I belive Apple is getting a really bad reputation because they hate flash. I have tried to address this issue on this forum earlier, but my post's just disappear after a few minutes -I am a Mac user and I am really shocked to see the censorship on this forum in action -reminds me of North Korea.

This is a user-to-user tech support forum. Since your question isn't a tech support issue and since other Mac users like yourself have no input on the Apple/Adobe tiff, there is nothing anyone here can do.
You are welcome to send feedback to both Apple, http://www.apple.com/feedback/ and Adobe, http://www.adobe.com/bin/webfeedback.cgi. It is quite obvious that they are both to blame for the situation. It is really just corporate grandstanding. They have both "saved face" now and are starting to work with each other again.

It isn't censorship. There is nothing anyone here can do about it. Such questions do nothing but initiate flame wars, as you can see by most of your responses so far. That is why they get deleted.
Furthermore, such questions do not go unnoticed. There are people who are drawn to such fights like moths to a flame.

Flash gets bad reputation from lazy programmers
Hi all
I would just like to say Flash gets a bad reputation from
lazy programmers. I talk about flash with friends and they say
'Flash is to costly to bandwidth' or 'Flash files are to big for
the net' or 'I hate preloaders they take too long'.
I've learned that Vector graphics are the most efficient way
to display images on the net. People are loading unnecessary PNG,
JPEG or bitmaps in flash movies. Often they do not even optimize
the images. Even further they do not allow their Flash movies to
print the images to a printer. So why do lazy programmers do this?
I have created a site using Flash elements to illustrate the
content, and this is the most efficient method there is on the net.
Flash Vector graphics are faster, cheaper and better than the other
formats. If I have to hear another person complain about Flash
again!

substantial efficiency and clarity. I will use them whenever the
opportunity presents itself. But I don't think lazy programmers are
responsible for any sort of bad reputation that Flash might have...
I haven't heard that it has one.
At one end, programmers are just that, programmers, not
graphic artists, and they have to rely on others to create graphic
elements for them. And while Flash can be used to create some nice
drawings it does not have all of the features and capabilities that
software created for drawing has to offer, so graphics people are
more prone to use such software, it's what they are trained in,
which is why Flash often ends up with jpeg and png files. And alot
of web-based content utilizes complex imagery such as photographs,
3D renderings, and video... which Flash vector drawing cannot be
used to recreate.
And on the other end are those that use Flash almost solely
for animations and have little to no programming skills nor need
for any.
One of the nice things Flash does, which some of your friends
apparently take exception to, is provide preloading capability. Not
all of the preloading you see is always what lives in a flash file,
a good portion of that preloading could be image content and other
media that is dynamically brought into play later on. A very small
Flash file can end up presenting a very large amount of content
this way. Sure, in this microwave oven world we live in, nobody
likes a long wait, but I think it's better to wait the one time up
front than to have to wait every time some new piece needs to be
flown in from a server like your average web page often makes you
do.
You're not likely to find an anti-Flash attitude popping up
much in these forums... the folks that come here a usually those
who have fallen under its spell and seek to enhance their abilities
to use it. -
I have an imac and a macbook pro. my creative suite 5.5 design premium is on them both. I'm about to take them in to the apple store because they are running bad and have them completely restored to factory settings. when I get them back will i be able to re-install my adobe creative suite to both of my computers using my same product code from when i first bought it?
Yes. Just make sure to deactivate the license on both systems using Apple menu --> Deactivate while one of the suite programs is running.

I am getting a lot of static when using Brookstone wireless headphones and watching movies on the Apple TV. Ok so I've been doing more testing. It's all videos on the iTunes store. Anytime I try to download a podcast or stream it or anything it's super slow. To download an episode of Diggnation it tells me over 2 hours to download but the time keeps climbing and I just stop the transfer.
Some people said it's an Open DNS thing? Maybe it is but it's not computer specific and I couldn't find a way to change the DNS settings in my Airport, only on each computer. I tried deleting PLists and restoring my Apple TV and restoring my Airport and nothing is working.
I don't know if it an issue with me, my ISP or Apple. Anyone else experiencing this problem? -
I was hacked i kept getting emails that some purshcaes were being made when no one was downloading them and i guess they hacked my apple iD because they changed the security question and now i cant change anything without the security question please help i want to reset the security question but i cant.
You should contact Apple by phone as soon as possible. You'll need to change your Apple ID and all passwords.

I can't get into my Apple TV shows because they said I have the wrong ID/Password. So I went to ITunes like they told me to and changed it all. I still can't get into Apple TV. Any suggestions???If you've not done so unpower and restart it after 30 secs or so.
`You will presumably have checked all your credentials and password are correct.
If still playing up I'd probably go to Settings menu and reset everything - you'd need to then enter all ID credentials etc again.
If that still failed I'd factory restore via iTunes with a microUSB cable.

I change phones and i am not getting regular txt messages because somehow the messages are still sending through imessage which i no longer have.... I deleted my phone number from the account though as per instructiions from the phone carrier and is still not working...Any help?

It sounds like you are no longer getting text messages becuase your Apple ID is still using your phone number for iMessage. I would use these steps to unlink your phone number from your account:
Unlink a phone number
To remove a phone number from an Apple ID, sign out of FaceTime and Messages on your iPhone:
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
Settings > FaceTime. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
This should remove your phone number from other devices using the same Apple ID with FaceTime and Messages. If the phone number is still available on other devices after you sign out of FaceTime and iMessage on the iPhone, you may need to sign out of iMessage and FaceTime on all your devices, then sign in to FaceTime and Messages again on devices you want to use.
Note: If you no longer have access to the iPhone that is using the number you want to remove, reset your Apple ID password.

Yes, the diagnosis at the apple store is free, ....have them find out what is wrong for you
However its totally normal for the fan to be always on, on your macbook Air.
SMC (System Management Controller) could be causing the fan to misinterpret temp. an SMC reset would likely fix this.
If you can HEAR the fan all the time, it might be running noisy due to dust/junk in the fan blades and hub.
If you have pets or a dusty room, fans trap dust and pet fluff like a magnet. Might just need a cleaning.
