Assortment list: Missing data values & structure modification

Hello all,
I have the following problem:
1. I'm using the assortment list (not HPR version) with the structure WBBP_MAX to download data to the local system that is connected to a POS system. I know that this structure is a really massive one, but I'm planning to reduce it (see my number 2 question). The TC I'm using is WDBI\WDBM. Release version ECC6.
When I'm executing the assortment list initialization\manual I have a missing values problem when displaying the AL for example: the purchasing prices (E1WBB08 - KWERT) appears in the generated Idoc (basic type WBBDLD04) but when I'm displaying the created assortment list, the values for the sales price do not appear . In additional, in the SAP Retail store, the sales price appear for the article overview option but in the store order\assortment list option the price do no appear.
2. I want to create my own structure as a copy of structure WBBP_MAX. I've copied the structure and started mapping the fields I needed. My question is - is it enough to change the structure and assign the new structure to my AL profile or do I have to modify the RWDBBI_ALV program?
Regards,
Mikio

  • Missing Data Value on Export

    I am using FDM v11.1.2.2, and I am receiving an error during the export step. The export message shows that there is no Value for the record. I have set the Data Value for the location as <Entity Currency>, and I am not sure why the Value dimension is missing from dat file that is produced. The adapter is FM11X-G6-A. I have no scripts in the application.

    That did it, thank you. Should be my last question... if I have 50 locations, would I have to go in and edit each one manually? I tried changing just the parent location, but that didn't work.
    Also, I found this in the latest 11.1.2.2 FDM guide:
    Data Value—An extra dimension that is used only for integration with multi-dimension
    target systems. This dimension is associated with a data load location. When FDM creates
    the load file, the dimension value is entered for every data line that is loaded by the location.
    For example, the Data Value dimension is associated with the Value dimension in Financial
    Management. By default, if no value is entered in this field, for integration with Financial
    Management, the Data Value <Entity Currency> is the default value.

  • Missing Parameter Values - C# - Pushing Datatables to feed data to Report

    Hello,
    I am working on a .NET project to process close to 650 "existing" reports developed in Crystal Reports 8.5. Rendering reports without subreports is working just fine. However I am getting the following error everytime I try to render a report that has multiple subreports
    Missing parameter values. at CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ConvertDotNetToErom.ThrowDotNetException(Exception e)
    Following is how the reports are built.
    Main Report - Fed with a Datatable whose name corresponds to the name of the SQL Query configured in Crystal UI
        SubReport1 - Fed with a Datatable whose name corresponds to the name of the SQL Query configured in Crystal UI. The                           subreport is linked to the parent report using one of the fields in the Datatable that is passed to the main report.
    Example: the main report receives a datatable with the following fields
    EmployeeId (integer), EmployeeName (string)
    The subreport receives a datatable with the following fields : EmployeeId (Integer), EmployeeHobbies (string)
    The link is established as follows:
    SubReportQueryName.EmployeeId link to MainReportQueryName.EmployeeId
    _I have checked the data, its correct in terms of the fields required to render the report. The report parameters are being set from the code and ApplyCurrentValues is being called to ensure that the set values are used when rendering the report.
    Please note that I am not using live connections to the database
    I tried saving a copy of the above mentioned report and removing the subreport and then rendering the report, all works fine. However the moment i introduce the subreport, per the above mentioned report design/architecture all hell breaks loose and i cannot render the report.
    The environment is Windows Vista and I am running VS 2008.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks

    The issue has been dealt with.
    The solution is to set the datasource with a dataset even if the report or subreport expects or is configured to work with a single table.

  • Grouping to display null values for all the missing dates

    Hi SAP,
    I am trying to display '0.00' value for all the missing dates in my crystal reports as follows:
    17-Jan-14     40.00
    18-Jan-14       0.00
    19-Jan-14       0.00
    20-Jan-14     80.00
    However, my crystal report is showing as follows:
    17-Jan-14     40.00
    18-Jan-14       0.00
    19-Jan-14
    20-Jan-14     80.00
    The missing dates with no data are group together and my '0.00' value is not. Kindly advise me the solution. The formula is shown as per attached.
    Thank you.
    Regards.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply.
    Fyi, I am using a formula field in crystal report to display "0.00" for days in between as follows:
    whileprintingrecords;
    if Days_Between({Command.DocDate},next({Command.DocDate}),'dd-MMM-yy') = "" then "" else "0.00"
    There is another formula field in crystal report to display the missing dates in between as follows:
    whileprintingrecords;
    Days_Between({Command.DocDate},next({Command.DocDate}),'dd-MMM-yy')
    Below is my report custom functions:
    Function Days_Between (datefield as datetime, nextdatefield as datetime, format as string)
    ' This function is only used to display what data is missing within a specified date range...output type is text
    dim thisdate as date
    dim nextdate as date
    dim output as string 'output is the text display
    dim daysbetween as number
    dim looptimes as number
    looptimes = 0
    daysbetween = 0
    output = ""
    thisdate = datevalue(datefield) + 1
    nextdate = datevalue(nextdatefield)
    if nextdate - thisdate > 1 then daysbetween = nextdate - thisdate else daysbetween = 1
    do
    if nextdate - thisdate > 1 _
    then output = output + totext(thisdate, format) + chr(10) _
    else _
    if nextdate - thisdate > 0 _
    then output = output + totext(thisdate, format)
    looptimes = looptimes + 1
    thisdate = thisdate + 1
    loop until looptimes = daysbetween
        Days_Between = output
    End Function
    The issue arise when when there is more than one missing dates in between but the null values ("0.00") displayed is only for the first missing dates and not for all the missing dates.

  • Report data ( value ... tag) missing in the Webi report retrieved through RestFul Webservice

    I am trying the below URL to get the WEBi report from SAP BO using the Rest Webservice support that is now available.
    http://{serverIP:serverPort}/biprws/raylight/v1/documents/{documentId}
    I am able to get the report but as I compare the same report response when using SAOP Webservice, there seems to be a mismatch in the response. Here is what I see in the SOAP response:
    </td><td c="1" ><cell  ref="1.E.4t" bid="14" h="26" w="231" pad="6,7" sid="-10"><ct >Some arbitrary value</ct><value type="xs:string">Some arbitrary value</value></cell>
    But when I run it through REST, I am missing the <value ..> tag:
    </td><td c="1" ><cell  ref="1.E.4t" bid="14" h="26" w="231" pad="6,7" bt="1" sid="-10"><ct >Some arbitrary value</ct></cell>
    Apart from this right at the start of the xml response, I see some property mismatch as well.
    SOAP has this property extra:
    <property name="output.format.xml.valuemode">yes</property>
    While REST has these property extra:
    <property name="output.format.xml.option.style">1</property>
    <property name="output.format.xml.styledict.fontplatform">html</property>
    <property name="output.format.xml.td.bandinfo">yes</property>
    <property name="source.selected">data</property>
    <property name="xelement.xml.object">yes</property>
    <property name="xelement.xml.object.usemap">yes</property>
    <property name="xelement.xml.object.usersupportedformat">image/png</property>
    I am not sure if:
    the <value ...> tag miss is because of these missing/extra properties or
    current REST support has some issues
    For my application the value tag is a must and I can't do without this, but with REST it seems no way to obtain that.
    Any help or pointer(s) in this regard is appreciated!

    Hello Milind,
    According to our Product Owner Sam Polichouk, the solution should be available for you in 4.1 SP3, which is currently scheduled for release by the end of March 2014 (subject to change).  The product team recommends that you get the raw, unformatted data values from within the Dataset specific call.  This data contains a type to tell the end user what kind of data it is, so you can format it or use it properly.
    The updated documentation for the SDK will be available at SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.1 – SAP Help Portal Page once the Support Pack is publicly released.

  • List of transactions and there modification date

    Hi everyone,
    I wish to get a list of all the transactions that exist in a specific environment along with the date that the transaction was modified or edited (I'm referring to the source code of the transaction)
    Is there a table that holds that data?
    Thanks,
    Roy

    Hi Roy,
    a transaction does not have source code. See F1 on differenmt types of transactions.
    Probably you mean transactions staring a report and/or calling a screen of a module pool/function group.
    You can see the relation in table TSTC. No time stamp her - you can only check it from transports.
    The programs in column PGMNA must be checked with all their screens, includes, GIU status and what else you see in SE80.
    You must find out the load generation time because a change in included data dictionary structures may change many things.
    And if any customizing involved has changed, then...
    I don't know what kind of surveillance you have in mind. Better have more control on transports and never allow anything done in productive system without transport.
    Regards,
    Clemens

  • Assortment List IDoc : % Discount Promotion Condition Missing

    Dear All,
    We are working with in IS-Retail Assortment List IDoc for transferring article data to stores (SAP Triversity system). We are facing one problem while transferring the promotional discounts to the POS. We are able to transfer merchandise category level discounts using IDoc WPDREB, but when we go for transferring %discounts (Condition Type KA02) via Assortmnet List (WBBDLD.WBBDLD03) IDoc, it fails to generate the pricing condition (E1WBB07 and E1WBB08). However, we are able to populate the above mentioned segments while working with the condition types VKA0 (Special Price) and KA04 (Absolute Discount). Has anyone faced a problem like this before? Do we need to do any specific setting for %discount condition types?
    Thanks in Anticipation,

    Hi  Somnath
    sorry for the delay. As it looks like a detailed analyse is necessary.
    Please open an customer message with your question on the IS-R-BD-RPC  component.
    Some one from SAP will take care about the issue. Ensure you have an open system and access data and an example.
    I recommend to post the solution in forum after that.
    regards

    Does the date appear when accessing the web interface for that calendar?
    What if any errors are occurring?

  • How can I connect dots across missing data points in a line chart?

    Hi all!
    I have a table in Numbers that I update every few days with a new value for the current date (in this case body metrics like weight, etc.), which looks something like this:
    Column 1              Column 2      Column 3
    Aug 16, 2011         87.1             15.4
    Aug 17, 2011         86.6
    Aug 18, 2011         86.1
    Aug 19, 2011
    Aug 20, 2011         85.7             14.6
    Aug 21, 2011         85.3
    Every once in a while there will be a missing value for a given date (because I didn't take a reading on that day). When I plot each column against the date on a line chart, there is a gap where there are missing data points. The line does not connect "across" missing data points. Is there a way to make the line connect across missing data points?
    Thanks for any help. This thing has been driving me nuts!

    Leave your nuts in peace.
    Don't use line charts but scatter charts.
    These ones are able to do the trick.
    Of course to do that you must study a bit of Numbers User Guide.
    In column D of the Main table, the formula is :
    =IF(ISBLANK($B),99999,ROW())
    In column E of the Main table, the formula is :
    =IF(ISBLANK($C),99999,ROW())
    Now I describe the table charter.
    In column A, the formula is :
    =IFERROR(DAY(OFFSET(Main :: $A$1,SMALL(Main :: $D,ROW())-1,0)),"")
    In column B,the formula is :
    =IFERROR(OFFSET(Main :: $A$1,SMALL(Main :: $D,ROW())-1,1),"")
    In column C, the formula is :
    =IFERROR(DAY(OFFSET(Main :: $A$1,SMALL(Main :: $E,ROW())-1,0)),"")
    In column D, the formula is :
    =IFERROR(OFFSET(Main :: $A$1,SMALL(Main :: $E,ROW())-1,2),"")
    In this table, select the range A1 … D5
    and ask for a Scatter chart.
    You will get what you need.
    I asked that points are joined by curves
    I just edited the parameters of Xaxis and Yaxis to get a cleaner look.
    I repeat one more time that knowing what is written in the User Guides is useful to be able to solve problems with no obvious answer.

  • How to Get Missing Dates for Each Support Ticket In My Query?

    Hello -
    I'm really baffled as to how to get missing dates for each support ticket in my query.  I did a search for this and found several CTE's however they only provide ways to find missing dates in a date table rather than missing dates for another column
    in a table.  Let me explain a bit further here -
    I have a query which has a list of support tickets for the month of January.  Each support ticket is supposed to be updated daily by a support rep, however that isn't happening so the business wants to know for each ticket which dates have NOT been
    updated.  So, for example, I might have support ticket 44BS which was updated on 2014-01-01, 2014-01-05, 2014-01-07.  Each time the ticket is updated a new row is inserted into the table.  I need a query which will return the missing dates per
    each support ticket.
    I should also add that I DO NOT have any sort of admin nor write permissions to the database...none at all.  My team has tried and they won't give 'em.   So proposing a function or storable solution will not work.  I'm stuck with doing everything
    in a query.
    I'll try and provide some sample data as an example -
    CREATE TABLE #Tickets
    TicketNo VARCHAR(4)
    ,DateUpdated DATE
    INSERT INTO #Tickets VALUES ('44BS', '2014-01-01')
    INSERT INTO #Tickets VALUES ('44BS', '2014-01-05')
    INSERT INTO #Tickets VALUES ('44BS', '2014-01-07')
    INSERT INTO #Tickets VALUES ('32VT', '2014-01-03')
    INSERT INTO #Tickets VALUES ('32VT', '2014-01-09')
    INSERT INTO #Tickets VALUES ('32VT', '2014-01-11')
    So for ticket 44BS, I need to return the missing dates between January 1st and January 5th, again between January 5th and January 7th.  A set-based solution would be best.
    I'm sure this is easier than i'm making it.  However, after playing around for a couple of hours my head hurts and I need sleep.  If anyone can help, you'd be a job-saver :)
    Thanks!!

    CREATE TABLE #Tickets (
    TicketNo VARCHAR(4)
    ,DateUpdated DATETIME
    GO
    INSERT INTO #Tickets
    VALUES (
    '44BS'
    ,'2014-01-01'

  • Error: Missing Parameter Values on

    I've started experiencing the "Missing Parameter Values" error on a report containing a subreport. All of my other reports can export just fine, but just not the one with the subreport. The report (and the subreport) both use a stored procedure to retrieve their data, with 4 parameters. The first three parameters are linked directly from the report to the subreport. The 4th parameter is optional, and is linked to the subreport with a Formula Field.
    When I delete the subreport, the report exports just fine, so the issue is definitely with the subreport ?configuration?
    I'm using Visual Studio 2005, with Crystal Reports for VS 2005. I've been searching the forums, and I downloaded and installed a package: crnet20win32x86_en_chf.zip, but it didn't solve my problem. Just to be sure, I restarted and installed it with nothing running, in case that could be a factor.
    Is there anything I can do to work through this? Any other fix I'm missing?
    Thanks
    Alex

    Thanks for the tip. I did that just now, and I found the [Hot Fix|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/oss_notes_boj/sdn_oss_boj_bi/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/scn_bosap/notes%7B6163636573733d36393736354636443646363436353344333933393338323636393736354637333631373036453646373436353733354636453735364436323635373233443330333033303331333233313339333533393334%7D.do]
    That particular Hot Fix describes my situation exactly, in that a report Stored Procedure parameter is "supposed" to be passed on to the Subreport. However, the Hot Fix describes prompting, which isn't occurring in my case, since I'm exporting the report entirely in code. My situation is just the error, Missing Parameter Values.
    In any case, I've already run that entire Hot Fix package (twice), and I've found that I have 2 of the crpe32.dlls. Neither one is the version specified in the Hot Fix, (Version 10.2.0.1256). The second dll listed below seems to be of a version prior to the Hot Fix, I don't know if it could be the reason why it still doesn't work after applying the Hot Fix.
    C:Program FilesCommon FilesBusiness Objects2.7Bin (Date 1/11/2007, version: 10.2.0.1624) and
    C:Program FilesCommon FilesCrystal Decisions2.5Bin (Date 10/5/2005, version: 10.0.5.1177).
    I've checked all the versions of references in my projects, and they all reference the 2.7 dlls, but I'd like to know if there is a way to replace the 2.5 version, just in case.
    As far as the other search results, they hinted at things I've already tried. What else can I try?
    Thanks,
    Alex

  • How to apply business rules with out breaking to patch missing data

    Hello Experts,
    I am very new to SQL And i have no idea how to apply below  rules
    Data is polling for every 5 minutes so 12 time intervals per hour 6:00  -->1
    6:05---->2
    6:50---->11
    6:55---->12
                      6:50---->11
    Missing value
    Patching
    Rule
    No values missing
    No patching
    0
    Time interval 1 is null
    Time interval 1 is patched with the value from time interval number 2 subject to this not being null.
    1.1
    Time interval 12 is null
    Time interval 12 is patched as the value of time interval 11 subject to this not being null.
    1.2
    Time intervals 1 and 2 are null
    Time interval 1 and 2 are both patched with the value of time interval 3 subject to this not being null
    1.3
    Two consecutive time intervals (excluding both 1 & 2 or both 11&12) are null e.g. time interval 3 and 4 are null
    Average the preceding and succeeding time intervals of the missing 2 values. If time intervals 3 and 4 are null then these become the average of time intervals 2 and 5.
    1.4
    Time intervals 11 and 12 are missing
    Time interval 11 and 12 are both patched with the value of time interval 10 subject to this not being null
    1.5
    Some time intervals between 2 and 11 are null with 6 or more non null time intervals
    Time interval is patched with the average of interval – 1 and interval + 1 subject to these not being null.
    For example if time interval 5 was null this would be patched with an average of time interval 4 and time interval 6
    n.b this rule can happen up to a maximum of 5 times.
    1.6
    Three consecutive time intervals are missing
    Set all time intervals for the period as null
    2.1
    More than 6 time intervals are null
    Set all time intervals for the period as null
    2.2
