there is a new security system for the itunes store as most of you know already , it's coming up with 3 questions , it's all ok till here but when i type my answers and try to proceed there is a message as you can see below, anyone have any idea about it ?

If you mean that you aren't getting the reset link on the Password & Security section of your account on http://appleid.apple.com then that means that you don't have a rescue email address on your account (an alternate email address is different), and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

Hi! So I haven't used iTunes in a few months but I just got an iTunes gift card and want to make a purchase. iTunes redeemed it just fine but now that I want to make a purchase I am having problems. I can't remember my security question answers and iTunes is requesting them. I have two other verified emails but the are NOT rescue emails. I can't contact iTunes over the phone because my phone lines are out and are going to be out for a long time. The only way I can contact them is by email. How can I do this? Is there an easy way to just reset all my security questions? Please help a girl out. I just want my music!

I can't remember my answers of Apple ID security questions. So I sent a request to restore the answers and they said it will come to your e-mail but still now I can't get any message to restore my answers. And I have tried so many times but nothing.

HT201303 How to change Apple ID security questions

I received and email saying my Apple ID security questions/answers had changed. I immediately changed my Apple ID password... and again the next day had to change it again because it would not work when trying to update apps on my Iphone.
So here is the problem... I see no place to change my security questions/answers on any of the webpages and contacting Apple support from my current location is impossible outside of email/webpages. And there in lies the problem with Apple support... online/email support is non-existent. But enough of my complaining about that.
Does anyone know how to go about changing Apple ID security questions/answers?

Sign in when prompted then click on password and security on the left. If you'll answer the questions correctly, you'll see the questions and other infos on the page.
One more thing, I don't think we can give our own questions like before. You can contact support for more info.

About a year ago I made an Apple ID on my iPod Touch 5, with the security questions and everything, but now I have an iPhone 5s and I haven't made any purchases on it yet. I just bought a $15 dollar iTunes card at the store, and it is asking for the answers to my security questions, which I do not know the answers to. I tried looking at some other forums about the same problem, but they all say the same thing which is to go to the My Apple ID website and click on the manage button, then go to Passwords and Security, and there should be a link saying: verify your Apple ID with this email, etc. But that does not show up when I go to that website.
I'm sure other people have this problem, please help as soon as possible, thanks in advance!

1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
