API Specification - Help!

I'm working with a Java since a long time, expecially writing some customized extensions of an existing product.
Anyway, I've always had a lot of problems trying to understand how to "read" the documentation about API specification, expecially for new classes I've never used before. And in most cases, there are some "matches" of classes I must do to solve a problem: for example, to read a text file I use "BufferedReader br=new BufferedReader(new FileReader(file));", so I MUST know that BufferedReader needs FileReader to work.
Where can I find useful tips to understand this "mechanism"? I can't go around on Internet every time I need, searching for an example!

Is this subscription parameter causing a problem?
unless the subscription parameter name is referenced in the select statements for any of the publication item definitions, it will be ignored by the processing as the subsetting parameters are just used to supply values for bind variables at query time
If you have other valid subsetting parameters for the user, then try (if all your set up is done via APIs and you do not have an APPLICATION, only a PUBLICATION, this may not work)
1) go into the mobile manager > users
2) search for user name, and click on the link under the user name
3) go to subsetting parameters and pick a valid one
4) select the data and do cntrl C cntrl V (cut and paste)
5) press the save button
The above has the effect of resetting the user account, and refreshes sequence values, c$all_client_items etc.
If you can do the above steps, but this does not remove the subsetting variable, you should be able to go to it and set the value to NULL
I do not think that there is a delete function due to the dependancy to the select statements which would be complex to validate

I have been searching on the SUN website for the API specifications for J2ME. However so far I did not have any luck!
I found the following document that can be seen from this link:

However I went to search for the Form class in this document but could not find it. Therefore I searched on Google for J2ME API, however I could not find anything either.
Can someone please refer to me from where can I find the J2ME API specifications? Because without them I can hardly develop anything

I have some problems with premiere pro cc 2014 release 2
the most important is that Media Encoder crashes and the following error:

The second problem is that when I open the software you group all the windows on one side.
Does anyone know what I need to do to solve these two problems?

I do have a 64 bit OS - Win 7. The RAM does provide a noticable difference in performance - things are much more "snappy" now, which I'm enjoying, but hasn't eliminated my problem.
The encoder does not stop at the same point, it seems to be quite random. I can view the files that I've exported (up until the point they cut off) and there's nothing going on in the clip that would be any sort of red flag - in other words, it is not stopping the coding at a point where a new color correction or title is being introduced, it had all happened previously. This is my first large project on CS4, and I don't have anything else to export at the moment!
I'm not running premiere in multi-monitor mode: I've got a 24" widescreen monitor that is my sole monitor.
I have COMBED the interwebs trying to find a resolution to this issue, and I am no where... I'm currently installing CS4 on a XP machine that I have that is pretty robust, and am going to try encoding on that, just to see if I get a different result.
Any suggestions at all would be MOST appreciated!

Workflow API = Need Help

We are trying to cusotomize the already shipped fingood order type . we are creating one more order type which should not got down to wms for processing. The already exisisting one is working fine.It is going to the the else part and processing fine.If it is 'Y' it should not go down to wms for processing and complete the workflow. I'm opening up an old thread, because it seems reasonably relevant to my problem.
If I'm using database users as my workflow users, can I send them e-mail notifications? The view wf_user populates the e-mail column with contents of the column username from dba_users -- so clearly this column will never contain a valid e-mail address (unless there are varying versions of this view and I have the wrong one installed for my purposes).
And can anyone point me to the relevant documentation on this. I've gone through the Admin Guide and the Developers Guide.

Calling an Oracle stored procedure using Toplink API - Please help

We are evaluating Toplink as a possible data access layer in large service-oriented application. The ability to call db stored procedures from within business object layer is crucial for our architechture.
I am trying to follow toplink application developer's guide examples on how to call stored procedures using toplink.
I have the folling java code:

As I understand it, this exception is thrown because of the "?" in place of the out-parameter value holder.

Youtube Presets Unsatisfactory - Very Specific Help Request

There is some reading here but from lurking around for a while I know there are some incredibly generous members here. Help would be very much appreciated!
I am exporting a clip from Premiere Pro CS5 to upload to Youtube.
The clip has lots of sporting action in it and I want the video to maintain smoothness of motion.
I have used CS5's Youtube presets without great results. I have uploaded 10 or so different versions based on Youtube's accepted file types and none are satisfactory – the motion is too blurry.
Here are the camera's recording specs:
PAL SD widescreen 720 X 576
in MPEG-2 format
8.5 Mbps (VBR) @
25 frames per second
Here are the sequence settings:
PAR: D1/DV PAL Widescreen 16:9 (1.4587) (So 1050 X 576)
25 frames per second
Upper field first
The source material is dragged into CS5 and interpreted at a PAR of 1.4587.
With my main goal being to maintain smoothness of motion on Youtube -
1. Is H.264 the best option? If no, what do you recommend?
2. What are the specific export settings I should be following/playing around with?
3. Are there any in-sequence settings I should use/avoid?
I have been reading and watching tutorials and struggling with this for a week so any other recommendations or resources to learn about this are much appreciated. Please help!

Yes, it is definitely upper field first.
To start the sequence I dragged the source file into “new item” so the sequence created should match the source file properties.
When I do this the sequence settings are:
720 X 576
Vertical 4:3
PAR D1/DV PAL (1.0940)
However, when I do this the footage does not display as widescreen (I believe the camera records in anamorphic widescreen).
To display it correctly I then right click on the source file and change it to interpret footage as D1/DV Pal Widescreen 16:9 (1.4587).
When I drag this newly interpreted file into “new item” it displays widescreen correctly and the new sequence settings are:
720 X 576
Vertical 16:9
PAR D1/DV PAL Widescreen (1.4587)
1. Have I done anything wrong to this point?

Testing an API Specification

I have created a class library and I would ike to know if there are any specific ways to do this.

junit offers embedded methods for unit tests.
Otherwise for api usage write lots of code, run a profiler and see what happens.
