Attach Terms and Condition in PDF to Script
Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to include the Terms and conditons ( 4 pages - 2 columnwise ) in PDF document. Now they want to include it to already existing script.
I just first thought of inlcuding the Terms and conditions using Include Text. But later my Functional asked me a possiblilty of attaching the whole document to the already existing script itself. But i am not sure how to proceed with that.
Can you guys guide me, which one is good,
1. Including in Include text (so10) or
2. attaching as PDF itself.
Also let me know how to proceed with that.
Regards,
Sakthi.
Hi,
Better to creat the Standard Text(So10) and assign the same into form using include text.
This is the better way.

Terms and Conditions in pdf output but not printing
Hello all,
I had this similar issue with my cover letter, but I could move the call to xml control file and that resolved the issue. But with T&C, I need to print them on back of every page and I've used the logic from Tim's blog (http://blogs.oracle.com/xmlpublisher/2007/10/here_are_my_terms_conditions.html, thanks Tim!). It works great if I have a simple call to the T&C subtemplate. I have to check for the conditions though, and that's when my printed/emailed output contains blank for T&C. Output of the report has alternate pages of T&C. Here's my call to the subtemplate:
<?if:(//DCRD_OKSQUOTE_GROUPED/CS_PRINT_ARTICLES=’Y’) and (//DCRD_OKSQUOTE_GROUPED/LIST_G_CONTRACT/G_CONTRACT/CF_ARTICLE_TYPE=’ONCALL’)?><?call:OnCallArticle?><?end if?><?section:force-page-count;'end-on-even-layout'?><?section:xdofo:blank-on;'even-skip-page-count'?>
The version that works is:
<?call:OnCallArticle?><?section:force-page-count;'end-on-even-layout'?><?section:xdofo:blank-on;'even-skip-page-count'?>
Appreciate all the help.
TIA,

How to print the Terms and Condition page ine the sap-script
Hi experts,
i got the requirement that how to print the Terms and condition page in the script,i have the three pages, having the same main window, in the last of the main window(all three pages) i have called the hard coded text(i.e so10 text), but when i am displaying the output data get printed in the first page but i am getting the second page heading on the top of the terms and condiions page. In all the three pages i have the same main window, if i make change in any window i will affect all the other main windows. so please suggest me how i need to go.HOW TO GET GRID OF THE TEXT ON THE TOP OF THE SECOND PAGE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITONS.
like this i have called in the MAIN WINDOW
/E : LAST ( IN ALL THREE PAGES)
INCLUDE ZSD_INVOICE_TERMS TEXT OBJECT TEXT LANGUAGE EN.
IN THE TCODE SO10
NEW PAGE TERMS.
1) TERM MS AND CONDITONS TEXT.................................................
FIRST->NEXT, NEXT->NEXT,, TERMS--->TERMS.Hi,
1. Create a new page by Name : LAST
2. Identify the text element which will be the last element in the form in the debug mode.
Mostly Ex: SUM, TOTAL, LAST etc.,
3. the page linking should be
First --> Next
Next --> Next
4. In the Text element identified in the step 3.
Write the following code
/: NEW PAGE LAST
/: INCLUDE the standard text created for the terms and conditions in SO10
Check the syntax for the command but the logic will be the same.
It should resolve your problem. -
Separate PO terms and conditions in different scenarios
Hello,
We're on 12.1.3 and currently do not attach terms and conditions to our purchase orders when they are emailed to suppliers.
However our circumstances are changing and our new management would like to be able to attach DIFFERENT terms and conditions to emailed purchase orders depending on whether they are for goods or services.
I have found out how to set up the terms and conditions here: How To Create and Use Terms and Conditions For E-mailed Purchase Orders [ID 179932.1]
However is there any way you can think of where I could attach different files depending on the procurement category (or any other scenario)?
Many thanks,
HazelHi Hazel,
In this case you can define 2 "To Supplier" type attachments mentioning the terms and conditions for Good and Services and attach them to the PO header accordingly.
The details of the attachment will be printed on the PO.
Thanks,

How do I "Launch" Adobe Reader in order to accept the Terms and Conditions in order to view PDF documents? ....Somers I'm using a MAC with up to date software.
Launching is just the normal word in Apple's word for "run an app". You can launch an app from the Applications folder, or in recent versions of Mac OS using the LaunchPad (rocket icon). You can't assume all your apps appear on the dock (bottom strip), it's only the ones Apple put there or you added.

Terms and Conditions to display in the last page of Script
Hi Experts,
My requirement is to print the Terms and Conditions in the Last Page of a PO. so for that, I have created one LAST page. Previously i have FIRST Page and Next Page in the Script. In the LAST Page it has to windows. One is for Logo and another one is for Terms and Conditions. I am trying to print to Terms and Conditions through a Standard Text ( Created in SO10) in the Terms and Conditions window.
The page flow are like FIRST-->NEXT, NEXT>LAST, LAST---->LAST
Please guide me how shall i proceed to get the output. It would be better if we get the output with out doing any change to the driver program.
Thanks,
PriyabrataDear Priyabrata
The page flow should like FIRST-->NEXT, NEXT>NEXT, LAST---->
And call your page in main window at last element.
This will surely solve your problem.

Terms and conditions in a new page in PO pdf
Hi,
I have set the profile values for PO:Terms and conditions and PO:In file path to my text file. I was expecting the terms in a new page but it was showing it after the Line information in the last page instead of starting a new page. Any idea on how to insert a page break in XSL-FO style sheet? the comment says the text file is displayed in new page,,,
<!-- Display text file data in new page -->
<xsl:if test="TEXT_FILE !='' ">
<fo:block xsl:use-attribute-sets="form_data">
<xsl:value-of select="TEXT_FILE"/>
</fo:block>
</xsl:if>
<fo:block id="last-page" >
</fo:block>
</xsl:template>
but it is continuing in the same page instead starting new page. Any suggestions on how to make the text file display in new page? I would appreciate any help.
Thanks,
SharmilaYes, I did. I had to insert a page break for this. Here is how I have done this
<fo:block break-before="page" >
</fo:block>
Thanks,

Add terms and conditions on last page of PO using XSL-FO stylesheet
Hi
I need to add terms and conditions on last page of PO pdf. I have changed the values for profile options PO;Terms and Conditions Filename and PO: In file path to the file name and filepath of my terms and conditions txt file. Do I have to make any changes to the stylesheet for it to be printed on the last page? if so, what are the changes to be made?
This is really urgent and I would appreciate any help.
Thanks,
SharmilaHi,
In main window &next-page& eq 0. condition does not work .
even &page& eq &formpages& may not work out not sure.So what you need to do is.
In the print program
just describe your internal table say lines v_lines
and in the loop put one count varaible say v_count
then in the script put condition as below.
if v_count eq v_lines.
/:NEW-PAGE pagename ( say last)
endif.
Reward points if useful.

RaviYou are not getting my question Vicha... I am explaining you.....
For POrelated work....
Like SQL,PL/SQL file we keep it in PO_TOP/SQL directory
Shell Scripts file in PO_TOP/bin directory
RDF in PO_TOP/report...directory
Now i am confused here that we have to keep this Terms and Condition file in specific directory under PO_TOP
OR
we can keep it anywhere on Server in any directory.

Take a fixed frame inside the purchase order master repeating frame and place your terms and condition inside the fixed frame.
Hope this helps

Terms and conditions for materials
How do the Terms & Conditions appear in SAP.MM when a materials order gets cut?
Can SAP handle multiple legal Terms & Conditions?
One set of Terms & Conditions for materials orders and another set for service orders??We had implemented a similar requirement at a client.
The solution is as follows:
Have separate document types for Materials and Service POs.
Create separate standard texts (tcode SO10) for the legal terms and conditions for materials and service POs. Use them while printing.
In our case, we had separate legal terms and conditions based on material or services, the company code, etc. We had standard texts for all these and controlled it in SAP script (Version 4.6C).
Hope this helps,

I just noticed this while browsing
To receive your OS X Mountain Lion upgrade, you must complete the order form and provide an electronic copy of a dated, itemized sales receipt indicating the marketing part number(s) of the qualifying product(s) purchased. Order acknowledgments, packing slips, and purchase order copies are not valid.
Completed order form and dated, itemized sales receipt must be emailed by August 24, 2012.
highlighted the provision , when I filled the rquest this morning I din't see were to attach such receipt? is this the reason I haven't gotten my code?If the profile option, IBE: Enforce Terms and Conditions Review by User, is Yes and the user branches out from the order review page, the place order button is disabled and the user needs to accept the T&Cs again before he is allowed to place the order.
Please review the below section in the link : http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18727_01/doc.121/e13575/T349071T350337.htm#ibe_carts_ch
Terms and Conditions Page
For both B2B and B2C users, Terms and Conditions are displayed in the Checkout: Review Terms and Conditions page, if this functionality has been implemented (see the chapter, Integrating Oracle iStore with Oracle Sales Contracts). Users must agree to the Terms and Conditions on the order before finalizing checkout if the profile option, IBE: Enforce Terms and Conditions Review by User, is Yes. The buttons on this page are:
I Agree: This button move the customer to the next stage in the checkout flow, the Checkout: Review and Place Order page.
I Disagree: This button engages the sales assistance page flow and only displays if Sales Assistance functionality has been implemented (see the chapter, Integrating Oracle iStore with Oracle Quoting.
Cancel: This button takes the customer back the Shopping Cart page with no order committed.
Back: This button takes the customer back to the previous step in the checkout flow.
Terms and Conditions are displayed in the Checkout: Review Terms and Conditions page, and can be shown dynamically based on items in the cart, if required. This functionality requires additional setups detailed in the chapter, Integrating Oracle iStore with Oracle Sales Contracts.
