An app I would like to create...

Question

Can anyone give me advice on how to create an app with these features:
(Student) Name Selection
(Staff) Name Selection
Date and Time Selection
Description box for users to type in
All of this information to be sent to a group of email addresses depending on student
Any ideas????????????????

Hi STPM03,
Thanks for reaching out! Here are some pointers to get started:
Student/staff names can be imported from Excel or you can use a Table - once you have the data you can add them in a drop-down control
Date-Time can also be drop-down controls
Description can be an input text box
To send the data over email, you could use O365 Send Email
