APP-PAY-51531 on updating phone

Hi,
When phone number is updated for a record, It thows error APP-PAY-51531.
Only one active work phone is allowed at a time. That employee has only one phone record of type 'Work Secondary'. If we enter another one of type 'Work' then it throws this error.
Please give any pointers.

Mine (iPod Touch 4th Gen) is doing this too for the past few days. Perhaps since the latest software update. After syncing with iTunes my iPod returns to the home screen and I can use apps, but the photo library and music library will tell me they are updating for a very long time. I synced my iPod at 8:30 AM. It's now 11 AM and I still can't play music.

ever since i updated to 4.3.2 on my iphone i havent been able to really use the internet period. and i keep getting a message saying my phone isnt connected to the network, even though it says i have bars and i am at full striength wifi. also to make this that much more lovely i cant open any app that uses the internet it just flashes n then closes, though it is showing up in when i double click to see what tasks i have open. ive tried closing them out and restarting. but nothing has helped.

For downloaded apps:

Apps arent working after updating phones

Both my husband and I updated our phones lastnight through iTunes and now none of our apps will work. They are all still there, I can tap on them, but they wont open. When hooked up to iTunes, under the App tab, it shows the apps on the screen of the phone, but it says "0 Apps" ???

I have tried all these fixes and nothing seams to work. My app's have been on hold for week to get updated. I assumed I did not have a good enough connection, but Im in starbucks with a good connection and still no luck. I upadted today to 5.1.1 .. I have tried tup downloand a new app, just in a holding pattern. When I pause it and ask it to reload, it says
"unable to download application" done or retry are my options. Tried retry many times, with no success.
I have tried to shut it off holding the side button but the red bar does not disapear. It stays there until I give up.
I have logged out, shut down, logged back in..
Any suggetions????
I saw something about the DNS?? Is that for the Ipad or a computer?

When selecting "update all," it says "Cannot Download. There is not enough available local storage to download these items. You can manage your local device storage usage in Settings."
How can this be the case when I haven't changed any apps from before updrading to iOS6, and I don't have any music yet on the phone? Why is it telling me there is not enough local space?

If you recently updated your iPhone to iOS7, you will need to update iTunes on your computer to iTunes 11.1 or newer for it to correctly recognize the iPhone. You may find the following link helpful:

This is a tedious solution, which is stupid! And some users report an inability to reauthorize a computer after an "en masse” deauthorization. I can’t believe Apple doesn’t provide a list or menu to find out which computers you’ve authorized! Obviously, APPLE knows (or else they couldn’t tell us how many computers we have authorized)--so why can’t they give us access to that information about our own computers??!!!
And for an already-authorized computer with a hard drive that’s since been replaced and upgraded from Mavericks to Yosemite, would it be recognized as a “new computer” and require authorization? Would its previous incarnation (i.e., with the old hard drive and OS) be considered a separate computer? Some users report they can’t authorize a computer after an OS upgrade because of that. Can’t believe we have to do such a bass-ackwards kludge!

I have not had wifi since November when I upgraded to the newest IOS version. I called the Apple help line and they told me some things to do and I tried them all and they worked for a few hours and then wifi shut off again. I kept doing what they told me and it worked for a couple more days and then I could never turn it on again. My blue tooth doesn't work either. I had to actually increase my data usage with AT&T becuase of this. When I did that in December I went to the Apple store and was told that it is a hardware issue and since my phone is out of warranty I would have to pay for a new phone because they could not fix the issue. My upgrade isn't up until June 2014 so not only do I have to wait for the upgrade and I am not paying for a new phone but I have to pay $10 plus extra a month on my cell phone bill because I was going over on my Data!!! I have been beyond upset about this and Apple is not doing anything about this nor did they offer up some way to resolve the issue because obviously it is not just some rare incident if several people are having this issue. Who knows how many people out there have had this issue and have not said anything about it. Now there is a newer update that I can't do because it requires wifi in order to download.
June can not get here fast enough and I may not go back to Iphone after dealing with this for so long with no help from Apple.

We do not share an apple ID and her phone is now logged in with her account and I have since backed it up on itunes under her account as well. I have turned off automatic downloads on her phone but they still keep downloading. I delete one app and then another one just appears on the phone.

Double tap the Home button, then swop upwards on the App Preview (not the App Icon). Tap the Home button again when done to return to normal screen.

You may have debris in your headphone jack blocking the sensor. Try blowing hard on the jack, and inserting/removing your headphones quickly multiple times to clear it.

The entire point of this is that you can redownload any and all of your past purchases.

Updating Apps in iTunes from my Phone

The Apps on my iPhone are updated. I sync the phone with a MacBook Air.
I also want to sync the phone with my iMac. on the iMac iTunes is showing apps that are available for update and wants to re-download these. Why can I not sync the apps from my phone where they are already updated?

Hopefully, you have found a solution. I found this becasue we changed my wife's Apple Id. I made the change via iTunes on her Mac Book Air. I change it on her iPhone as well. When apps needed to be updated her old Apple Id kept appearing.
Solution
On her iPhone, I opened Settings and scrolled to and tapped iTunes and Store. Clicked Sign Out and then clicked Sign In. I entered her new Apple Id and password.
Tapped the App store icon on her phone. Five updates appeared. I taped update all and they updated.

Try quitting the App Store:
Tap the home button to get to the home screen. Then double tap the home button, and hold your finger over the App Store icon. Tap the red when it appears. Tap the home button again to return to the home screen.
Try resetting:
Hold the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost.

Phone/Message/IE app failing after the update

After today's OTA update I can't open the phone/message/ie app, I then reset my phone but the updates are still there. When receiving a phone call the phone just freezes and restarts. What should I do?? Thanks.

Nevermind.. It turns out that the phone language has to be set to English...
