App creation error in 11.1.1.3

Question

Hi All,
I am getting the following error when I am trying to create the HFM application from workspace.
Unspecified error
An unknown error has occurred in the HsxServerImpl object.

Please help me.
And the Planning application which is configured with same database/SID/listener is working fine.

We have increased the PROCESSES and SESSIONS in oracle.
