ArcSDE register sdo_gtype of 3003, etype 1005 in Oracle sdo_geometry

Question

1) Has anyone registered data with SDE sdelayer -o register that has the noted gtype and etype?
2) What sdelayer e- entity type(s) should we use, so we can view it with Arc tools?
3) No where does it say this won't work with SDE.
4) The data comes from MicroStation into Oracle Spatial.

Since 3003 is a three dimensional, single part polygon the options -e a3 should do the trick. -e na3+ will also work and makes it possible to use multipart polygons and null / nil geometries:
