Background Problem of Bitmap set to W3D

Ok, I have posted about this issue a while back but it was
never resolved. I have a program that allows the user to select
from a list of objects. The list consists of several different W3D
models that are imported into my 3D cast member after a mouseUp
event. There is another list that consists of different images
(JPEGS) that import into a cast member called pattern. After they
are imported, they are applied as a texture to the current W3D
model. I have the background set to transparent, and the DTS is
off. The program works fine as you go through and click different
textures, they are applied to the model which is overlayed on a
background I created. My issue comes when I try to print the scene.
To print, I set the image of the 3D cast member to a bitmap called
"Imageholder." Once this occurs, for all but one of the W3D models
I am working with, a background color is filled in the bitmap image
of the Imageholder and it is no longer transparent. The sprite of
the member "Imageholder" I set the background to transparent as
well. It has to be an issue with the export of the W3D model but I
don't know what to change. Please help, and thank you in advance.

Answered my own question....Finally! I thought to print you
had to set an image to the .image of the 3D member. Turns out you
can just print the scene with the 3D cast member.

I think, my problem is in function makeActiveByIndex, because it doesn't make active a folder and doesn't open it.
You can see it on this picture. Active layer set is "Skupina 1" and it is in layer set "hlavicka". But "hlavicka" is not open. WHY??

BUT as I want to utilise the money spent on the additional memory it would be great to use the initial account set up as my primary HOWEVER as far as I have tried the initial apple ID CANNOT be changed. Bit confused actually any usefull guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Problem with subform set

Hi scott,
The problem is with subform set and not subform. In subform set, we can give conditions to make only one subform visible at a time that satisfies the condition. First create a subform set having more than one subform. Now apply the conditions to that subform set. Check if it works. I m sure it wil work. Now just make a duplicate copy of the same subform set. Place it in the same form so that now two subform sets are available. Now preview the form. U wil fine only one subform set working and the other one doesnt.
We can use any number of subform set within a form. If different conditions are applied to each subform set , it works fine.
i wonder now wat wud u do in case if we are in need of two subformset having the same condition in a form ?

Background Problem (not opaque?)

I apologize for being a newbie - but after reading the manual still have this issue. I am trying to make an animated matte to place over a movie (with just two identifying logos in the corner). Even though my canvas is checkered - it doesn't render or export as opaque - but black instead. From my reading this is contratry to what should be...

Thank you, but unfortunately it did not work. When I select a background color (any) and set opacity to zero - still shows as black. I know how to create a matte in Photoshop, but I really want one that will animate between logos. I can't get a transparent background in Keynote either - in which case I'd export my files as QTime files and lay them over as a matte.
I must admit I am doing these things and importing them to iMovie (with Slick plug-ins for the mattes, etc.) Would things be that much easier in FCE? I have been intimidated with it to date. Thanks for any and all suggestions.

Have a look at the HTML produced by that code and you will see why. (Right-click on your browser when it displays the HTML and select something like "View Source".)
I don't think you need to do any of that. I suspect that<body background="images/myGif.gif">should work. Or perhaps ../images/myGif.gif.

Weird Problem with FSB setting

Hi all,
I've just come across a weird problem with FSB setting.
If I set FSB to 229 my machine runs @ 1.6Ghz only.
When I set to 230 it runs @ 3.2Ghz (as it should).
Any ideas what could be causing this?

Spry horizontal menu: submenu background problem in IE7

I am using the Spry horizontal menu in this website: http://www.isis-papyrus.com
It works perfectly on all current version browsers, but in IE7 the white submenu background only shows behind the actual text for each link and not to the border of the submenu box.
I modified the css to allow for dynamic sizing for each submenu (see below).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You solved half my problem!
I added the bg-color to the li and ul styles of the submenus (css below) and now the white background shows correctly in IE7.
The only thing I still would like to resolve: The hover style for the menu items (inverse bg and text colors) only works for the actual text of the link and not for the entire width of the submenu box.
Any suggestions?

Gradient Background problems

I have Enterprise version 8.1 installed on my machine and I am using it to reverse engineer some Java code. I would like to generate a few graphics in eps format, and I am having serious problems with the size when I export them as svg and translate them to eps. So, I want to turn off some of the background gradients, etc.
When I go to the UML Advanced options and enter the "Set Glocal Colors and Fonts" I can change the "packagelightgradientfill" and "BackgroundColor" to white from the lime green color (for example on a deployment diagram. If i click on OK or apply, I get a message asking if I want to change the other items. After about 10 second, the colors revert back to their normal green values. Is this something wrong with my installation?

Your installation is fine, the capability to change gradient background was not implemented in 8.1. If you try the UML module in NB6.0 (currently in Milestone 9) you will be able to simply turn on/off gradient for all elements, Advanced options -> UML -> Diagrams -> Gradient Background. The gradient start / stop color is still not customizable.

Menu Background Problem

I'm using a Quicktime video as the Background to my iDVD menu. It looks great in the Preview, but when I burn to the disk, it results in a badly digitized image.
What's the problem? The Quicktime file is 720x480 so it shoud be full TV resolution.
How do I ensure a 1:1 quality ratio from the preview to the finished disk?
My Encoder is set for "Best Quality" but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Actually, despite the names Apple has given the two
compression modes, for content under 60 minutes on a
single-layer disc, 'BEST PERFORMANCE' gives better
quality than the so called 'Best Quality' mode. Only
use 'Best Quality' when the length of your content
requires it.

I appreciate the response; I'm new to this whole thing. I'm not sure what the CODEC is, but I know when I watch the DVD, on TV or on a computer, the image is badly digitized.
How can I create a broadcast quality menu with iDVD? It works fine with a still image, but everytime I throw a clip in there, it's horrible. This is especially frustrating because the iDVD sample menus have movie clips in the background that look great before and after burning.

When changing between e.g. desktops 2 and 3, via CTRL-right-arrow, Mission Control annoyingly flashes the desktop 1 background before replacing it with the desktop 3 background.
I have replicated the problem on the other 27" iMac's I have access to, and with a variety of desktop backgrounds (e.g. only the Apple provided ones)
and with various amounts of RAM (8 GB to 16GB). It is a consistent problem on all 27" iMac's running 10.8 as far as I can see.

What happens if you just create two plain bitmap indexes without the join?

CREATE BITMAP INDEX lsa.AAB_V_CLIENTE_TIT_STUDIO_IDX ON LSA.AAB_VENDUTO(TITOLO_STUDIO) ;You can also go with normal indexes on the FK rows (cliente_id) and the optimizer can do a bitmap conversion from normal index to bitmap index if needed. Are the column values evenly distributed? If not you might need to go for some column histogram. but I don't have the impression that this is really useful in your case.

Tab menu background problem

I am using the spry tabbed menu and currently I have the
background image of the entire header section set to a repeating
image. I left the tabbed menu div background color and image blank
so that the header section will come thru. It works fine in IE 7
but in FF the tabbed menu adds a white background... here is the

Try to add a fixed height for the header container. I added
for this css rule: .thrColFixHdr #header the height:105px and seems
to work also in FF.

GDM and OpenBox - Wallpaper and background problem [SOLVED]

I have a strange problem.
I am using GDM as login manager. And I am using OpenBox as a window manager.
As soon as GDM appears on the screen, my wifi connection is connected... so its good.
But, when I login Feh loads my background picture and it disappears after few seconds..... I solved this modifying the autostart script (adding the sleep).
Now background stays, BUT not always. Sometimes it disappears.... sometimes not.
It seams that this problem is appearing randomly.
So my question is:
Is there a way to disable Gnomes (GDMs) background color and picture after loading openbox through GDM?
