I would instead say you have a problem since nearly all IPs work as advertised. IF you do have a bad phone, take it into an Apple store and get a replacement. Hope you didn't jailbreak your phone though as Apple probably will tell you, you broke it, you fix it.

i have a g4 running os10.4.11, i bought a epson workforce 1100 and tried to set it up but there is not a listing for it when i try to add it before installing the driver software from the supplied cd...anyone know what i can do to get it set up?
Load the drivers and you should then be able to add it in Print Center.

H.264 video should be supported by your basic Snow Leopard operating system. The DVCPRO HD family of codecs is part of the Apple "Pro" codecs package which is normally installed as part of a "Pro" video editing suite installer or contemporaneously installed separately as part of one of the newer pro editing apps like FCPX. if you already have one of these pro suites or apps installed or available, then re-install the correct codec package that is missing. If not, you will need to purchase a Pro suite or app to be able to install the required codec package. -
I updated my Ipad2 and I didnt realize I would lose my apps that I paid for...I paid 15 bucks for the microsoft office document program and its gone! Does anyone know what I can do? Or am I just out the money?
thanks. for some reason its not in my library either and I looked in my bank account and it doesnt say the name of the software so I cant find it anywhere. I think it was documents to go but it was $14.99 and now its showing on the apps site $16.99 so it has me too nervous to install again. I think Im going to call the 800 number tomorrow that is on my bank account ledger but thank you very much for your help. Im just very surprised its nowhere to be found on itunes when I bought it Dec 27th 2011 is it possible all of 2011 purchases are gone? Anyhow Im going to take some classes because I have the iphone, imac and the mac at home and Im having such trouble...not sure why I made the switch, I guess becasue I thought it was cool....stupid move...lol

I recently got my iPhone 5 unlocked and the other day I updated my phone to ios 7. After doing so my phone shut off and turned on and it said I had no service. I guess it completely wiped out my unlock. I was wondering if anyone knows what I can do to fix it!!
How, EXACTLY, did you get it "unlocked"? ONLY the carrier it's locked to can authorize unlocking it. Anything else is a hack.

I can't load pictures to online site... IPhoto works but not aperture3. I have edited photos that I exported to an external drive but they will still not load to Walgreens for printing. Does anyone know what I can do?
Are you shooting RAW? Are you exporting masters or versions? Is there a size limitation on the Walgreens site?

Restart your Modem and Router.
Reset iTunes Store Cache (iTunes Preferences, Advanced tabl)
Delete the App Store plists (close App Store first):
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.appstore.plist
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.storeagent.plist
To get to these,iIf you still have your user Library hidden, hold down the Option key and select Library from the Go menu in Finder. Otherwise, just go into your home folder, then Library, and then Preferences. -

No, I haven't figured it out. And no one from Apple has contacted me to help. Very frustrating. Sure makes me want to not buy music on iTunes and just buy CD's.

Also, for the other people that may have similar problems and are viewing this forum, definitely try this out. Listen to Jim's advice, don't use the most recent version (which is currectly 5.5.47) - instead try a slightly older one. The one I had installed was version 5.5.24.

It really depends on the circumstances. If you haven't powered your phone off yourself for quite some time, sometimes kinks can just happen and this sounds like one of them. Every so often on mine I will have to use this method but it is in the very minority of occasions.
