I have a demo version ERP Interface that i use to practice at home. I have booked an Order and after booking i have also done the ship confirm. Now, my shipping status is showing as "INTERFACED" and my Sales Order Line status is shown as "CLOSED". But after performing the Ship Confirm for the booked order when i am going to run the Autoinvoive Master Program from Receivables module the booked Sales Order Number which has already been shipped is not shown in the (Low) Sales Order Number and (High) Sales Order Number field of Autoinvoice Master Program. i am unable to understand about why this is happening. Please help.

    Hi,
First run workflow background engine with following parameters:
Item Type : OM Order Line
    Process Deferred : Yes
    Process Timeout : Yes
    Process Stuck : Yes
Also check invoiceable flag of item at org level in Invoicing Flag and also invoiceable flag in oe_order_lines_all table
Check the workflow attached in Order type and also current workflow status at Sales Order line level.

  • Autoinvoice master program to bring DFF values?

    Hi,
The business requirement is to capture a DFF at Claims - line level in Trade Management.
While settling the Claim with a Credit Memo, the DFF should be captured at the Credit memo line level in AR as well.
I am aware that autoinvoice master program can be tweaked to send custom fields to AR?
Can anyone share the setups/configurations/workarounds required to implement this?
    Greatly appreciated!

I don't think the tweak should be made to AUtoInvoice Master Program.
It should be made to the program that transfers data from Trade Management to RA_INTERFACE tables...I don't know the name of that program, but you'd need to modify that program to populate DFFs fields of RA_INTERFACE tables.

  • How do you add a due date 2 days from today in a workflow

So I'm creating a workflow that creates a task in a task list after I've added a new item to my clients list. So for example by adding a new client to the client list, a task will be set to 'Complete all contact details'. All I want to do is set a predetermined
due date, so instead of picking the current date or a specific date I want the workflow to work out the due date 2 days from today. How can I do this? Please note that I want to be able to change the predetermined due date in the same work flow, so for another
task I'd like it to be 4 days or a week from today.
    Thanks in advance! :)

    Hi Sarah,
    Thanks for posting your issue,
Go to your Tasks List and go into the List Settings. Click on the Due Dat column and tick the Calculated radio button. In the formula, put [Today]+2 and click OK. Go back to the list and select New and you'll see the Due Date is 2 days in the future.
If you need to do this within the workflow, you'd use an Add Time to Date action, setting it up to add 2 days to the Current Item created by field. Then, you'd use an Update item action to update the Due Date field to the date variable the Add Time to Date
    action output.

  • Running Payment Program before Due Date

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a problem.
I want to run the payment program -Tcode F110- before the due date and I need the document posting date to be the same as the due date.
How could I sort it out?
    Please help,
    Samuel

Your requirement can't be fulfilled by standard set-up, because SAP payment run can post with only one posting date in a single run. This posting date will be what you are entering in the parameters, and system will not split payment posting date separately based on Due date. You can group your items based on due date and can pay future due items as well but you can't split your payment posting with different payment posting date based on due date in a same payment run.
You can possibly do following workaround.
    - Run vendor open item report (T-code FBL1N) and sort it based on Net Due column (if net due date column is not available change the layout to populate it). And decide for items with which due dates you want to settle today. Lets say you want to settle for following due date xx/xx/xxx, xx/xx/xxx1, xx/xx/xxxx2
    - Then you should run three payments run separately.
Payment run 1 parameters-  Posting Date=xx/xx/xxxx, Next Posting Date=xx/xx/xxxx+1
Payment run 2 parameters-  Posting Date=xx/xx/xxxx1, Next Posting Date=xx/xx/xxxx2
Payment run 3 parameters-  Posting Date=xx/xx/xxxx2, Next Posting Date=xx/xx/xxxx3
Imp: Note that Posting date=Due Date and Next Payment Run Date=Due Date1 in the parameters+
This will involve more than one payment runs in a day but will satisfy your requirement

  • Payment made to Vendors before due date adjustment of Interest

    Hi SAP Gurus,
The Practical scenario of the client is like this
Suppose Invoice is booked on 01.10.2007 for an amount of Rs.100000. The due date for payment is 31.10.2007. But the actual payment is made on 20.10.2007.
In this situation the Client wants to deduct some interest for early payment which has to be calculated daywise.Assuming that the interest rate is 5% P.A.
The Interest amount should be calculated as Rs.1774 (Rs.1000005%11/31).
Then at the time of payment only Rs.98226 (Rs.100000-Rs.1774) must be paid.
How to configure this scenario in Standard SAP?
    Regards
    V.Krishnan
    (Points assured)

The Scenario explained is with respect to Vendors and Not Customers.
    Kindly advise in this respect.
Moreover interest calculation has to be made day wise for different line items
(ie) for one line item the payment would have been made 10 days before the due date. for another line item the payment would have been made 5 days before the due date. For the first line item the system should calculate interest for 10 days and for the second line item it should calculate interest for 5 days.
    Kindly advise

  • Payment terms - net due date same as credit days?

    Dear all,
I need to set up a payment term with 20 credit days, 2%. Invoices should be due also after 20 days.
I would like the payment term to be set up as follow:
    Term           Percentage           No of days
    1.                2                           20
    2.                                             20
The problem is that the system doesn't let me to set due date to the same number of days as the credit days.
We will have baseline date = invoice date for our payment terms, if that matters.
How could I acheive to have due date 20 days after invoice date (baseline date) and deduct 2% cash discount the whole time?
    Thanks and regards,
    Helene

    Hi,
Please create a payment term as below, if your requirement is "I need to set up a payment term with 20 credit days, 2%. Invoices should be due also after 20 days"
    Term           Percentage           No of days
    1.                2                           20
    2.                                             21
In case your requirement is to give 2% discount if paid within 20days and due net after that:
    Term           Percentage           No of days
    1.                2                           19
    2.                                             20
Hope this will solve your issue.

  • Liquidity Forecast not considering payment term / due date

I have configured liquidity forecast and it is picking up values just fine (ECC 6.0).
My problem is that in FF7B it is not taking "Payment Term" and "Due Date" in to consideration at all. Thus as a result not showing what is due on which date.
What do I need to do to ensure that FF7B (liquidity forecast report) show balances considering "Payment Term" and "Due Date"?
Or is here some functionality missing, or I am facing a program error?
    Regards

    Hi,
You do not have to give the Days there.
    Their functionality is different.
Assign 15 in Payment terms Tab in No of Days, Percentage should be blank.
Then the system will calculate the net due date 15 days from Document Date.

  • Defaulting Payment Term & Determining due date

    Dear All,
We are using the substituions to default the payment term to ZS28 for document type ZO.
In the transaction FB60 after entering the document date and other details, If I click on the payment tab the payment term is being populated correctly as ZS28. But the no of days and due date are being populated incorrectly.
I am trying to update the field BSEG-ZBD1T in user exit of the substitution, but this values is being overwritten before displaying in no of days.
For example I'm having base line date as: 03.08.2011
I am setting the field BSEG-ZBD1T = 25 in user exit, and I have to get the due date as 28.08.2011.
But the field BSEG-ZBD1T is modifed to 1 by the program and due date is displayed as 04.08.2011.
Please help me to get the correct due date and no of days.
    Regards
    Rakesh

    Hi All,
After updating the value in user exit, the value of the field BSEG-ZBD1T is being modified by the form 'EXP_TAB_009_BSEG' in program 'GBTAKFI0' .
Because of this I'm unabel to claculate the actual due date. Pls help on this.

  • How to generate 3 payment due dates& 3 posting against single invoice?

    Hello Experts,
Kindly provides some inputs on below requirement.
For example :- In the Utility Bill,
    Consumption months: June, July, August
    Meter Reading taken in August
    Billing Months: September, October, November
    Bill generated in August
Consumer receives the bill on September month
    Payment Due dates: 12 Sep 2009, 12 Oct 2009 and 12 Nov 2009
    Issues-:
1.How to generate three posting against single invoice?
2.How to generate three payment due dates for above postings in three consecutive months since payment due date logic is incremental in nature here, e.g.
    1st due date = posting date + 15 days
    2nd due date = 1st due date + 30 days
    3rd due date = 2nd due date + 30 days
    Requirement description:-
The utility generates bill quarterly for domestic consumers. For such consumers, the utility takes reading from the consumers premises after end of consumption period (quarterly ) and generates bill on the 1st billing month (here 1st billing month is September).
In the bill the utility divides total consumption into three parts (considering each part for each consumption month) and calculates all charge heads separately on each part. It however, consolidates and generates a single bill having three rows, each row showing charge heads of each consumption month and also net and gross amount to be given for each consumption month.
Moreover, three postings have to be generated in FICA against that single bill. Also, it provides three due dates to the consumer, each date falling in each billing month, to pay the above three net amounts respectively. Dunning and other activities should be triggered if the consumer fails to pay the stipulated amount by corresponding due date.
    Looking forward for valuable suggestions
    Thanks in advance

  • Payment on Average Due Date

    Hi
Automatic Payment Program considers due date for making payment to vendors.
Now i want to know if there is possible for making payment on the basis of average due date (calculated on the basis of amount and the actual due date).
    Requirement:
While posting vendor invoice, i will enter give payment terms and due date will be calculated on the basis of payment terms.
Now in one week, i need to make the payment on the basis of average due date for that week.
For example, on wednesday, i will make all the payment which are due in the entire week (i.e. monday to friday). Is this (average due date) possible for automatic payment program.

    Hi
Check the BADI 'MRM_PAYMENT_TERMS'. You have a sample coding. See SAP Note 1559443 - Changing baseline dates for payment terms for Spain as an example. This note is for a legal requirement, but I understand that it's a good example.
    I hope this helps you

  • Why do my recurring tasks have a due date earlier than the reminder date?

When I create a recurring task in the reminders app, it stores it as a due date 1 day sooner than the reminder date.  Thus, if I set a weekly task for Saturday, it shows up in my date view as being on Friday.  When I look at the details of the task, it shows that the due date was Friday and the reminder date was Saturday.  I know I set it up correctly (for being on Saturdays only) but it's being stored wrong.
This is happening only for the recurring tasks.  My single-use tasks are working fine.  Has this happened to anyone else?

    Caetano,
Thanks for the response! The only code it looks like I am getting is Exception Code 30 "Plan process according to schedule.
When you said that Forward Scheduling did not look like it had been executed which is what I thought. It got me thinking some more.
I ended up going to Tcode OPPR and checking Start in Past and there the system is set up to be "Control at plant leve"
Then I went to Tcode OMIT and the Start in Past check box was not marked.
So I would say we don't have Forward Scheduling set up at my location.
I am going to work on getting that changed and then rerun MRP to see if our release dates get brought in.
    Thanks again for your help.

  • How to send (Dunning) reminder before due dates.

    Hi ,
As per the customer requirement, i have to send a dunning reminder before due (10,5,2) days. Let me know if there is any standards available or any alternate solution.
    Regards
    KC
Edited by: SAPFINANCE on Jul 7, 2010 3:23 AM

yes if the any single due items are there to that particular dunning date, it is possible to print the not due items(open items) from the following setting.
Check in the dunning settings in FBMP. if you have to  tick  "print all Items" check box in Dunning levels tab. If this is ticked then it will cover all items.
without having any due item standard SAP will not allow to print dunning letter.
for example customer account having 5 line items, out of which one line item today is due date, remaining 4 line items not due as on today and it will be due on after 12.08.2010. If you run the dunning letter with today date system will show today due item and also shows the other 4 line items with due dates and days arrears. printout also shows the total of due items and account balances. due item  same as one item, account balances same as total 5 line item total.
due date showing future date for 4 line items, days errors showing days in Minus sign.

  • How to Retrisrct the value range of BSIK by due date

    Hi Experts,
Now I'm making a report of accounts payable open items. I want to use 'due date' as a select-option. However, there is no 'Due Date' in BSIK and it could only be calculated by function module 'DETERMINE_DUE_DATE'. So I could only select all records in BSIK, and calculate due date one by one, that makes a low performance.
Does anyone know a solution to this issue? Thanks very much.

    Hi,
There is no direct field for this in BSIK. You need to use the baseline date and then subtract the due date.
    Instead use :
ZFDBT: Reference baseline date used for calculation of due date.
Days from Baseline Date for Payment/ Due date = BSIK-ZFDBT + <Days due on selection screen>
For more information on due date/payment terms, check the below fields:
BSIK/T052-ZTERM-Payment terms which will hold the terms of payment
T052-ZTAG1 - Holds the no of days due.
    Thanks,
    Shiva
