Another dns question

Hi
I've been reading the posts on dns both for advanced server and standard server and feel I understand what needs to be done. But knowing what to enter is one thing, and understanding the process another. The thing that puzzles me is this.
I have an ip provider who provides me with a static ip and has configured dns for that ipnr. If I set up dns in a advanced server is that a dns info that is independent of the dns my ip has set up? I noted that one can set up dns and forward dns requests to external nameservers after having first queried the local dns. Does this mean that my "local" dns can contain whatever i choose adn will work fine as long as I "forward" queries that cannot be solved by my "local" dns to a external nameserver? Or to put it another way - how is my advanced servers dns related to the dns set up by my ip provider? I'm hoping this question is understandable to you gurus out there.
Thomas

HI,
I kind withdraw my question. I was reading apples server resources and finally found some info that pretty much explianed it to me.

  • Another newb question: multiple virtual servers

    Hi, I have yet another ignorant question. I have several unrelated web projects that I am working on, and I would like to be able to set up a virtual server for each one for testing purposes, such as: http://project1, http://project2, http://project3. Can someone tell me if this is doable, and if there are any tutorials/resources on this for someone who has 0 experience running a web serer? Sorry for being so ignorant!

    Yes, it is doable.
    You can setup virtual server either by IP or by name.
    If you have one IP, and want to set them up by name (ex. http://project1, http://project2, http://project3) you can do so easily with this type of configuration:
    <virtual-server>
        <name>mydomain</name>
        <http-listener-name>http-listener-1</http-listener-name>
        <host>*.mydomain.com</host>
        <document-root>/www/domain</document-root>
      </virtual-server>
      <virtual-server>
        <name>myotherdomain</name>
        <http-listener-name>http-listener-1</http-listener-name>
        <host>*.myotherdomain.com</host>
        <document-root>/www/myotherdomain</document-root>
      </virtual-server>
    ....The important part here is that
    a) all virtual servers share the same HTTP listener
    b) which virtual server serves the request depends on the $HOST request header send by the client. Sun Web Server does the matching for you. It will match $HOST vs. the virtual server's host attribute. Depending on which site you connect to the right virtual server will be used.
    c) if the $HOST request header does not match any of the virtual servers, then the default virtual server defined in the HTTP listener will be used.
    To create a virtual server, use the Admin GUI, access the configuration, and then add new virtual server. Or use the following CLI command.
    wadm> create-virtual-server --config=myconfig --http-listener-name=http-listener-1 --document-root=/www/docs/myserver.com --host-pattern=myserver.com --log-file=../logs/myserver.com-error_logs myserverHost pattern will be used for matching. Some of this elements might be optional.
    Hope that helps. And keep the questions coming :D

  • Ask another DNS server if connection fails with the current one

    Hello,
    I'd like to ask if there's an addon available or a hidden feature in Firefox which allows it to enable trying to use other DNS servers if a connection failed to a server. Lets do an example, would be the easiest way of explaining:
    1. I want to connect to Google.com
    2. Firefox / Windows asks the DNS server for the IP
    3. Firefox tries to connect to Google but fails (Website took to long to answer for example)
    4. Firefox will try another DNS server you have entered in your IPv4 DNS Page
    Or does Firefox already do that? Because sometimes it fails to connect to a server while using a special DNS server. If I change the settings to another DNS Server it works.
    Thank you

    Please update to version 20.

  • IPv6 DNS Questions with DirectAccess

    Hey,
    I'm hoping someone can answer some fundamental questions that I am having around DirectAccess for a customer that I'm working with.  We are putting in Direct Access with a more complicated scenario, but there are some fundamental questions about IPv6
    that I cannot quite get answered.  We have the tunnel established over IPHTTPS, however, I am not able to resolve internal resources.
    We have a red x next to the DNS Monitoring in the Operations Console.  DNS64 is green.
    1) I know that you don't need IPv6 on our internal servers to use DirectAccess.  However, in this situation they have IPv6 unbound from the NICs on all the servers except for the DA server (and the Windows 7 clients).
    2) Brings me to the DNS question.  Internal DNS servers do not have IPv6 bound to the NIC and they do not register AAAA records in DNS.  Does that pose any issues with the NRPT?
    Thanks for your help!
    Bob

    Hello,
    After talking with Microsoft support here was the actual issue.
    First, the issue around the DNS going red:
    Set-DAClientDnsConfiguration -DnsSuffix '.internal.company.com' -DnsIPAddress @('ipv6 address of the DA server') -Verbose -ComputerName 'DAServer.internal.company.com’
    That fixed that issue, however, we were still having issues with the routing to internal servers.
    We did the following further troubleshooting with Microsoft,
    We checked if client was able to get to the IPv6 address of the server – failed
    Checked if the client was able to get to the IPHTTPS address of the server – worked
    On the DA server itself, we were unable to ping the IPv6 address of the server      (fd58:c2f1:4a56:5555::1). We tried pinging this IP address using the IPHTTPS address on the DA server and that failed
    as well.
    Since we were unable to get to the IP address on the server itself, we just removed and re-added      the IPv6 address of the server, on the Internal NIC, and we were then able to ping the server’s IPv6
    address.
    But, clients were still unable to connect.
    So we realized that the forwarding must have not been enabled on the NICs.
    We checked for Forwarding being enabled on the IPHTTPS and Internal interface of the DA server
    and found that this was not enabled on the Internal interface.
    Once we enabled this, client machine was then able to connect to internal resources over Direct Access.
    To enable forwarding on the NIC we ran the below command,
    netsh int ipv6 set int <interface_id> forwarding=enabled
    Thanks,
    Bob

  • Another DNS Zone Question! :)

    I have several geographic sites all with their own leopard servers (ten or so). Each are open directory masters managing public ip subnets. We do have an external dns server and all of our servers have registered names that are part of the same domain....
    My question is this... when setting up dns on each server, do I need to create zones, or can I just make the dns forward to our external name server. I am worried that having more that one ns authoritative for the same domain will cause problems with our isp dns server? I have one server running just fine without zones... just forwarders ... and all is running smoothly, ical, wiki's, mcx, mobile accounts, etc...
    Looking forward to finding out whether having zones at other locations and authoritative dns servers is a bad thing or not.
    Thanks.

    As long as the external DNS server has all of the info you need, there's no need to set up duplicate zones on your servers; as you note, it could even cause problems if the info got out of sync. In fact, you don't even need to act as a forwarder, you could just turn off DNS service and configure all your computers (servers & clients) to use your ISP's DNS servers.
    In your situation, I see two reasons you might want to run DNS service: in case your internet link goes down (losing access to DNS tends to make it hard to find servers, even if they're on the same LAN), or if the public DNS servers don't have the reverse DNS (IP number -> domain name) entries you need. If you're worried about the first, you could set your servers as secondaries (aka slaves) for the relevant zones, in which case they'll download the zone files from the master and automatically keep in sync. If the second is an issue, you're probably best off bugging your ISP -- since the reverse records are tied to your IP numbers, and those're "owned by" the ISP, they're generally in charge of the reverse DNS no matter who's hosting your forward DNS zones.

  • Another DNS record deletion question

    I am fairly new to the environment, as i switched my consulting job to an internal job.
    The environment was a flat file dns, with one primary DNS server and multiple secondary servers. I move away from the flat file DNS (single master model), to an active directory integrated DNS with multiple DNS zones. So I moved the multiple DNS domains
    away from the master zone to their own dedicated DNS zones on the domain controllers within their domain.
    The Colleagues already warned me that DNS records tend to mysteriously disappear from time to time, but could not find any proof. I checked the usual suspects (scavenging), but that was disabled. 3 weeks back, I splitted the single DNS zone, in multiple
    DNS zones, where the splitted DNS is pointing to their own dedicated domain controllers. I used following procedure to do it:
    http://blogs.technet.com/b/askpfeplat/archive/2013/12/02/how-to-split-and-migrate-child-domain-dns-records-to-a-dedicated-dns-zone.aspx
    Since the migration we had several encounters of DNS records which were deleted, some were explainable (wrong ILO settings), but some were not. As i could not explain the deletions, i enabled auditing on DNS to see who or what is responsible for deleting
    those objects. This morning i was notified that again a records went missing, so I went to inspect the audit logs. To my surprise I saw that my admin account was logged with the record was deleted. Now I did not delete any records, have no scripts running
    that modify DNS in anyway, and i seriously doubt that my admin account has been compromised. Is there anyone who could explain why records (A records of members servers) are being deleted, although scavenging is disabled?
    I have checked the DNS suffix, and verified that it is not set. In which the client uses the active directory domain to which it is a member.
    Answers provided are coming from personal experience, and come with no warranty of success. I as everybody else do make mistakes.

    Hi,
    Because the Active Directory integrated DNS replication between all the DNS server, one of the DNS server delete the record others will delete the record too, so Mahdi’s suggestion
    is better to know what happen when the DNS records deleted.

  • Office Web Apps server for Lync DNS question

    We are going to deploy an Office Web Apps server for our Lync 2013 clients, available internally and externally. We do not have a split-horizon DNS so it is not possible for wac.foo.com to have a different IP for internal vs. external clients. What is the
    best setup for our scenario? It looks like we can only add one address in the Lync topology builder, so would it make sense to send everybody to the external wac.foo.com regardless of whether they are internal vs. external? Or is there a better option?
    Thanks,
    Matt

    It might be easiest to use pin-point DNS.  Create an internal zone called wac.foo.com with a blank A record that points to the internal IP address of the OWAS/WAC server.  This way, wac.foo.com will resolve to the correct
    internal address, but you're not setting up a split zone for the rest of foo.com.
    This trick can come in handy for publishing other items without recreating the entire zone, it's a nice one to keep in your back pocket.

  • DNS question and no name available via DNS and no reverse DNS errors

    We are running an OS X server, 10.4.11, OD Master. We are getting some error messages, and we have setup DNS to forward requests for example.com. (our website) to our web developer's external web server where our website is being hosted.
    Oct 15 10:29:05 [server name omitted] servermgrd: servermgr_dns: no name available via DNS for 192.168.0.5
    Oct 15 10:29:05 [server name omitted] servermgrd: servermgr_dns: no reverse DNS entry for server, various services may not function properly
    Oct 15 10:31:48 [server name omitted] /usr/sbin/PasswordService: incorrect digest response
    - and -
    Oct 15 09:54:00 [server name omitted] DirectoryService[103]: GSSAPI Error: Miscellaneous failure (Server not found in Kerberos database)
    Some Background:
    We are running internal DNS services only. We have a domain, example.com. and our OS X Server, server.example.com. We have a website that is being hosted offsite by our web developer. Long ago when they were setting up the SSL certificate for the site, they obtained a certificate for example.com INSTEAD of www.example.com. So, our web developer setup a redirect to redirect web requests to www.example.com to example.com.
    Now, this brings us to our OS X server (server.example.com). We are hosting internal DNS with the same domain, example.com. When employees inside our LAN would put in our web address, example.com, or www.example.com, it would take them to our OS X server. As a workaround, in the DNS settings for the zone in server Admin, I set the Server IP address for the zone to "Other" and specified the external address to the server where the site is hosted by our developer then setup an A record for our server. (We cannot forward requests to www.example.com since our web developer automatically redirects these requests to example.com since that is where the SSL certificate and the search engines are linked to).
    Well obviously this had serious repercussions for server stability. So, I set the server IP address back to the address of our OS X server itself, 192.168.0.5.
    Now, I then went into command line and manually edited the zone files. Here's part of our zone file:
    $TTL 3600
    example.com. IN SOA server.example.com. sysadmin.example.com. (
    2008031015 ; serial
    3h ; refresh
    1h ; retry
    1w ; expiry
    1h ) ; minimum
    example.com. IN NS server.example.com.
    example.com. IN A [external IP address of web server]
    server IN A 192.168.0.5
    We are getting the following error messages regularly:
    Oct 15 10:29:05 [server name omitted] servermgrd: servermgr_dns: no name available via DNS for 192.168.0.5
    Oct 15 10:29:05 [server name omitted] servermgrd: servermgr_dns: no reverse DNS entry for server, various services may not function properly
    Oct 15 10:31:48 [server name omitted] /usr/sbin/PasswordService: incorrect digest response
    - and -
    Oct 15 09:54:00 [server name omitted] DirectoryService[103]: GSSAPI Error: Miscellaneous failure (Server not found in Kerberos database)
    Questions:
    Do I need to go back to our zone file and change the A record for example.com. to match our OS X server's address: 192.168.0.5?
    Secondly, is there anything I can do in DNS or elsewhere on the server to redirect web requests to example.com to our web developer's offsite server since the developer's server redirects www.example.com to example.com?
    Thanks in advance? I am stumped.
    Thanks,
    Tyler

    Problem was resolved.
    All I ended up doing was edition my reverse lookup file, db.192.168.0. It was correct, and I simply re-saved it without making any changes. Strangely enough, that did it. No idea why. Maybe a permissions issue with the file?
    I'm still running the server with address record for the domain (example.com.) mapped to our external web server. no problems.

  • LDAP External Authentication Multiple Search Base DNs question

    hi,
    im trying two add two LDAP search DNs to a portal 6.2 organisation.
    with one search base dn it works fine.
    when i add another, all ldap auth for that org stops working.
    the docs confusingly state that if you have multiple search dns (not talking about multiple ldap servers here - just the search base dns) that you should prefix each entry with the local server name. the docs however provide no examples of the syntax.
    can anyone provide an example for multiple search dns? e.g. is it <server:port>:o=<etc> (doesn't seem to work).
    thanks

    hi,
    yes i have.. but when you enter more than one it stop working... with only one entry in the gui it will work for that entry but when you add another it stops working...
    i had to use a manual workaround like this to get the second going... :(
    External ldap authentication
    register the LDAP authentication service in the gui and setup the first DN as normal.
    create the first set of entries for the ldap host and the base dn in the gui as normal etc.
    the gui in the admin console is not working (depending on your point of view), so you need to add the second ldap config manually -
    All commands are run from the /apps/jes/SUNWam/bin directory
    1. Get an encrypted value for the bind dns (cn=Directory Manager) password you want to bind to the ldap directory as by using the ampassword utility shipped with Identity Server.
    ./ampassword -e directory_manager password
    More information on this utility can be found in the Sun ONE Identity Server Administration Guide.
    2. Copy the encrypted password as the value for the iplanet-am-auth-ldap-bind-passwd in the XML file (serviceAddMultipleLDAPConfigurationRequests.xml) created in Step 1. The XML file contains a template for creating the second LDAP DN.
    3. Modify the data XML file accordingly so that the relevant details are provided for the 2nd ldap server (bind dn search base etc) and load this into the portal directory using the amadmin command line tool as follows from the /opt/SUNWam/bin directory
    ./amadmin -u amadmin -w administrator_password -v -t serviceAddMultipleLDAPConfigurationRequests.xml
    If the imported xml values are incorrect delete and reload the imported xml data using amadmin command tool. Alternatively you can modify the ldap data directly on the primary identity server (ldap server) using a client browser though this method is not supported .
    You should be able to see new imported values for the second ldap server at dn:ou=subconfig1,ou=default,ou=OrganizationConfig,ou=1.0,ou=iPlanetAMAuthLDAP
    Service,ou=services,ou=ORG,o=lgaq.qld.gov.au on the primary ldap server (where ORG is the organisation you wanted to add the second DN).

  • Another BW question about filter in the query definition

    Hi ,
    I have another question about filter in the query definition.
    <u>Question:</u>
    Which of the following objects can be filtered in the query definition?
    A. characteristic
    B. Key figure
    C. Structure
    D. Units
    E. Hierarchy
    My answer is A,B,D,E.
    The answer in the book is A,B,D
    Can anybody tell me which one is wrong?
    Thanks in advance,
    Liu Jia

    HI
    1.The answer could be A,B,D.you can not apply filters on hierarchies
    2.Whenever there is a change in Attribute data(like Location,Num etc...)that has to be reflected in all aggregates of the cube.Thsi can be done by running "ATTRIBUTE CHANGE RUN".

  • Yet another standby question...

    Hi gurus,
    Please help to resolve the quiz. I have completed manual physical standby installation. It is up and running. I then decided to install Grid Control and to use Data Guard for the standby creation. I've successfully installed GC, deployed all agents, I can see my previous standbys, life is good in short. Now, when I am trying to create the second standby for my production database using the Data Guard I stuck on a logical question:
    On the step 3 of Data Guard standby creation, there is a note, saying:
    The instance name (also referred to as the SID) must be unique on the standby host.
    Yeah, fair enough. But i can't understand what should I do next? I have:
    db_name YELLOW - primary prod
    db_name YELLOW - standby prod 1st
    and i need db_name YELLOW - standby 2nd
    But I can't create it on the same server where the first standby resides.. What options do I have? Do I need to create the second standby on another server? Do I need to kill 1st standby? Is there any way to avoid this conflict? I am confused. I have no equipment for TWO standby servers... I thought I can install there up to 9 standbys.. But it seems to be a problem.. And definitely, I cannot give my second standby other name than YELLOW as all my applications are strongly tied on db_name...
    Friends, please clarify this if you can. I am kinda lost in here..
    Thanks as usual,
    Maria

    well, that's a good question! :)
    because I don't have spare server for the standby. the question is not about: 'should I or should not put more than one standbys in one server' , but more about: 'is there any way to put two standbys with the identical db_names in one server'. I know that I probably sound unprofessional, but I just wanna know.. If the answer is 'no way', I will kill the first standby then and recreate the second one using DG with the correct name.
    Thanks for writing to me,
    M.

  • ISE DNS Question For Guest Users

    Before I ask the question, let me explain our environment.
    We have an internal 5508 controller.  We also have a 5508 DMZ controller that acts as an anchor controller.  Guest traffic is piped to the DMZ controller which provides the DHCP address, and DNS server information.  The DNS that we provide is our ISP provider DNS server information, to our guest wireless users.  There's no need to provide them with our internal DNS server information, since they're only going to the internet.
    Here's my dilema.  We are now implementing the ISE appliances so that we can better control our guest users.  Currently, our guest SSID is wide open.  With the ISE, we're going to initially only do self-registration for guest users.  They will connect to our broadcasted SSID, when they connect to it, they will be presented with the guest portal.  There will be a link that allows them to go to a self-registration page.  The dilema is that the ISE appliances are a part of our internal 10.x.x.x network.  Since the guest users will have our ISP's DNS servers, our ISE devices will not be able to be found for the redirection to the portal.
    Would anyone have any suggestions on this?  I don't want to advertise our internal DNS servers to guest users.  Thanks for any help!

    I haven't tried this before but ISE does actually allow you to assign physical ports to the Guest HTTP portal. You can see this under Administration > Web Portal Management > General > Ports. Perhaps you can:
    1. Take a physical port from your appliance and connect it to the DMZ
    3. Give it an IP address that is resolvable from the public DNS server
    3. Assign that physical port only to the guest HTTP service
    On the other hand, you could also build a DNS server just for the guest users and stick in the DMZ :)
    Not sure if this helps but just some food for thought.
    Thank you for rating helpful posts!

  • Re: another build question! (sorry lol)

    Hi all
    right, after days and days of researching all the excellent articles on here ive had to write a post! So apologies for going over old ground
    Im going to build a new CS5.5 rig (having had a guts full of Apple and their FCPX fiasco its back to pc!)
    so although i appreciate the 990x o'c is prob best option, bang for  buck is leading me down the sandybridge i7 2600k o'c option on p67 mobo with 16gb of ram (option to take to 32 down the line when the chips are out)
    anyway, im sorted on chip mobo (msi big bang marshal p67), nivida 570 etc , its the drives im struggling on!! Im edit avchd video and some after effects, small amount of 3d, and in FCP i always transcoded everything to prores. Now on cs5.5 it looks like real time performance is possible with high end hardwear.
    So mobo, ram, and chip aside, my HDD config im unsure on, ive not really got the cash to go crazy with raid controllors etc, but understand need for seperate drives, etc and tbh might even go downt he cineform route as a prores alternative (prob avoiding hassles of drive speed with avchd)
    im thinking as the SSD's are now dropping in price and the ocz are producing these 500 mb r/w speed sata 6 120gb drives for a reasonable price, would 3 of these drives (one for os, one for media , one for scracth disk ) be a good set up or is it a waste of cash and should i raid 0 from bios/mobo?
    I appreicate that 120 gb drives for media etc are small, but i would take project media from another much large backup drive and just use the 3x ssd set up as working disks for editing & os? once project over, clear out drives to larger back up and start new project!
    Its either that or i go SSD as bootdrive, but some sort of cheap raid set up for my scratch disk, media drives? prob is if i do that, from what ive read (brain dead now) i would be best off with 2 x raid 0 as scratch disk and orginal media respectively when workign with avchd
    HOWEVER, on my mobo there are only 4 sata 6 ports, so if i use one for ssd boot drive, and then im left with 3 x sata 6 ports and another 4 x sata 3 ports to raid on? how does this work? any point in getting the sata 6 drives as one would be stripped with a sata 6 drive plugged into a sata 3 port (this was my reasoning behind using 3 small sata 6 ssd's plugged to the sata 6 ports  and rest of sata 3 ports as storage and backups!
    confused lol!! I just want the overclocked sandybridge system with decent gpu card, as much ram as possible at present, but im thinking my bottleneck will be in the HDD config! any suggestions are much appreicated! im not that techy so whilst have read all the articles am more confused now (plus normally a mac user, so its out of the box configuration usually!) for what its worth looking to purchase something from scan uk in terms of parts! total build cost including a reasonable screen £2,000
    many thanks

    You have a limited budget, especially in the UK, but then don't we all?
    Going for the 980X will triple the cost of the CPU, but even when editing AVCHD material the gains are not sizable enough IMO to justify that cost differential. Add to that you will need 24 GB instead of 16 GB and that carries an additional price tag. Both factors will easily move you out of budget range if you want to have a number of disks and possibly a raid controller.
    Did you read my article To Raid or not to Raid, that is the question. It can be found under the Overview tab at the top of the page? (Currently responding from abroad on my notebook and not having the bookmarks available for easy linking). http://forums.adobe.com/thread/525263
    With media and projects I would advise against a raid0, because of the lack of redundancy. For pagefile, media cache and previews (scratch disks) raid0 is quite OK. They will be recreated if needed. The performance gain from a raid0 for media and projects over a parity raid is easily offset by the time spent on making backups. For parity raids do not use WD Caviar Blacks, but look at the Hitachi 7K3000 line of disks.
    The question of Sandy Bridge versus the old X58 platform is essentially one of 'which limitations are acceptable to me'.
    The Sandy Bridge is a great processor and at least the equal to the old i7-9xx quad cores. However, the platform, the chipset, has its shortcomings in terms of PCIe lanes. Whether that is relevant to you, only you can decide. But hey, we would be in serious trouble if Intel did not manage some progress in two years time from the i7-920 to the i7-2600K. So of course the i7-2600K shows much more potential than the almost retired 920, it is the chipset for the Sandy Bridge that is 'flawed' in comparison to the X58, but that is no surprise, since the Sandy Bridge is a 'middle-of-the-road' platform and the X58 was a 'high performance' platform.
    BFTB-wise I think that within your budget limits, you should look at the i7-2600K, but with the best disk setup you can afford.

  • Another Noobie question - readLine()

    Hi all
    This is another one of the extreme noob questions. I wrote a small program to read form a text file
        String NetworkLine = new String();
        try{
            FileReader inputFile = new FileReader("Test.txt");  //
            BufferedReader in = new BufferedReader(inputFile);
           try{
               while (in.readLine() != null){
                NetworkLine = in.readLine();
                System.out.println(NetworkLine);
           }catch (IOException e){
                System.err.println("Error in reading the file");
        }catch (FileNotFoundException e){
            e.printStackTrace();
        }My Test.txt is
    One
    Two
    Three
    Four
    Five
    Six
    without the *
    The output I get is
    Two
    Four
    Six
    I cannot figure out why only even no. lines are being read. I inserted a breakpoint at the line
              System.out.println(NetworkLine);This shows me that only even no. lines are being read by readLine(). Any help will be appreaciated.
    Thanks
    Ayesha

        String NetworkLine = new String();
        try{
            FileReader inputFile = new FileReader("Test.txt");  //
            BufferedReader in = new BufferedReader(inputFile);
           try{
               while (in.readLine() != null){  // <-- This reads a line, checks it for null ,and drops it
                NetworkLine = in.readLine(); // <-- this reads the next line
                System.out.println(NetworkLine);
           }catch (IOException e){
                System.err.println("Error in reading the file");
        }catch (FileNotFoundException e){
            e.printStackTrace();
        }So the upshot is that you print every other line.
    Corrected:
        String networkLine = new String();
        try{
            FileReader inputFile = new FileReader("Test.txt");  //
            BufferedReader in = new BufferedReader(inputFile);
           try{
               while ((networkLine = in.readLine()) != null){
                System.out.println(networkLine);
           }catch (IOException e){
                System.err.println("Error in reading the file");
        }catch (FileNotFoundException e){
            e.printStackTrace();
        }
