  I need to display color for a field(cell) in a record.
is there any events to handle this.

  • Strange behaviour in alv output display for a date column!

    hi friends,
    my alv output list display contains a column for budat (posting date), if this field has no value, then it displays a blank cell (space) in the output in my user login...but when the same report is run in another user login, even though the value of the column is null, it displays 00000000 (8 zeroes) rather than displaying a blank cell...i have set the field catalog property NO_ZERO = 'X'; is this property has anything to do with authorization to achieve its funcionality? am not sure...this is strange, as it is the same report, same field catalog that is being used..need some inputs on this

    There are 2 solutions for an adhoc solution you can change the field to a char10 field, this will solve your immediate problem of the 0 display. For a permanent solution you can check the user profile setting for the date for you as well as the concerned user.

  • Color Display for PDF Files Creative Cloud in Browser View

    I have noticed that there is a great difference in color display between a PDF and .ai/eps files. When viewed in the browser there seems to be no ICC taking affect for PDF files even though options to include the profiles, etc in output were selected. This makes it hard to use as a tool when showing clients proofs via the browser as they will never see proper color. I know color will vary between monitors but the difference is huge for some colors. Like a dark almost Navy Blue appearing like a vibrant pen ink blue. On a Mac when you use the quick spacebar preview the correct color shows for all versions of file type but in the browsers it shows the color incorrectly. Have tried this so far on the Mac in in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Even Google Drive can display all the file types correctly with correct color although the way it shows eps files is a bit off. That I don't mind as I rarely save eps files anymore.
    Is there something I am missing or is this a defect in the browser display?
    The other possible option would be to flip my thinking and save everything as .ai files with PDF compatibility turned on and then have to tell clients that they should be able to open that ai file in Acrobat. At the moment I save everything as PDF files with Illustrator compatibility turned on.

    Can anyone throw light on this. I'm facing same problem.

  • ALV Grid Display for ME2N, ME2L

    We have a requirement where we want the ALVGrid Display for ME2N, ME2L. When we list these in excel file it comes in very scattered manner.
    Client is looking for PO report similar to ME80FN with credit terms, GR Info etc.. I believe ECC 6.0 have ALV Grid in standard, else this can be incorporated thru OLME --- > Reporting ---> Scope of List and does not require query but I am not sure how to achieve it.

    In the selection screen of ME2N or ME2L, if you will select ALV in the field SCOPE OF LIST, u will get the report in ALV format.
    To default the SCOPE OF LIST in any transaction code from BEST to ALV, please follow the below path in SPRO:

    Is there a recommended display profile for such work?
    Are there any good hardware or software solutions to assist in getting the color I want to see later on dvd or film?
    Any good references or links?

    I have a peculiar problem while doing ALV Grid display for screens.
    In the main Screen i have Three coloumns.The 1st coloum will interacted
    next screen 101 and 2nd coloum will interacted to screen 102.
    Now the problem is in the menu of ALV Grid display,the Total button was enabled for screen
    101 and same button is disabled in screen 102.

  • Not able to download all the rows to excel sheet from alv grid display

    Hi experts,
    I am not able to download all the rows which are displayed in alv grid display for some material numbers.
    for some materials i am able to download, i used two ways to download 1) from icon(local file) on grid 2) menu list->export.
    i checked in debugging till selecting the spread sheet pop up window, i am able to see all the data in internal table.
    Can you suggest me what will be the problem....

  • New Page in ALV GRID display.

    HI Experts,
    I have a requirement of displaying top of page and corresponding detailed records for specific combination of top of page(say plant,material,batch etc). Again for the next combination I need repeated header and detail list.
    I guess I have to use NEW PAGE to get this.
    However, I am using the REUSE ALV GRID DISPLAY for which the sort table does not display as required.
    Could you please help me  on this?
    In addition could you please suggest how to use NEW page in report without using OOPS concept.

    1.Put a pushbutton  on the ALV o/p say 'Next'.
    2. Now in the user comand routine you have to change the  table contents u supply to reuse_alv_commentary write, also fill the o/p internal table with data corresponding to ur specific combination and supply to reuse_alv_grid_display.
    3.In the user comand routine u have  slis_selfield.
    4.It contains a component refresh, mark it as 'X'.( slis_selfield-refresh = 'X'.)
    5.No need of new page or calling reus_alv_grid_display number of times.

  • ALV grid display with more than 1000 columns

    Hi Friends,
    I have to prepare a report output which have 1015 columns.
    User will give 100 weeks of data to retrieve. I have to display the output in day wise.
    100*7 + 315 = 1015 columns.
    I am using ALV grid display for this in 4.6C.
    My Question is, whether I have to declare the output table type with 1015 fields.?
    Is there any other way to do this, without declaring 1015 cloumns.

    Witch Is Really The Best Color Display For My iMac?
    There are 4 Color Display's on My iMac Witch do you think is the best 1 for My iMac Computer i want to get the best color possible please help me cause i don't understand how it all goes about?

    no i'm not doing color critical work on my iMac i just went through the settings to check them out this morning & i wanted to know witch 1 is better see i recently bought a iMac 24 Inch Monitor 2.66 GHZ on monday july 27, 2009. & i went to check out the color settings this morning & i just wanted to know witch 1 of the 4 is better to use? i have checked them all out but right now i'm Sticking with the regular iMac Color 1 witch is the default o this iMac but what i was trying to say is witch 1 of the 4 Color's are better then all of them cause i want My iMac to be @ its best all the time so witch of the 4 color settings is the best 1 of the 4? just curious?

    I am using ALV List display for output pupose and where i am using push buttons  and using  PF-STATUS its fetching other details and its workin fine..my problem is when i press back button and again press the push button .... the same content is repeating or the list is not cleared ......what to do how to clear the content in the list ........

  • Display Color for sigle  CELL in ALV report

    Hi all,
    I have one doubt is it possible to make a particular cell as read color in ALV.
    Ex: I have one field which shows amount in my ALV report,My requirement is that when ever the amount is less then 'ZERO', I have to show that particular cell in read color.
