Assigning a value to a class member

Question

I need to use reflection, and I cant set the value of an attribute of the class of type string;
Class Song{
string Author;
Class Test{
Song song = new Song();
String myAuthor= "Kim"
song.getClass().getDeclaredField().getName("Author").set?????(song, myAuthor);

I should create getters/setters in the Song class. Example:
public class Song {
    String Author;
    public String getAuthor() {
        return Author;
    public void setAuthor(final String author) {
        Author = author;
    public static void main(final String[] args) {
        final Object o = new Song();
        final String author = "Kim";
        try {
            o.getClass().getMethod("setAuthor", String.class).invoke(o, author);
        } catch (final Exception e) {
            e.printStackTrace();
        // try if it succeed
        System.out.println("Author: " + ((Song) o).getAuthor());
}Output:
Author: Kim
