Hi All,
I am working on oracle apps AR implementation process in r12.
I have a requirement for updating the receipt information in my custom code, so i am using using ARP_PROC_RECEIPTS1.update_cash_receipt procedure for updating the receipt details.
But i am facing following errors while executing this procedure.

Find the what are all the subjectarea's in execution plan having the task 'SIL_PositionDimensionHierarchy_PostChangeTmp ', add the 'TASK_GROUP_Load_PositionHierarchy ' task group to those those subjectares.
Assemble your subject area's and build the execution plan again.

Hi,
Go To Views -> Design -> Subject Areas tab and select your Subject Area.
Upon selecting the subject area, in the lower pane you will find Tasks tab. Click on the task tab, there Add/Remove button will appear.
Click on the Add/Remove button, one dialog box will be shown and in that click on the Query button and enter task group name *"TASK_GROUP_Past_Due_Cost"* and click on go button.
Once that task appears click on Add button and click on the Save button.
This will add that particular task group to your subject Area. Once these steps are done build the execution plan and start the DAC load.

When clicking on a task(WD-UI) in UWL, BPM throws an error message:

Though, I am able to open up the task when I restart the server ( CE 7.1 EHP1 SP04 patched).

Hi,
sounds like an program error. That is an problem which occurs if one or multiple components try to lock the same galaxy object at the same point in time. Did you configured something special on the given task? e.g deadlines?
My proposal is to open an Customer Message so that we can have a detailed look onto the system. If this is not possible could you please provide the complete trace file and some more details about the modeled task?

Age Grp Error while payroll execution

Dear All,
While payroll execution we are getting an error for a Benefit plan as "Age Group cannot be determined".
We have a cutoff date as 30 th June for age group parameter.
We have 2 employees with the same scenario but payroll excutes perfectly for one and error for the other.
The only difference i have seen is there is an action exists on June 30th for the employee which we are getting error.
I try deleting the action on 30th June ,then payroll executes fine. I have tried with different actions on the same day then again the error flashes.
The other employee doesnt have any action on the cutoff day , and it works fine.
Anyone had similar issues??

Hi,
I had the exact same problem a while back. The problem was that in V_T001 I had a different comp code which was either assigned to the same country that had a blank currency or assigned to the same currency but was missing the country. It was a different comp code than the one I was running payroll for so it took a long time to find the cause - I'll bet this is what's causing your error.

Database.LoadDataSet() method is throwing error during retriving data from empty table of IBM DB2 database. It is giving error code "SQL0100W".
“Error Message: 0NO_DATA [02000] [IBM] [DB2 / NT] SQL0100W FETCH, whether there is a line to be UPDATE or DELETE, or of the query result is an empty table .

When i try to open web application in sharepoint designer. I can't able to open it throw error like this

Error while manual testing the FM BBP_PD_SC_CREATE

Hi All,
Currently I am doing a project where I have to upload the shopping cart through Excel file. I am testing the FM BBP_PD_SC_CREATE by manually passing the values. I took help from the thread
/message/3081588#3081588 [original link is broken]
While doing the testing I ended up with couple of errors like
E BBP_PD               551 No organizational data exists on item level
I suspect that these have arrived due to wrong passing of values in different GUID fileds.
My question is how to pass important guids (Header GUID, ITEM Guid, Partner Guid etc) that required by this FM?
In the mentioned thread GUID has been taken as 0000000000000001, 0000000000000002 and allu2026 But my concern is how to pass correct guid as GUID is internal numbering provided by SAP. Is FM      GUID_CREATE has to be used if yes than how?
Also I like to mention, while debugging the BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI, I am getting Item GUID which is system generated and not that which I am passing 0000000000000002.
Please show the path so that I can correctly run the FM BBP_PD_SC_CREATE.

On further analysis I able to execute FM BBP_PD_SC_CREATE by passing GUID values which I got from FM GUID_CREATE. After execution I got header Guid and shopping cart number also but when I tried to look the Shopping cart through bbp_pd , its not showing the details, also i tried to check the status in Table CRMD_ORDERADM_H and table CRM_JEST, its returning no records.
Please guide me what could be the problem.

OPMN Agent throwing error while running ODIOSCOMMAND parameter in package

I have installed OPMN to run my standalone agent as windows service. I am able to run all objects except it fails to run ODIOSCOMMAND parameter in package at this step it is failing.
Now I stopped OPMN instance from services and started agent manually by running the batch file and ran same package that has ODIOSCOMMAND it ran successfully.
I tested my environmental_variables has oracle_home set in it.
Error message is error file:

Operator error:

Business Rules security from EAS throwing error while adding locations

Hi,
Currently we are trying to provide security to the BR's from EAS. As a part of which, we are trying to add location to the BR's. When we expand the Planning node on Locations, it throws the error, "Cannot connect to the Planning server <server name>". When we expand the Essbase server, we do see the application and database, but after a long time, around 10 mins.
After a call with Oracle, we have restarted the services RMI, EAS and planning in the sequence suggested. Also checked the RMI service, its running fine as well. Below is the error from hbrclient.log
"2011-08-06 20:41:58, 076 Warn AWT-Eventqueue -0 com.hyperion.hbr.core.metadatamanagerserviceremote - cannot retrieve connected rppt element for planning/a01gidssapp2a"
Hbrserver.log doesnt have any error. We also have performed reconfiguration of Planning services, but still no help.
Appreciate if someone can help us resolve the issue, since we have to release the servers for Planning by tomorrow. Thanks in advance.

I assume that you are using BR as calculation module.
1. Try creating a new test user say HBRADMIN,
2. Provide him the admin access to BR, Essbase and Planning App,
3. Log into Planning Application,
4. Check the HBR Plugin Data table in EAS schema/databse, see if there is any entries in that table,
5. Now, Log into EAS console,
6. Try creating a test BR,
7. Select outline,
8. Select Location,
9. Add access.
If there is no entry in the HBR Plugin table, try making a manual entry, below is an example:

ESS throwing error while calling transaction from R/3

I am trying to create SID manually, using ORADIM syntax, but, i am stuck at password file creation.

You need to run the command prompt as an administrator.
Click on start and type cmd in the search box and then ctrl-shift-enter.
Alternatively
Go to start, accessories command prompt and right click and choose run as administrator

SXI_CACHE throws error while activating; but error does not exist anymore
