AQM query for recording

                   Hi
I have a aqm 8.5.2 server  with uccx , we have configured diffrent workflow (Quality managemnt) and Archive  workflow.
Now when a supervisor having AQM license , try to play the file it play as audio file and the reasin come on the portal for recording is "archive".
However the Evaluation button is greyed out and he was not able to evaluate the same .
Does that mean that archive calls cannot be evaluated.
And why this calls are going to archive state ..

AQM needs to know the windows username of each user, as this is what ties the calls that are recorded back to a particular user when you are searching for calls etc.
If you had the same account for each user, it would appear that all calls were made by the same agent... so no, it's not really possible. The desktop software also detects who is logging on to the PC console, so it's not a matter of changing the account the service runs as.
You say you are not integrated to AD, but are you not using AD at all for your desktop PC logons?

    I have a block based on a procedure.
    But when I enetr-query and search for records specific to ceratin criteria even then the result of the Query is all records.
    Is Query not allowed on a block with Query Data Source Type : Procedure.

    When you use a table based block, forms can construct any select with any where clause based on the given inputs. Using a procedure based block, forms cannot "know" which in or out parameter of the procedure corresponds to which item. Even if Forms could pass the value of an item to an argument automagically, the procedure would have to "do something" with the argument, and you´d have to code it.
    So, any item that should be used in the where-clause must be mapped to an argument.
    Perhaps it would be easier to use a table based block querying a view? For DDL, you could use an instead-of-trigger on the view.

  • MRBR Query for Records Since Last Run

    I have a requirement to pull all the blocked invoices since the last programs run.
    The main table in MRBR is RBKP_BLOCKED.  I'm needing to pull all of the records in that table since the program last run.
    The main tables I know I need are RBKP_BLOCKED, RSEG, EKKO
    How is RBKP_BLOCKED filled?  How can I know when something was changed so I can pull the correct records?
    RSEG holds the blocking types like SPGRS etc, but where do those get set?

    Is the column you show as "DATE" really named "DATE"?  If so, that's A Bad Thing (tm).  Never use reserved or key words as object names.  It should have a descriptive name, like CLOSING_DATE, or whatever is appropriate in the context of the application.
    Second, what is the data type of your DATE column?  It better be DATE.  If not, you are starting from a very bad design.  In any event, the solution will depend on the data type.

  • Source data for Record Group

    Hello,
    I am very new to Oracle Forms and have been tasked with pointing some forms we have to a new server and adding a couple of columns to come areas. Everything was going ok until I got to a the point where I have to add a new column to an area on a form. The forms are pointing to the new tables and the searches are working, or at least seem to be working. How can I tell the data source for a data group? I checked properties for the record group (RECORD_STATISTICS) that populates a certain area on a form and it has query selected as the record group type but there is no query showing. I added the column needed to the column specifications list but it does not show up when I run the form. There is a spot for it because the extra hyphen is there.
    Here is the code that populates the fields on the form. The field I added is the ahs_site column. As mentioned earlier I added that field to the RECORD_STATISTICS data group as well as to all the procedures I can find but am missing something..

    Hope that made sense. I do not understand how data flows through forms just yet or how to phrase my question in terms that understandable. I do have some screen shots I could send anyone willing to help.

    Adding a column to column specification does nothing.
    First of all, check the record group query in record group properties:
    1) In forms builder object tree find that record group, right-click > property palette.
    2) Look for property (just cann't remember exactly its name) where select query is specified.
    3) Add the column you need to the query. Column specification will refresh automatically.
    There is one more way to specify query for record group. Look for calls of POPULATE_GROUP_WITH_QUERY procedure in the form code.
    Forms 6i: menu program > find and replace pl/sql, Forms 10: edit > find and replace pl/sql. In the search field type POPULATE_GROUP_WITH_QUERY. Then see the results where your record group RECORD_STATISTIC is being populated programmatically. If no calls were found - the only data source is in record groups properties.

  • AQM query on Desktop recording

    Hi All
    I have a query regarding desktop recording
    My setup has:
    AQM : version 8.5.2
    UCCX :vesion 8.5
    cucm :version 8.5
    AQM is not integraded with the AD and as per i am aware of for desaktop recording we need to assign a windows login in the AQM administrator for every agent .
    Now in my case it is not integratewd with AD hence i can't use AD credential and if i use the Local windows mchine credential then i have to manually put is for every users which will cause issue during configuration.
    My question is
    1. Is there any other method i can do that without asking the user to share his/her windows machine credential,Is there a way so that i can create a common account in each machine say admin and give it a privelege for the desktop recording service and use the same common"admin" account in the AQM for every users.
    If this is not possible is there any other alternate way to do that .

    I have dowloaded a custom wsdl and generated a java client from it using Jdeveloper.
    I have a method named customObject1QueryPage(QueryInputObj) which is used to query the CRM oD to fetch records.
    I have successfully queried using the above method for one condition:-

    Can somebody please help me as soon as possible.

    say, AccountName = 'xyz' OR AccountName= 'abc' the syntax would be *(='xyz') OR (='abc')*

  • Query for deleting the minimum updated record.

    I have table USER_RECENT_PROJECTS which has SIX columns USER_NAME,PROJECT_ID,CREATED_BY,CREATED_ON,UPDATED_BY
    and UPDATED_ON.The purpose of having this table to get 5 recent PROJECTS
    on which user has worked on.
    I have trigger called RECENT_PRJ_TRIGG which IS FIRED when the data is inserted or updated on PROJECT table.After this trigger calls procedure PROC_USER_RECENT_PRJ and that procedure puts the data in this table.
    It is inserting the data upto 5 records when the six records comes it deleting the record which is least UPDATED_ON from the table USER_RECENT_PROJECTS but the problem is it is deleting
    the record from other user that i don't want.I want to delete the the record which is
    least UPDATED_ON from particular user.
    Please help me on this issue.

    I am using the trigger for populating the data in USER_RECENT_PROJECTS.This
    trigger is fired when data is INSERTED or UPDATED in PROJECT table.And that trigger will call the procedure PROC_USER_RECENT_PRJ.This is used
    to put data in USER_RECENT_PROJECTS table.I am getting the problem in procedure the problem is upto five records it is inserting the record when i go for insert sixth record it should delete least UPDATED_ON and insert new record.But it is deleting the record from other user that i don't want.I want to delete the record from the paarticular user.I am using this query for deleting the record..

    I have defined a POWL query which executes properly. But if I map the same POWL query to 2 portal users and the 2 portal users try to access the same page simultaneously then it gives an error message to one of the users that
    "Query 'ABC' is already open in another session."
    where 'ABC' is the query name.
    Can you please tell me how to use the same POWL query for multiple users ?

    Batch processing usually involves using actions you have recorded.  In Action you can insert Path that can be used during processing documents.  Path have some size so you may want to only process document that have the same size.  Look in the Actions Palette fly-out menu for insert path.  It inserts|records the current document work path into the action being worked on and when the action is played it inserts the path into the document as the current work path..

  • Return Code - Query for Multiple Rows as XML

    Hi,
    I'm executing an MSSQL stored procedure through the "Query for Multiple Rows as XML" activity in LiveCycle ES. I do this through a call statement such as this:
    { call MyStoredProc(?) }
    This works great, the stored procedure always returns a record set (with or without records). I use this activity rather than "Call Stored Procedure" because I can transform the record set into XML right away within this activity. Unfortunately any exception arising from invoking this stored procedure cannot be handled within the workflow as this activity does not have an exception handler (lightning bolt). In an attempt to handle at least some exceptions we have decided to use try/catches within the stored procedures and return different error codes. Now the problem I am faced with is that there is no way to retrieve the returned code within any of the SQL activities. We don't want to have to write an execute script for each of these SQL calls. Is there any way to do this? Seems like I'm 95% there.

  • How do I take data from a query sample record and query another block with it?

    I have a master/detail form (6i) that contains a master block (staff), and a detail block (phone). I would like to be able
    to query by phone number, but when I execute the query, I would like a 'search results' box to pop up that contains the
    phone number I queried for, as well as some other staff info. There might be multiple records that match my query,
    and I'd like them all to be listed (or list 10 or so, with a scrollbar). I'd like a push button next to each record that will take
    me back to the master/detail window with that record displayed. So, I created a third block that is based on a joined
    view of the staff and phone tables. It is a multi-record block, with 10 recs displayed and a scrollbar. It is in a separate
    window. I don't want the user to have to navigate to that block, however, to perform their query. I would like them to be
    able to enter the query in the phone number block, then somehow grab the phone number they've entered and use it to
    query my 'search' block. This is the part I'm having trouble with. Can someone please help? THANKS!

    Where do I put that line of code? I see that it goes at the Script part near the top, but how can I use that, I am pretty new to this language. I am not familiar with this line, where does it bind the value from the datagrid to the variable?

    myDataGrid would be the id from the grid I am guessing?
    and selected index would be the channel.description part?
    and FIELD_NAME; is the variable name?
    does this go into a funtion or is it placed at the top where the variables are declared?

    I am able to pipe the results to a file however, I would like to convert it to CSV/HTML When i try "convertto-HTML"
    function it converts certain values . Also,
    a) I would like to remove duplicate entries when the script runs only for that execution. 
    b) When the script is run, we may be able to search for records after the last run and not search in the same
    records that we have looked into before.

    If you just want to look for the new events since the last run, I suggest to record the EventRecordID of the last event you parsed and use it as a reference in your filter. For example:

    That's this logic that the Server Manager of Windows Serve 2012 is using to save time, CPU and bandwidth. The problem is how to get that number and provide it to your next run. You can store in a file and read it at the beginning. If not found, you
    can go through the all event list.
    Let's say you store it in a simple text file, ref.txt

    At the beginning just read it.

    This is very lazy check. You can do a proper parsing etc... That's a quick dirty way. If I can read
    it and parse it as an integer, I use it. Else, I just set it to 0 meaning I'll collect all info.
    Then include it in your filter. You Get-WinEvent becomes:

    At the end of your script, store the last value you got into your ref.txt file. So you can for example get that info in the loop. Like:
    $Result += $LogonRecord
    $_intLastId = $Event.RecordId
    And at the end:
    Write-Output $_intLastId | Out-File .\ref.txt
    Then next time you run it, it is just scanning the delta. Note that I prefer this versus the date filter in case of the machine wasn't active for long or in case of time sync issue which can sometimes mess up with the date based filters.
    If you want to go for a date filtering, do it at the Get-WinEvent level, not in the Where-Object. If the query is local, it doesn't change much. But in remote system, it does the filter on the remote side therefore you're saving time and resources on your
    side. So for example for the last 30 days, and if you want to use the XMLFilter parameter, you can use:

  • Adding  values in query for like materials.

    I am very new to ABAB. I recently made a query attached to an infoset, that lists the amount received from a purchase order and compares the amount that was ordered (overdelivery allowed). With this I added a custom field and and in the Extras/Code tab I added (for "Record Processing")
    IF MSEG-BPMNG > EKPO-MENGE.
    ZCUSTOMF = 'OVERDELIVERED'.
    ELSE.
    CLEAR CUSTOMFIELD.
    ENDIF.
    This compares the amount received vs the amount ordered and gives a new field value if overdelivery occured. However it occurred that there may be multiple batches of the same material when received. When this happens the query displays multiple lines (same material document number) with each amount and does not add the value of the different batches of the same material. Is there any additional code that could be added that  'When the same material document number and same material' appear more than once to add the quantity received together and view it on one line? Any kind of help (especially with ABAP explanations) at all is greatly appreciated.

    You have to Loop at the itab which you are processing in the same code  tab with looping at itab at the material document you are processing at that moment. then sum up the Qty and Amount at the end of the loop and then check the amounts and then update the custom field for that PO or material document.
    As this code will be repeated for all the items of the document every time when you loop for that specific document just check whether the custom field is empty or not . Process the loop if empty only. As if i t is not empty then it is understood that thsi item has been processed earlier.

  • Count() function throws error in EQL query for metric

    Hi
    I am trying to use count function in EQL query for Metric Bar to show the number of occurrences of a record.
    When the record type doesn't exist i expect the function to return count as 0. Instead the function throws a runtime exception and the whole Metric Bar portlet fails, with error No Results Available. Even though other components in the metric bar have valid results.

    I tried using COALESCE but that doesn't help.
    Can some one please suggest a workaround to this?

    Two statements are used here because the original question was pertaining to the null set (where there are employees in the nav state but no employees that fit the special analytics criteria in the navigation state). The question/answer has nothing to do with what is in the COUNT parentheses clause as Counting a null set will always give you NULL, not 0, no matter what you put in there.
    What we're really doing, in the second part of the query, is writing a query over a set of data that is not the null set (i.e. the current navigation state). This allows the 0 value to come through in the case where the first analytics statement is evaluated over a null set of records. If there were truly no records in the navigation state, this too would return a null set and not zero.
