType" value="com.sapportals.portal.layout"/>
            <property name="com.sap.portal.pcm.Title" value="2 Columns (Narrow:Wide)"/>
            <property name="com.sap.portal.pcm.Description" value="two-column layout displaying the narrow column on the right"/>
            <property name="com.sap.portal.reserved.layout.TagLibLayout" value="/SERVICE/com.sap.portal.pagebuilder/taglib/layout.tld"/>
            <property name="com.sap.portal.reserved.layout.TagLibHtmlb" value="/SERVICE/com.sap.portal.htmlb/taglib/htmlb.tld"/>
            <property name="com.sap.portal.reserved.layout.TemplateFile" value="*yourLayout.jsp*"/>
            <property name="AuthScheme" value="anonymous"/>
            <property name="com.sap.portal.reserved.layout.Cont1" value="Left Column">
              <property name="plainDescription" value="Column 1"/>
              <property name="orientation" value="vertical"/>
              <property name="designClass" value="prtlPageConL"/>
            </property>
            <property name="com.sap.portal.reserved.layout.Cont2" value="Right Column">
              <property name="plainDescription" value="Column 2"/>
              <property name="orientation" value="vertical"/>
              <property name="designClass" value="prtlPageConR"/>
            </property>
          </component-profile>
        </component>
    As all the layout taglibs and required classes are in com.sap.portal.pagebuilder application, you should refer to it in your portalapp.xml SharingReference property.
    Try all this and if you have specific questions, let me know.

  • STS not locking data and layout

    Hi, we are trying to use STS for approval.  We have it configured and it seems to work fine but it does not lock the data when it is "approved".  I check the tables UPS_LOCKS and UPS_HASH and the seem in sync, after the approval there is an entry in UPS_LOCKS.  I tried a data slice and it locks fine.  For the hierarchy, I am using a reference infoobject called ZPLNT_CO in which the actual hieraercy is build on 0COMP_CODE, could this be the problem?, although it did import properly into STS .
    Does the authorization objects need to have an activity other than 16?
    Any other suggestions?  Thanks in advance, Scott

    We have not found that STS is very satisfactory for locking submitted data on status change. It depends somewhat on your organisation and how your planners can work in the organisation: for example take a look at previous thread
    [STS and locking|https://forums.sdn.sap.com/click.jspa?searchID=9479206&messageID=4221273].
    So STS appears to lock data in all units for which a user plans, and other users may not be affected by the lock. So it appears to work best if there is a one-to-one relation between users and units which they plan.
    I could be wrong, but that has been my impression.
    (We are using SAP GUI entry of data).

    Stephen
