Architecture Recommendations for disjoined radio set

I need some Architecture Recommendations.
I have a JSF page that is split into two sections. Basically you either answer the questions on the right or the questions on the left. But I need a couple of radio buttons at the top so that my user can select which side they would like to answer. The SelectOneRadio JSF object does not appear like it will work for me.
Do I need to just use the <f:verbatim> and write the html for the radio buttons within it? Then I will probably need some logic for maintaining state. But since I cannot bind the object to the backing bean where do I put that logic?

You should either write a custom Renderer (probably for SelectBoolean), or look for a third-party JSF tag that does what you need. Restricting yourself to only those tags defined by the spec is ignoring one of the biggest advantage of the JSF standard.
For example, you might use the Oracle ADF Faces selectBooleanRadio tag.

Recommendation for IP MTU setting with DMVPN

I have a dual DMVPN setup which works fine, apart from a performance issue. Its probable that this is a packet fragmentation issue as I'm seeing many reassambled fragments on my encryption routers. The IP MTU value on the tunnel is 1436, as recommend by R Deal in his VPN configuration guide. If I remove the IP MTU 1436 command, and let IOS select its own value that returns 1472 for IP MTU.
Reading up on Cisco.com various values are mentioned, 1400, and 1440. As this is a production network under change control I'm after recommendations from other working networks, to get this fixed.
I'm also using MSS adjustment for TCP setting a value of 1360, and have a route-map to clear the DF bit in TCP and UDP frames.
I'm using IPSec transport mode, and there are no NAT boundaries for the IPSec to cross.

Although I don't have a problem with MTU as such, performance is an issue. I believe this can be improved by tuning MTU configuration even if it's a little bit. Did you manage to reach optimal working figures and settings for MTU on DMVPN?

Recommendations for Bluetooth headphones?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good set of Bluetooth stereo headphones? I am looking mainly to listen to music and watch videos but would make an occasional call with them. I purchased the Plantronics backbeat and while the sound quality is fine they just don't get loud enough. I have read similar complaints about the Jaybird freedom. Any suggestions?

yup.. this was added to Leopard 10.5... 10.5 is REALLY flaky though (all around, not bluetoothwise)... 10.5.2 is what you need.
but with 10.5.2 installed i use the Motorola MOTOROKR™ S9 with a Belkin USB bluetooth adapter (class 1 so get 300 ft range)... works really well... good for exercise 'cause they are light and they stay in your ears securely and can take sweat etc and they are sound isolating and have two sizes of in ear thingies for different sized ears.
plus have Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) and Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP). AVRCP lets you control iTunes and volume from the head phones... back, forward, play, pause, volume up and down.. they are really cool and work perfectly.

I am having a problem setting a value in my code.
I would like to default a value for the radio button.
I think I need to use some java/javascript using the cattributes option but I
am not sure what I should be saying.

As far as I know, iMovie version 10 is only accurate to .1 seconds or 3 frames.
I think you could only get down to 5 frames in version 9, though you could display frames s you mention.

this should work in JDeveloper 11.1.1.3 the same as in 11.1.1.2. If it doesn't then it is better to file a bug than to work around it

But in supply/demand the datas are showing outside this time limit.For example if I saw today (04-Nov-days),only 10days from today suggested order dates order should show.But it is showing even orders in dec also.Any setup we mssed?

Here's a sample, using what should be a familiar script to any radio drama buff, and showing a few of the features you'll want to incorporate into your template.
Features noted by arrows:
This is the "First line indent" margin stop, in this case, set to produce a 'hanging indent'. This stop sets the starting position of the first line of a Paragraph.
Left margin stop: This stop sets the starting position of all lines in a paragraph except the first.
When setting margins, set this one first, as it will drag the First line indent stop with it when moved. After setting this one (by dragging it to the position on the ruler where you want it to be), drag the rectangle (First line stop) left as far as it will go.
Right margin stop.
Running Header: This is a combination of text that appears on every page, plus the page number / page count—very useful information when someone drops his script. (Typed here, but a combination of typing and inserting the two number calculators from the Insert menu in the actual template.)
Tab character. Used to move the first line of the dialogue into alignment with the rest of that paragraph. The Left margin stop also acts as a Tab stop.
Paragraph break (made by pressing the return key). After a Paragraph break, the next line of the script will start at the left margin of the page. To break a long monologue into smaller blocks, use a 'soft return', made by pressing Shift-return, as I've done twice here...
...to produce an empty line without creating a 'new paragraph' (or in this case, a new item on the current list.
Those are the basics for producing the body of your script.

It would be great to have an itunes radio station that would play music from the "recommended for you" list in the itunes store for music discovery that did not include things already in my collection. I would definitely buy more music if I had this service.

View RX neighbors for selected radio does not show any information

For some but not all of our WLCs, our WCS is not able to View RX neighbors for selected Radio in the maps.
WLC is running 4.1.171-code, WCS is using 4.1.83 Base+Location.
I use Monitor-Maps, slecet a map and hover with my mouse over one of the APs to select "View RX-neighbors".
The error-message appearing is:
"There are no RX neighbors for selected radio."
Who knows help about this ?

Hi. I've run into this before with one 1242 AP in LWAPP mode. I was running 4.1.171.0 on my 4402 WLC. I had users report a dead spot in the plant and when I looked at the heat map it told me the following. The A radio was not detected. The BG radio was detected but did not have any client counts on it. Also when I told the AP to view RX neighbors it said that there were no RX neighbors for the selected radio. I thought the AP had a hardware failure due to the fact that the 1242 doesn't have the modular radios like the first gen 1200's. So, I had the unit replaced with a brand new one. When I had the chance to TFTP recover the original, the A radio was detected again. I converted the AP back to LWAPP and it worked without any issues. I attribute this to a bad LWAPP upgrade / code corruption. I'd recommend to TFTP recover one of the AP's and set it back up again in LWAPP mode to see if the problem is resolved. Hope this helps!

Recommendations for speaker systems for DVD player/recorder

I'm getting a DVD recorder soon and I hope to get some recommendations on suitable Creative speaker systems.
The room is fairly big but the TV area is rather confined..so i prefer a set whose speakers are not too big or bulky or numerous (i think i'll stop at 5.1 since i have limited space to put the speakers). Budget is flexible, but of course the cheaper the better (hopefully under $350).
The TV sounds good when watching TV programs but it reproduces an unbalanced ratio of muddy dialogue and loud sound effects when playing back DVDs. I end up having to crank up the volume so high to hear what the characters are saying, and of course, the background audio gets boosted way loud as well. So my main consideration is reproducing clear speech and dialogue and crisp (not overly loud) background audio - any recommendations for this?
Which models have an optical/coaxial input? Can i just hook up the speakers to the optical/coaxial or RCA outputs of the DVD recorder/player since most models have in-built DTS decoders? Which are the least problematic models?

I think I have the same question more or less. I bought a cheap Best Buy memorex speaker docking station and I need a male to female IPOD cable so that I can Play the radio and charge the IPOD at the same time as well of course have the head phone jack plugged into the Line In that acts as the antenna.
So if I had the Male to Female cable My dock would charge and the cable to the line in acts as a Antenna. I think this makes sense..

Hardware recommendations for Planning & HFM

We currently have Hyperion Planning 11.1.1.3 running on three servers (one dedicated for RDBMS, one dedicate for Essbase, and another that is running everything else (EPMA, Planning, Financial Reporting, Shared Services, Workspace, Calc Manager, etc).
We are going to implementing HFM and upgrading to 11.1.2 for our current components and I have reviewed the server sizing for 500 users (175 active) for Planning and HFM. I was wondering if anyone had any experience running both Planning and HFM together and if I need to bump up the server specs for anything to run both smoothly?
The EPMA Installation Start Here recommends the following for Planning for Windows Servers:
Web Server: 4 x 3 GHZ+ 16 GB RAM
Essbase Server: 4 x 3 GHZ+ 8 GB RAM
Other Services Server: 4 x 3 GHZ+ 16 GB RAM
RDBMS Server: 4 x 3 GHZ+ 16 GB RAM
And recommends for HFM:
Web Server: 4 x 3 GHZ+ 16 GB RAM
Financial Management Server: 8 x 3 GHZ + 16 GB RAM
Other Services Server: 2 x 3 GHZ + 8 GB RAM
RDBMS: 4 x 3 GHZ+ 16 GB RAM
The Essbase server for Planning will be dedicated, and the Financial Management Server for HFM will be dedicated, but if we wanted to share the Web Server and Other Services Server for both Planning and HFM, do you think we need to size these servers a bit more robustly to handle both HFM and Planning?
We are looking at 8 x 2.66 GHZ with 32 GB of memory for our Web Server, Other Services Server and Financial Management Server (essbase and RDBMS are sized fine for now), so I just wanted to get some input from the community before we make the recommendation to go ahead with that hardware.

Depending upon your Essbase/Planning Application you might need to increase the Ram. Remember you plan the architecture for 3 - 5 years in mind. Its a good practice to have variable like number of users increase per year, new applications, evolving data-set etc into consideration.
In one of the post, one of the expert suggested to have 2Gb per essbase application.

Sender: Mail
Receiver: if sender body contain u201DApproveu201D, then call SOAP adapter, If SOAP adapter execute successfully, then send Mail(SOAP adapter executed successfully) and SMS . So receiver is SOAP, Mail and SMS.
My current approach issue:
Three message mapping:
Mapping1: mail to SOAP
Mapping2: mail to Mail
Mapping3: mail to SMS
In interface determinant>u201DSelect all three operation mappingu201D> u201Cselect order at runtimeu201D.
Issue in current approach: For me first SOAP adapter should complete successfully, after that only my Mail and SMS operation mapping should execute:
But problem is before success of SOAP adapter engine, Mail and SMS mapping completed or integration engine executed.
Note: There is possible to fail the SOAP request in adapter engine.
Kindly help me --> u201CAm I going correct way or want to change the architectureu201D?

What do you mean by successful execution of soap call? Are you talking about Successful response (happy flow) from the soap call instead of application error ? Then based on the response you want to decide sending mail and sms. How big call is your soap ? If your soap interface is very simple I can give the other possible way.
Sender sends the message, use mapping to read the content and then do soap call in the mapping itself and after seeing the soap response decide about two receivers (mail and SMS). If your soap call is very simple one, you can go for it. Otherwise I would not recommend this. The reason is you loose some visibility regards to monitoring during soap call in the mapping.
Other option is go for CCBPM. Here you receive the message, use send step to soap interface which is sync step. Then after seeing the response create another block with fork steps each for two senders mail and sms. If response bad then dont proceed or execute the next block. Simply use exeception or control step to jump out from the block,

I am not good familiar with Oracle database while i read a Note 830576 - Parameter recommendations for Oracle 10g. in which SAP General Recommendation:
You should delete obsolete initialization parameters from the profile.
To determine which obsolete parameters are currently set, proceed as follows:
SQL> SELECT NAME FROM V$OBSOLETE_PARAMETER WHERE ISSPECIFIED = 'TRUE';
when i execute above command then result is no rows selected
while there are many parameters in above SAP Note which are already obsolete and not set in initSID.ora file.
for exp. the parameter OPTIMIZER_INDEX_COST_ADJ is showing
#### OPTIMIZER MODE
#optimizer_index_cost_adj = 10
as you know that this parameter is very important regarding System Performance.
now please guide me . I have to set these parameter or no need while there is not showing any parameters against obsolete command.
