API Oe_Debug_Pub - how to use it?

I'm fairly new to Oracle Financials, but have been a database developer for a while. One of our existing custom packages has the following code:

     p_org_id IN NUMBER) IS
     SELECT SUBINVENTORY_CODE
     FROM MTL_ITEM_SUB_DEFAULTS
     WHERE INVENTORY_ITEM_ID = p_item_id
     AND ORGANIZATION_ID = p_org_id
     AND DEFAULT_TYPE = 2;

etc.
Obviously, the API Oe_Debug_Pub.ADD is being used to log debugging information. My question is this:
- Where is the Oe_Debug_Pub.g_debug_level value being set?
- where are the messages being logged? I've looked at the API package Oe_Debug_Pub as well. Is it to a table? If so, then how to access the table for the debugging information?
- Is there some documentation that describes how to use the Oe_Debug_Pub API?
- Is using this Oe_Debug_Pub.ADD the same as turning on the debug levels in the application?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi Henry,
this G_Debug_Level is populated from profile ONT_DEBUG_LEVEL
G_Debug_Level NUMBER := FND_PROFILE.VALUE('ONT_DEBUG_LEVEL');
So if you need to change it then you need set value for profile OM: Debug Level
