The order planning indicator is used for selection and statistical analyses in the Plant Maintenance and Customer Service Information System.
Three order planning indicators are predefined by SAP:
Planned order. You should use this indicator for order types, for which tasks can be anticipated.
Unplanned order. You should use this indicator for order types, for which the task cannot be anticipated, but also need not be performed immediately.
Immediate order. You should use this indicator for order types, for which the necessity of the task cannot be anticipated, but where the task must be performed immediately.
so in this way..each data related to all orders aggregated in three heads in PMIS which is
1. Immidiate order
2. Plannned order
3. Unplanned order

    In lot size EX if requirement comes on single day system will create combine procurement proposal in MTS.
    Separate procurement proposals can only be achieved if you work with make-to-order production. Here, the requirements are managed in separate planning segments of the stock/requirements list.
    Please refer the OSS note 550568 question no 6 for details.

    Is it possible to Create planned order for each demand within a day in LTP.

    Its creating like above is it possible to create planned order as follows
    We required as follows

    demand   19.09.2014  --  2500
    Which setting controls it. we are using individual/collective requirement as 1 for these materials

    Hi Kumar,
    as mentioned before.
    If you do not have a MTO scenario you need to use BAdI MD_ADD_ELEMENTS to simulate individual requrirements within the same date.
    Make sure you check for the right scenario, so the coding is not executed during regular MRP
    This coding could be a starting point.

    My requirement is -
    1.We need the capability to produce P&L's and balance sheets by grouping various gl accounts.
    A.I am planning to do this by creating FSV's
    2.We also need to be able to input a budget into this "report writer" so it will automatically report variances, year to date numbers.
    A.For this i am planning to execute a report in FSI3 which gives plan and actual with variace.For this  i need to input budget/plan values for each GL Accounts.I dont know how to input Budget/plan values to this.

    I do not think it is possible to input budgets on GL Accounts in FI. Funds Management Experts can throw some light on this.
    You have to create a FORM in FSI4.
    Please refer some of the standard forms available in FSI5 or FSI6.
    Assign these forms to some reports in FSI1
    Refer some of the standard reports on GL available in FSI2 or FSI3.
    FDI1, FDI2, FDI3, FDI4, FDI5 and FDI6 transaction codes are relevant for Customers.
    FKI1, FKI2, FKI3, FKI4, FKI5 and FKI6 transaction codes are relevant for Vendors.

  • Previous years plan data for single year.

    I have 7 plan data for each year. For example for 2017 I have following ..
    what is planned for 2017 in 2011.
    what is planned for 2017 in 2012
    what is planned for 2017 in 2013.
    what is planned for 2017 in 2014.
    what is planned for 2017 in 2015.
    what is planned for 2017 in 2016.
    what is planned for 2017 in 2017.
    Client wants to store all the previous years plan relating to each year.
    I already have various category for plan such as plan1, plan2, revised plan etc.
    How to handle the above scenario for 7 years plan data. Appreciate any inputs..

    Categories named against planned year can be created. A working category(PLAN) is used in all reports and input templates. whenever PLAN data is finalized PLAN can be copied to respective planned years category . ie in 2012 , when planned data is finalized, PLAN is copied to PLAN2012 .In 2013 , PLAN should be copied to PLAN2013.
    That way , planned amounts of 2017 can be retrieved from   respective planned year categories .
    Planned amount of 2017 in 2012 is cat:PLAN2012,Time:2017.total 
    Planned amount of 2017 in 2014 is cat:PLAN2014,Time:2017.total

  • Remove access for each member of a particular dimension from Hyperion Planning Applciation

    We are trying to remove access for groups for each member of a particular dimension( which has more than 1000 members) of a Hyperion Planning application. We are going through Administration->Manage DImensions -> member , Under security click view and select the group and then remove access But the problem is there are more than 1000 members under this dimension , so it will be time consuming to go to each member and then remove access for the group. Is there any other way we can do this?
    Also is there a way to bulk delete native directory groups from Hyperion Shared services, instead of deleting each native group manually one by one?

    The reaso we want to go for Relational tables is that when we did Exportsecurity utility for that planning application  and imported back the SecFile.txt without doing any changes ,still it errored out giving errors like :
    "The following access not imported:-"PLN-ORG-0278-999 Bureau Strtgc & Oprtnl ""PLNning",0278-999,READWRITE,MEMBER due toInvalid user name found in the file."
    It is erroing out even if we did not do any modifications to the secfile.txt.
    Moreover there are more than 1000 members for which we have to remove access permissions manually one by one. It is a tedious process.
    So we are looking at other options like , which relational tables have got Native directory groups information, and the sql queires we can execute to remove the unwanted Native directory groups from Shared Services?

    You can get the dep planned values for the each period by using SAP standard report S_ALR_87012936.
    In the selection screen of that report, click on All selections button on application tool bar. Then you will be able to see the all the available fields for selection.
    Choose evaluation period as Month.
    Now execute it. After getting output, you need to go for change layout and adopt fileds like Dep 01-2010, Dep 02-2010, Dep 03-2010....Etc till Dep 12-2010.
    This will fix your requirement.

    What??  You asked how to get all your music on your phone at once rather than downloading it to your phone from iCloud.
    Go to your purchased list in iTunes and download all your music to your iTunes library, as explained in the linked article.  Then sync it all to your phone using iTunes you're done.  The music will be stored locally on your phone and you won't have to download it again in the future.

    First of all I have given a first reading to log4j and I think there will some more easy way of logging debugging messages than log4j (If you could provide me a detailed explanation of a servlet,jsp,java bean that uses log4j and how to use log4j then it will be very helpful for me). The other easy ways (if I am not using log4j) to my problem i.e creating different log files for each of web applications deployed in oc4j are
    I have created multiple instances of OC4J that are configured to run on different ports and so on each instance I have deployed a single web application . And I started the 2 oc4j instances by transferring thier error/log messages to a file. And the other way is ..
    I have download from jakarta site a package called servhelper . This servhelper is a thread that is started in a startup servlet and stopped in the destroy method of that startup servlet. So this thread will automatically capture all the system.out.println's and will print those to a file. I believe that this thread program is synchronized. So in this method I need not run multiple instances of OC4J instead each deployed web application on single instance of oc4j uses the same thread program (ofcourse a copy of thread program is put in each of the deployed web applications directories) to log messages on to different log files.
    Can you comment on my above 2 approached to logging debugging messages and a compartive explanation to LOG4J and how to use LOG4J using a simple servlet, simple jsp is appreciated ...

    I created different users in a single work space. I want the applications of each user to be private so that the applications of one user should not be viewed by others.

    So, the term "user" was used in the context of "Application Developer".
    The idea behind Apex Application Builder is Team working and therefore you have features for team working. You want to go the reverse way for your reasons.
    The only way I am aware of is to create separate workspace for each of the developers. This way each developer sees only his / her applications in Application Builder. If the developers use the same db tables/views then you will have to assign the schema that holds the data to each of these Workspaces.
    But if you want to ensure that developers do not even see each other's data then they you have to keep the data also separate.
    While doing all this just do not forget that some day the applications have to be deployed and end users have to access it !
    I am not aware of any other mechanism to isolate developers.

    I'm trying to build a re-usable RSS library application from the following (using JDev Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.4.0 on Windows 2008 Server):

    I'm bascially creating the application from scratch, but I run into problems when trying to drag and drop the 'output text' data controls into the jsff page fragment. The instructions say that "For Each" iterator was used as the operation to iterate through these fields but I don't see For Each appearing as any option for the Operations anywhere in the data controls. The only options i see are CREATE, DELETE, EXECUTE, FIRST, LAST, NEXT, PREVIOUS, RemoveRowWithKey, SetRowWithKey, SetCurrentRowWithKey. After droppipng the data controls and going to the 'Bindings', i can't see options for using For Each either.
    Can anyone please tell me how to add the For Each method as per the above instructions? Thank you!

    <af:forEach> will be sufficient for most user's needs, it does not work with a JSF DataModel, or CollectionModel. It also cannot be bound to EL expressions that use component-managed EL variables..

    For example : my music on the Master output (plugged to amp),  my video on the Suround output (plugged to a helmet), all the other apps on the Side output (plugged to speakers) ...
    I am actually whith ALSA and Pulseaudio, but I am ready to change all to do that (except the ditrib )

     My bad, clipboard must have been turned off or I simply confused the links. Here the correct one, once again. Runtime arguments allow you to specify a pcm with parameters set upon execution:
