ANI mapping to agent
Hi All,
We want to map ANI (for a specified caller) to a particular agent so how we can achieve this ?
One way is to use hardcoding in script but what we can do if we have many such callers ?? Database can be another way but we want something like xml file or any other configuration file.
So it there any such way ?? Please provide with some details.
Database is going to be your best bet, specially if you get into the thousands of ANIs. XML or hardcoding is great for a few maybe even a few hundred ANIs, but anything more than that you'll be better off using a database.

Dear Experts,
In exports, we ship our consignemts from one location A to other location B with a road tranporter (say by lorry) for which we create a shipment document (transportation module is avail). From the location B our clearing agent clears the customes procedures and send the consigment thru ship. Here, we have to make payemnt to Road transporter as well as for clearing agent.
In this, how to map the clearing agent and his payment.
Thanks in advance,
Reg,
JJGo to OVTK, select a Shipment Type, copy the same and change the following:-
a) ShpmtComplType:::::::::::1
b) Service Level::::::::::::1
c) Process Control::::::::::2
d) Leg Indicator::::::::::::4
e) Adopt route::::::::::::::Adopt all stages
f) Determine legs:::::::::::1
Save the above data.
Next go to T_56, create a new item category, maintain a new Shipment Cost Type and assign the shipment cost type to this item category
Next go to T_57, select your shipment type and assign the shipment cost type there. Subsequently, click on "Define shipment cost relevance for shipment type" and tick for first two boxes
Next create a condition type in T_06 for pricing and have an access sequence for this in T_07
Next in T_08, select "Define and assign shipping type procedure group" and assign shipping type procedure group to your shipping type
Next in the same tab, select "Define and assign item procedure group" and maintain the required data there
Next create a pricing procedure and assign the above condition types there
Finally, assign this pricing procedure to your transportation planning point
This is only a brief details as the configuration details cannot be listed out now. Try with this and let me know wherever you stuck, so that I will try to help you out.
thanks

Please help us to solve this issue.
we have one more issue.We used ActiveChgImp synchronization profiles for synchronization. But the profile ActiveChgImp deleted by mistake. Can create that profile (ActiveChgImp) one more time using createprofile, if so what prop_file I need to give for creating this?
Thanks in advanceYou can use
$ORACLE_HOME\ldap\odi\conf\backup\activechg.map.master to recreate activechgimp profile.
DIP_GEN_SEARCH_EXCEPTION error is generic error. Try setting high debug level to generate more details. -
Does conversion agent or XI provide any out of the box mapping content to map conversion agent's EDI XML schema and IDOC XML? For example is there a mapping content (in CA or XI) between EDI_MSG_850_Purchase_Order and Orders.Orders05? If so where can I get it?
But I know it provides conversion of native edi to xml format via adapter modules.
I read lot of blogs and forums, but couldn't find this information.
Thanks
nullHi,
Why dont u got for seeburger for the EDI mapping into XML,seeburger have the standasrd mappings which are predefined and u have to define them in ur module tab in adapter.
Coverstion agant is a tool which will convert any type data that u imazine into XML but it done have the standard mappings predifined.

Hi,
I have searched for commission agent config. in forum but didn't find satisfactory answer.
I have to map Commission agent scenario in sap,
Commission Agent places sales order to company but ship to party is different. Commission is given to agent on sales value in every 3 month.
How can payment of commission is made in every 3 month in sap.
Kindly guide me on above scenario.
Thanks & Regards,
HemuHi,
As per your post I understand ship to party is different but Who is your sold to party and who is commission agent
Are sold to and commission agent are same ???? or different ????
Manage it with rebate process or else with commission agent enhancement which is in below link

EIM / WIM 4.3.2 Agent Bulk Import UCCE
When one runs the integration wizard all the agents in UCCE are also imported. The thing is that we can only run the wizard once. So every time I add agents to UCCE and want them to use EIM / WIM I have to manually map them. It there a way to do this in bulk or does this have to be manually done? Its ok to do this manually for few agents but the problem is when there are many agents.
VictorHi
I dont believe there is any standard way of doing this other than mapping the agents manually.
When doing an install though it is best to create a Non-Production/Test deparment first. You can run the integration wizard against this department and bring in a couple of test agents. Once happy you can then create more departments and then run the integration wizard again against the new departments. Remember you cannot delete a department once you have created it.
Thanks,
Matt -

Synchronization errors with AD: LDAP error code 65 : orclObjectSid
I'm trying to get synchronization working - importing data from Microsoft AD.
The bootstrap seemed to go ok, and the synchronization is up and running - but I still get errors in the profile's trace file as follows at the end of this post.
The error always seem to complain about the orclObjectSid attribute
Do I need to do anything to the OID schema?
Or is this a mapping problem?
Either way, how would I correct this error?
Thanks!!

-----------I found a solution - I added the offending attribute orclObjectSid to the domain objectClass as an optional attribute.
It was a bit of a "clutching at straws" solution - but it does seem to have worked.
I'm not sure why the data being imported had such a value, but the synchronization hasn't thrown up any further errors since then.
Thanks for your help everyone.

I'm trying to load data from SQL Server to Oracle. When I try to deploy my mapping, default agent gives an error and says restart agent. Ok, I go to Linux and say "ccashut", give pwd and get this:
[oracle@xware unix]$ sh ccashut
Checking admin port: 23791
Enter password:
Error: Could not connect to the remote server. Please check if the server is down or the client is using invalid host, ORMI port or password to connect: Disconnected
Exiting due to error.
That "remote server" is very weird, it's on the same server? How can I fix this, this is now a show stopper because I can't deploy my mappings. I have the Linux server in my clients hosts-file, I know pwd is right and now I don't know anymore what to do...
Thanks in advance,
MariI'm trying to deploy a mapping but can't do it because OWB says that CCA must be restarted (and that's done using ccashut ans ccastart, according to owb manual). Default agent location must be registered before I can deploy a mapping and that registration fails with "restart" error.
Connection failed. CCA-1536: Control Center Agent is unavailable, please restart. Details are: Error reading application-client descriptor: Error communicating with server: Connection refused: connect; nested exception is: javax.naming.Communication.Exception: Conenction refused: connect [Root exception is java.net.Connect.Exception: Connect refused: connect] ormi://xware:23791/jrt

Changes are not reflected in Staging or Production Database - BCC
Hi,
I changed an asset from product catalog and able to see successful deployment in BCC. But, I am not able to see the changes in Staging or Production database.
I see only changes in Versioned Database.
Did the following things to see if thee is any error but there is no error during this operations.
1) Enabled all the logs for DeploymentManager, DeploymentServer.
2) Ran the CatalogMaintenanceService.
Please help me in resolving this issue.
Thanks,
DKAPAdding to Desai, check for the repository mapping in agents, i.e in your production agent, you need to map the repositories to production repositories. For example ProductCatalog should be mapped to ProductCatalogproduction, similarly in Staging agent as well.
Cheers
