Assign config setting to smartforms

Hi all,
I developing smartform for TRANSFER ORDER (it31).
It is printing fine using defau;t print settings.
But my requirement it needs to print based on configaration printer settings.
Is there any point to know solution

Cannot found any solution by using config. Decided to try changing the VBKD-AKKUR by using Include MV45AFZZ and FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE.

In about:config, the values I changed to for the preference name browser.gesture.swipe.left was Browser:PrevTab and for browser.gesture.swipe.right was Browser:NextTab.

What instance number and config set number am I supposed to use for ODISRV?

I'm trying to get one way sync working from ADS to OID using the OID that comes with Collaboration Suite 10.1.2 on Windows. The sync works fine if I run it manually (I forget the command I used for that). I can see user accounts show up in the DIT. The problem is that the sync never happens on a scheduled basis and it looks like it is due to ODISRV not running even after I did what the docs said and attempted to start it. It started with no errors but I guess the log file contained all the actual errors.
The docs say to specify an instance number > 0 and a config set. Well, it's clear as mud as to which number to actually use. I assmed the configset value happened to match the nubmer in the Directory Manager GUI under the Integration Server entry (which was configset1 for me). I've tried to specify 1 2 and 3 for the instance numbers and I don't know what I'm supposed to use (and some of them are already being used so the command fails). How many instances are there running by default for ODISRV and how many for OID itself? What number should I be using based on that?
Here are some entries in my logs:
oidldap01s1304.log- OpName=search, duplicate while inserting in Hash Table.
My comment on that snippet is a duplicate what? and what the hell hash table is it trying to use? The info isn't helpful at all.
odisrv02.log- port 389/profile grp 999: registration failure, config set 1 already being executed by instance 0
odisrv01.log- port 636/profile default: config set 0 already being executed by instance 2.
oidmon.log - retry counts exceeded are listed for both odisrv01 and 02
In all those logs the those errors keep repeating. I don't need OID on port 636 so is there a way I can stop/delete that while I'm fixing the sync issue? I saw nothing in the OEM website that allowed me to remove the SSL configuration.
If I try stopping either instance 0 or 1 and try to restart I can't because the instance number is already used. What the hell am I supposed to do then? That means I can stop everything and not be able to start anything back up, does it not?
any ideas how to make sense of this mess oracle developed?

There are two configsets by default. Configset 1 is
for synchronization and Configset 0 is used by
provisioning (again, these are default settings).
You cannot have two odisrv (Provisioning and Synch)
with the same instance #.
So, instance 1 could be Provisioning and instance 2
could be Synch.
Have you setup your synchronization mapping files?
I would suggest you use the DIPTester utility to
setup the synch. It might also be helpful to post the
commands and the odisrv* logs (not the full dump, but
the last snippet).Well I was trying to use ConfigSet 1 for synchronization but it either wouldn't let me because of how it is designed or I had screwed it up at that point since I didn't know what numbers to use for anything and it prevented me from using Set1 because of that. In the end I created a ConfigSet 2 and was able to get another instance of ODISRV running with that. That finally got the sync working on a scheduled basis. I'm now trying to get SSO working between OID and ADS and it seems that OID is too stupid to know that a user exists. I log onto the Windows PC into the domain and attempt to go to http://ssoServer.com:7778/pls/portal and login and I get an authorization denied message.
I have debugging turned on as much as I can and the defaultIsland log file (forget the full filename but its an OC4J file in $ORACLE_HOME\opmn\logs directory). It says that I was denied access because the user could not be found and yet I see the user in the directory tree and it comes back in a search as well. The krbprinicipalname, uid, and orclcommonprinicipalname (I think that's what it's called) are all the same ([email protected]) and the orclusersearchbase is set to dc=mycompany,dc=com so I don't know why the account can't be found.
ANy ideas on that issue?

How to assign Tab Set manually

I created form on table with report. My report page does not show tab set , Can someone advice how to assign Tab Set manually to a page .
I tried editing report page and adding tabs from shared component section but looks likes that is not the right place because it allows to add item to tab set and not tab set to page .

Hi Aalishan,
On your page, click on the "Edit Page Attributes" icon in the top-right of the Page section. On there, check what the setting for "Standard Tab Set" is - it should be pointing to the tab set you want to use.
You can also check, through Shared Components, Tabs, that the tab itself shows the page number for your report page in the "Tab page" setting

Can I share bookmarks between profiles e.g. config setting?

I would like to have a dynamic set of bookmarks that is common between two (or more) profiles. That is, the bookmark files are shared between the profiles. Is there a "config" setting that will point the profile to bookmarks?

You would have to use sync to share bookmarks between profiles.

UCS B420 M3 config set issue / question

right now i had 2 issues that requires my consultation with the community:
I'm trying to get configured on the CCW the sku for de UCS B420 M3 but the only part that shows is UCS-B230M2-VCDL1, and don't show any other sku for UCS-B series servers, where we cant config set to get a quote??
In the tec specs says that the UCS B420 M3 can had 4 CPUs, each CPU with 8 cores. in that order you had 32 cores total in the blade??

The SKU is UCSB-B420-M3-U and for the complete solution you can also use n20-z0001.
Yes B420 M3 has 4 processors with 8 core per processor so you can have 32 cores in B420 M3

i have set in PO output type with program SAPFM06P and smartform Z12TEST_FORM, how come system takes MEDRUCK form as the output ?
i want to use smartform to display PO printout, did i miss any setting

These forms are to be attached to the message type ...and then the same message type has to be taken into consideration for your message schema as well....
Check you settings for assignment once again....
Check from the message output, go to determination analysis and check what all parameters system is taking into consideration while output....
Check schema form there itself and then check the message type for this schema....

i examined RSTXPDFT4 program but the FM that CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF has no parameter to assign a password to pdf.
is there another program or FM to set a password to pdf files?

FA Insurance config set up(FA replacement cost)

I am in process up setting up the config for insurance or FA repalcement cost in ECC 6.0 version. We are basing our calculation on APC value.
1. Define Insurance Type. e.g fire or casulty insurance type and assign to a depreciation area for insurance.
2. Define index series (OAV5)
3.Modify asset class which allow to default insurance type and insurance type (Ao41)
4.Before year end close load the index figures for prior years(S_ALR_87009182)
5. In asset master in insurance asset tab populate insurance type, index series, Base value(which will be prior year replacement cost) before we run AAVN, Man. insur.val which will be original APC.
6. Finially after the year end close run AAVN for prior year which will calculate the correct base value.
7. Run report S_ALR_8701203 which will show the replacement cost for prior year.
Please suggest if i have missed any major step in the process. You help will be really helpful.

The inputs on the back of the Edirol unit are LINE LEVEL inputs, meaning they are require a high level of voltage to give a level. A microphone plugged directly into this input will not give you the required voltage, if you were to plug either the outputs of a mixing desk or something like a CD player into it you would get a level.
First of all you must use a microphone preamplifier, like the ones on the front panel. There are thousands of companies producing these and it shouldn't be hard to find them. You could also use any mixing desk which has multiple outputs, so as to split the channels out to the relevant channels in logic.

I have function in package on database which is param is String and return value is also String(VARCHAR2).
That function calculate some field on db and return a result.That is OK
I made VO in my AM.
"SELECT package_name.func_name("string") from dual" and that is OK also.
When I start that module I recive valid result from database based on string which I passed to function.
And that works fine.
Question :
How can I change value or how can I set new value for the package_name.func_name(variable) in VO
during runtime in my application ? ^^^^^^^^

In a Real time project what would be the agent assignment attribute setting

Dear Experts,
I have never worked on a workflow project. I have been only practising workflow on a IDES system. I would like to know in a real live production system what settings do we use when we define the agent assignment at the task level? Do we set the attribute as GENERAL TASK always?
To be more specific as in the task attributes we have many options like
GENERAL TASK
GENERAL FORWARDING ALLOWED,
GENERAL FORWARDING NOT ALLOWED AND
FORWARDING NOT ALLOWED.
From the first three options which is most generally used in a real time projects?
AND
is it necessary to always set the attribute as GENERAL TASK before transporting the workflow definition to other systems from the development system?

It depends on the requirement, but in most of the cases we assign the task as general task.
To have some more information on the various attributes,
·        General task
If you define a task as a general task, all users can execute the task. This is useful if the task is used in a workflow and you only want to define the recipients in the step definition. A recipient can forward associated work items to all users.
Work items whose tasks are defined as general tasks and for which no responsible agents or default rules are defined are offered to all users of the SAP System for execution in their Business Workplaces.
·        General forwarding allowed
A work item that represents a task with this property can be forwarded by one of its recipients to all users, even if they are not possible agents of the task.
·        General forwarding not allowed
A work item that represents a task with this property can be forwarded by one of its recipients only to the possible agents of the task.
·        Forwarding not allowed
A work item that represents a task with this property cannot be forwarded by one of its recipients.

PDF Properties: How to Set Using Smartforms

Is it possible to Set the properties of PDF forms from SMARTFORMS? When you open PDF, File --> Properties --> Security --> Filling of Fields: Not Allowed. How do i set it to Not Allowed? Is this something that can be handled by SMARTFORMS? We are using CL_DOCUMENT_BCS to send the pdf as attachment.

use CONVERT_OTF_2_PDF function module for converting otf to pdf
use SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 function module for sending pdf as attachment
you will get required output.
