Apache trying to read key in Registry?

Hi!
I get the following message in Windows Events when Apache starts up. All seems to be working wellthe server is processing requests but I dont want to go into production without solving the problem.
I added RegQueryValueEx to the registry but cant fine any information on what the value should be and I still get the error message in the Event viewer but Apache does not write an error log? Ive looked for a value in httpd.conf and oracle_httpd.conf without any luck.
I have the database running on the same machine (win2000 server, 2 cpus, 2 gigabytes DDR memory and Seagate ultra160 SCSI drives...a plug for Seagate) but disabled service for the Apache server that installed with the database. I dont intend on offering OEM as a Web service so I dont need two http serversI think.
All is working well but for this error message. Thanks in advance for your help!

The Apache service named C:\ORACLE\iSuites\Apache\Apache\Apache.exe reported
the following error:

before the error.log file could be opened.

Have you tried the following solution?
When you add a book to your Readmill library, there’s no need to worry about whether it’s protected with Adobe DRM. You can simply upload it to your library and open it in the iOS app, as you would for other ePub and PDF files.
But for those who need greater flexibility, their latest update for iOS includes the ability to authorize multiple DRM accounts from within the Readmill app.
Navigate to Settings from your app profile page. Select ‘DRM accounts’ and then ‘Add.’ Choose the account type, enter your credentials, and make sure to tap ‘Save.’ You can now read any DRM-protected books associated with this account.
The Readmill iOS app also allows you to change the default DRM account that authorizes new books. For example, if you prefer to have all of your books authorized with your Adobe ID, you can set this as your default account. Navigate to ‘DRM accounts’ in app Settings and select the account you want as the default from the list.
