Animate "Fails" to Publish project (Windows 7 Professional); can't access folder?

I have seen the other "Publish" question on this forum, but this seems to be another issue. When publishing a project to Web, the resulting dialog indicates...
"Failed to publish to Web at path: "pathname". Make sure the folder is accessible and the file is not locked.
All the same, when I go to the project saved location I find new Publish and /Web folders, a new Publish/Web/Image folder, an Edge_includes folder and the expected .js and .htm or .html files. For a while, I simply used these and ignored the error messages. Something may have changed in my workflow or setup, although I have no idea what, but now the resulting published package does not work. By "not work," I mean when I click the resulting .htm(l) file the animation is blank.
Windows 7 Professional
Edge Animate 2014.1 (up to date as of today)
I have uninstalled EA completely, including preferences, re installed, renamed the project, changed folder locations, same problem.
Help would be appreciated.

In Encore I get an error in the check project window of "can't execute end action because of final chapter marker"

I have imported a project to Encore and while it worked the first time, this time I get an error in the check project winder of can't execute chapter 2 end action because of final end marker? I have two different sections that have buttons on the menu. When you get to the end of the first sequence I need it to go back to the menu and it is saying that it can't because of the end action on the final marker.

The 'unable to locate' message means that you don't have those music files on that computer, or that they are not where iTunes is expecting them to be. How did you get the entries for those tracks in your new computer's iTunes ?

You may also be able to re-download them from the store (checking for available downloads only checks for items that have not yet been downloaded, not for past purchases) via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page (re-downloading music isn't possible in all countries). You may need to delete them form your library first (where you are getting the 'unable to locate' message), otherwise iTunes will assume that you still have them somewhere and won't let you re-download them.

How deep into a windows directory can Mac access?

Well, after moving, and attempting to move numerous files (from a networked XP laptop, with an externally USB mounted hdd), I've found that there are some files that it will not allow me to move.
I get the same error message-- not having sufficient privileges to move the files.
I'd set my access permissions to allow the users to change the files. Which I'm assuming means they can edit the files, and save an updated version at the source, as well as moving/copying the files.
So, I'm curious about two things.
1- is there a level of "depth into a directory" that Mac cannot access a networked drive through a PC?
2-Are there certain directory sizes that Mac just can't copy from?
well, ok... maybe some more too....
3- the file transfer starts off great, and then after a while it sends me the above referenced error msg stating that I don't have privileges to access the file.
At first I thought maybe the network connection failed, but I can still access the folders in question. Then, I remembered that even windows has a 255 character limit to pathway strings that it can read.
Hence my two initial questions.
any ideas?

While the issue was answered-- it just made my job more frustrating-- I was hoping for a bypass so I'd not have to take so long to deal with it.
The problem was that I'd set so many folder levels that it'd exceeded the 255 or 1024 character limit that XP has.
Thus, my attempts to move entire directories was met with rejection due to the exceeded limits..... argh..... so much for being "smart" on my realizing what a perfect filing cabinet I had at my finger tips-- I am a lousy filer, and can never think of how to file things. The directory structure helped me overcome that "weakness," or so I thought.......

Would you please let me know the complete error message that you can find, when can’t access to the share folder
that host in the Windows Server 2012 R2?
If you logon the Windows 8.1 (or server 2012 r2) with administrator account, will encounter the same issue?
Meanwhile, please access the share folder via \\server’s IP address\share folder. Then please check if this issue still persists.

Windows Bootcamp can't access OS X partition

I installed Windows 8.1 Pro on Bootcamp partition and install the Bootcamp driver 5.0.5033 and everything work fine.
Today I download the bootcamp driver 5.1.5621 from http://support.apple.com/downloads/#macoscomponents because my Macbook Pro is mid 2012 (because of the "Notes" part in the download page
I install it and now from My Computer window, I can not open the Mac OS partition
When I try to open Local Disk (D:) (it supposes to be Macintosh partition), it said I have to format partition D (of course I didn't do that)
After choose No, I've got this
What I have to do now? I don't want to reinstall windows 8, it takes a lot of time to setup my workspace again

AIR project window resizable - can I avoid?

The window for the AIR version of my project is able to be resized, and users see everything on my pasteboard.
Is there any way to keep this from happening?
Any help would be appreciated!

Not sure what you mean by users being able to see your pasteboard. (Perhaps post a sample/screenshot of your app)
On the AIR window resizing issue, I expect that you would need to import your project in FlashBuilder to control this. There is an app xml file that controls the following AIR application settings for the initial Window:
If your FB project is called foo a foo-app.xml will also be generated. This is an application configuration file. Edit this file, in particular change:


to:

<resizable>false</resizable>
(Note: This property is commented out and the default value is true.)

Problem setting project end point (can't access the end point marker)

I can't seem to set my project end point because the slider control that adjusts the spacing of the measures is obstructing my pointer from being able to click on the end point marker. Any hints as to how I can move the coation of this slider control so that I can access the end point marker with my pointer?

THe End-of-Project Marker doesn't change at all. What you see is a change of the Mouse Pointer.
This is called a "Click Zone" where the Mouse Pointer changes to different shapes when moving over or click on an object or an area in the window.
Here the Mouse Pointer changes to "Trim Tool" or "Resize Tool".

My windows user can not access the lion server.

All Mac user is ok.but all of windows user link fail.

I have been on the phone with Apple, done all of the trouble shooting they have recomended. When I attempt to connect it to the internet I get a message reading "your apple tv is connected to your wi-fi but cannot connect to the internet. I have plugged the modem right into the apple tv and it still won't work. This is the second device I've used. (apple gave me a new one after the first didn't work). Windows computers can not access smb-shares in Lion

I have updated von SL to Lion Server. Now, I don't gave Access to my Windows shares from any Windows Computers. If I connect a Windows share u.e. froom Windows 7 Workstation I will see a window with username and password for the share. But the username und password from lion for this share will not work. It was no problem in SL. Any idea?

To get this to work on windows 7 I...:
Start > Computer
Disconnected my mapped netowrk drive that would not connect
Selected the Map network drive button in the toolbar at the top
Typed in the folder location manually (if you try the browse it will fail)
Selected Connect using different credentials
Selected Finish
On the credentials screen that pops up:
User name: <SERVER\username>I found that my server name had to be in capitals (/private/var/log/krb5kdc/kdc.log helps you know exactly what it is)
Password: <your password>
Select Remember my credentials
Select OK
After this i found no issues access any of the shares on the server and everything came back to life

Windows users can't access shared folder - only see Library folder.

I created users folders with the same name as the user's login name. (Note: this is NOT a home folder. I have Home Folders shut off). When the Windows user logs in to access their folder, they don't see their files but instead a folder that says "Library".
When I log in with that user's account on my Mac, I can see the correct contents of their folder, but there is also a folder named "99". I found this "99" folder at the root of the server hard drive but every time I delete it, OS X recreates it again.
I don't understand what's going on.

Whether you can able to ping the server when the server share is unresponsive?
Check for the events on the server for a clue. Try disabling the AV program for some time and check whether the problem is repeating.

I am using Logic Pro 8, I interface with a firepod, got a new firestudio project, but I can only access 10 tracks at a time to record enable, anyone?

I know the two interfaces have synced, but I just can't seem to pull up more than 10 tracks in the input channel drop down. If any one has any idea , I would love to hear about it.
