As mentioned in title, I use this tag in two jsps. The first is directly included in a h:form, And the second is in a
ui:composition component of, like below:

But the first page can work without any problem, while the second page can't get the upload value, always return null
I'll be so appreciate if anyone would give some tips.

The uploaded file will be null if either the extensions filter isn't configured properly or you aren't using the multipart/form-data encoding type for the POST request.

the list counts 160 languages!Ah well... looks like I was rather wrong then :-(I'm not so sure you were. When I first started with Java I expected a number of other languages to appear that would compile to Java byte code. To me it seemed an obvious way for toolmakers such as Powersoft (PowerBuilder) to get into the Java market yet still keep customers tied to their toolset but this hasn't seemed to happen.
There may be 160 languages/tools on that page but how many are in widespread use?

If the phone is turned off, doesn't have an internet connection, or has been restored preventing "Find my iPhone" from being able to work, there is no other way to track it.

PHP 5.5.15: Are there any current drivers, or will the 5.3 and 5.4 drivers work?

Title says it all. I am running PHP 5.5.15, but the latest drivers I could find for SQL Server, at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20098, only includes drivers for 5.3 and 5.4. Arethese drivers fine for 5.5? If not, are there
any 5.5 drivers anywhere for SQL Server? 5.5 is over a year old, so there should be something out there?

Well, you could trade it in for a white one!
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."

It would be great to be able to use this computer with the wall mount. The ones that are available (VESA) from the apple store and say they will work with some older iMacs. Hi. The VESA mounts for the iMacs are not "changeable": either you buy an iMac with a pedestal, either you buy one with a VESA mount, but you cannot switch, because the VESA mount is the first thing built in the iMac. You would need to sell your 5K iMac and buy a VESA 5K iMac.

For example how old could that value be? Are very old messages discarded?
Or what happens if a message arrives which has the same timestamp as a previous one that is still on the service bus?

I expect that this distinction is caused by the Event Hub retention policy. Our job may be failing because because the start time falls below the Event Hub retention window, and we do not support that scenario...
I am afraid I would still recommend putting the data into a blob for back-testing --- you can use the same query and everything!
Or, of course, adjust the dates in your sample data...

None that I am aware of, just the limited games that are available on the iTunes Store.

You are actually completely wrong, a malicous website could do anything from sending a fork bomb to your computer to opening a shell and controlling your computer completely: examples from stackexchange:::
With access to bash, even from the POV of a web user, the options are endless. For example, here's a fork bomb:

Just put that in a user agent string on a browser, go to your web page, and instant DoS on your web server.
Or, somebody could use your server as an attack bot:

Put that on several other servers and you're talking about real bandwidth.

If you are talking about books you can place the photo as a full ppage image on both sides of the spine and manually movingthem to fit - you also can place a photo and right click on it and choose "fit to frame" to show the entire photo on the page or in the frame

The Event Viewer will hold events regarding shutdown and startup. You should work on event id's 6005 and 6006.
Hopefully your 3000 servers has remote powershell enabled or at least some other way of remotely getting the information.
Basically you should be able to create something like:
For each connected 6006/6005 events within a given time spand - get the time difference and add all those together.

You do realize the minutes and texting are CHEAPER on the new plans vs the old plans. And as I said if you moved to at&t you have to choose their share plan which are basically identical to Verizon. Any ways since 2 line are off contract. Just log into My Verizon choose Change Features and then activate the Month2Month discount on the 2 lines out of contract and that'll knock off $20 a month right there.

I can't find any of the reformatting discs my laptop came with. I was wondering if there are other possible ways to wipe everything off my laptop without performing a manual reboot. I.e. On start-up menu pressing F10 or so?

Do you just want to reformat the hard drive or do you want to install and OS (as in recover the system to it's factory out of box state)? If all you want to do is reformat the hard drive you can use any number of self booting tools that you can download. All formatting does is prepare the hard drive for use by placing magnetic markers on the drive surface to define the sectors in which data is stored in preperation to installing an operating system.
If you want to actually install an OS hold down the 0 (zero) key when powering up the system. If it has a hard drive based recovery system this will invoke it. If it doesn't then you'll either need to find your disks, contact Toshiba and order replacement disks as per this post, purchase a new Windows disk to install Windows, or download a free Linux disk and use that.
Plus there is no way to do this without doing a reboot of the system. It's physically impossible.

ios7 now supports game controllers, ive seen a few such as logitech and moga contollers built for iphones, but ive not heard of any available for ipads. Does anybody know any different?

There are a few compatible controllers that use bluetooth, but they are not well reviewed. I'd hold out a bit longer until some decent hardware comes out.
