Assigning a blank xml file to a region.......

I want to assign a blank xml file to a region in sitestudio.......I am using SS_SWITCH_REGION_ASSOCIATION service for that....but to no avail....Is there any other way out??
Anybody can help me out on this..........

There is a setting for this usually like "allow switch region content" if you are calling the service and the region definition does not have this enabled it will not work.

Hi Y'all,
I'd like the XML file name being submitted with "Submit via Email" button be value entered in one of the required text fields.
In current case name of the field is ClubNumber. For xample if user entered 22155 in the field, the XML file would be named 22155.xml.

You can set the subject line using the ?subject= parameter in the mailto target. For example:

Unable to export Primavera P6 xml files

Hi there,
Good day. I have some issues during the import/export process. For some unknown reason, Primavera generates blank xml files during the export process. I chose Primavera P6 - (XML) as export file format. Here are the steps that I have followed
-- Open a project
-- Click on file and then on Export at the main menu
-- Choose XML as export format and specify the file name path
-- Click Finish
-- Primavera generates a blank xml file instead of a zip file which primavera would normally do.
Has anyone of you run into this kind of problem?

I mention you're using the p6 professional / P6 Client. Which version/Release (P6v7.0, R8.0, R8.1, R8.2 or R8.3) with which Service Pack do you use?
Can you first check if the Claim Digger/Schedule Comparison is working? If not can you please check which JRE you have installed and if you have a environment variable JAVA_HOME set to your JRE-path.

Pooling data from an XML file to another XML file using File Adapter

I am trying to Pool data from an XML file to another XML file using File Adapter. I have added "Target Namespace" in both the XML and XSD.The problem is "At the destination given in the FileAdapter" only a blank XML file is created and it doesnot have any data.

Numbers 09 not working - I can open the program but only a few files are available, missing blank, checklist and many others. e.g when I click on a file I get this error: The document "nmbtemplate is invalid. The index.xml file is missing. help.

Please let me know what I can do to get my Numbers (iWork 09) working properly again.
Here is what is going on:
Numbers in iWork 09 not working can't access Blank, Checklist and many other files within Numbers. I can open the program but only a few files are available. When I click on the file (which also has no icon just the name of the file) this warning appears:
The document "Blank.nmbtemplate" is invalid. The index.xml file is missing.
I recently had to get a new hard drive installed and had the system upgraded and more memory put in by a Mac certified specialist recommended to me from the Apple store in Northbrook because this was the 3rd time my drive went bad but this time it was to old (I got the IMAC- in 2007) and the Apple store could no longer work on it this time so they recommended a few places that had certified Mac specialists. Since then Numbers is not working right.
I'm sure it's something simple to fix, but I've tried re installing it and that didn't work. Appreciate any help.

There is one way its getting fixed. Once I update my Adobe Illustrator CC to Adobe Illustrator CC 2014 it is further allowing me to go into the system folder and allocate the font to the file so that it can replace it. My only concern now is that our MAC partners who will receive these files back from us have Adobe CS6. We will down save it to CS6 but I hope they won't experience any font issues because of us using CC 2014? Any light you can shed on this?

XML Fetch Error. The XML file assigned in the configuration.xml is either wrong or corrupted.

1.Some web pages give "XML Fetch Error. The XML file assigned in the configuration.xml is either wrong or corrupted".
2.Youtube gives, after pressing start button, message"An error occurred. Please try again later.
Opening same youtube page with IE, there is no problems.
3.Scrolling on Mozilla firefox pages works only with sidebar not with mouse wheel.
Other user accounts on this computer doesn't have these problems.

I have a B2B adapter - mediator - bpel process. In the bpel process I am assigning the inputVariable to a userdefinedvarible.

and only class files were being stored in the $JAVA_TOP/....
So there is no concept of storing page and region files under $JAVA_TOP/... is it correct ?

Firefox 4.0 doesn't print XML files. Page print preview is blank!!!

When I open XML file and try to print it File -> Print I get only blank page. Firefox 3.6.15 prints XML files excellent.

Blank field in XML file

Hi Friends,
I have a requirement where in I have to create an XML file using deep structure. Now some fields of the structure may have data and some fields may not. But the XML file generated should contain both blank fields as well as fields with data.
To create it, I am using:
g_ixml = cl_ixml=>create ( ).
m_document = g_ixml->create_document( ).
Then with the function modules, the XML file gets created.

SDIXML_DOM_TO_XML
But the fields without values are not added in the XML file.
Please help .. It is very urgent ..

takes care of empty tags. i.e. leaving out the tag would be the
same as having an empty <name></name> field for scalars.

Create XML file with worksheet's dynamically assigned through XSLT

I have a requirement to create a xml file with worksheets dynamically created based on a field value in the internal table .
I have all my values in internal table, and am calling the transformation from bsp application.
Say the internal table has field dataxyz, for every change in value in this field dataxyz i need to create separate worksheet and populate that sheet with some corresponding values .
please guide me how to create worksheet dynamically.

after I registed a xml schema in oracle xml db, oracle create several tables depending on the schema, then I want to insert a xml file that is valided with the register schema and this xml file point to the "schemaurl" .
If its possible to insert this xml file to oracle xmldb without point out the exact table name in the java program ( in oci driver or thin driver ).
BTW, I can copy this xml file to oracle xml db repository, oracle insert it to xml table automatically.

First, I have only heard/read good things about the book Steve recommends. It is on my to buy list one day. Been awaiting a long deserved vaction to pick it up to read.
I approach XML files pretty much like I do any text file I am sent in that I will import or copy/paste a text file into a frame in ID and begin setting my styles. With XML, though, I first clean it up, move closing tags up to their logical close lines, remove spurious codes that mean something in HTML but don't necessarily belong in the XML file (like &#x2019 which is an apostrophe so I do a search and replace. But for   which is a non-breaking space I simply search and replace with a regular space in general), and make sure the XML validates.
Validation is much like making sure an HTML page is formed properly. I use an XML editor (XML BluePrint) and a text editor (UltraEdit) for these tasks. If I had to only have one or the other, I suppose the XML editor is what I would use.
I always show the import options when I import the XML and make sure that I link to the file.
So once a sample of the XML is on a page in ID (via File | Import XML), I highlight text within a tag, say like in your example above, the Providor name, and make it like I want and then create a new style. I generally name the styles as per the XML tag. Later on, that makes mapping tags to styles a little easier.
Once I set up all the styles preliminarily, I map the tags to styles. You can do that either via the Tags palette or via the Structure Pane that will appear once the XML is imported. In both cases, it is found via the flyout menu at the top right of their respective windows.
After mapping my styles to the tags, I select the root element in the Structure Pane (the topmost element. In your sample above it is "providors" and delete it. This removes the XML in your ID file. But the styles and tags are still present.
Then I import the XML again and look to makes sure all the tags/elements are styled as intended. I then correct any errors/ommissions. Then...I'll delete the XML again and import the full XML file.
I can upload what I did with your XML sample above so you can compare it to your source file if you would like. You would then see how/where I moved tags. Now, moving the tags is only "necessary" to avoid all the extra blank paragraphs. That can be accomplished by ID's search/replace, too. But I like to start out with the XML cleaned up, so I take the few minutes to do it.

Creating a PL/SQL table based on XML file.

I have created two procedures to try and achieve the problem at hand.
It retrieves and displays the record from a DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE prospective as indicated in (1&2), but I am having difficulty loading these values into a PL/SQL table from the package labeled as (3).

I have created a PLSQL package based Oracle Portal
form. This is created a s a databse provider. I have
