BADI or User exit to update the data in a PO(ME22N or ME21N)

Hi,
I require a BADI or an user exit to update all the line items of a PO...
Please let me know if there is a badi or user exit that triggers before the saving of the PO..and also updates the values of all the item data fields..

we have checked above BADI;s but will not suffice the requirement;
The requiement is
While Creating PO(ME21N) and Changing PO(ME22N):
When the user tries to Save the PO:
All the line items should be accessible and can be editable.
If the validation fails, error message should be displayed on
the screen and user should be able to edit at that location.
Please let me know if there is any other way or enhancement point for the same...

I have a requirement to update the value in ALAN1 , ALAN2 fields while posting GR in MIGO. And also I need to access the value of realted PO (ebeln) and line item(ebelp) and equipment number(or serial number) EQUNR filed ,while doing the coding for this enhanemnet.
I was looking for Badi or User exit to meet the need. I have found a Badi MB_MIGO_ITEM_BADI, which I have implemented. I have put a break in the method and found that I can access all the value in the above mentioned field (IS_GOITEM, is the sturcture in the Badi signature) but one problem still persists.
I can see only the last line item(ebelp), in IS_GOITEM, where I need to see all the line item, so that I can relate which Equnr is assigned to which Lineitem.
Please tell me if you know any badi or user exit for this purpose.

          User Exit -- > to change the exchange rate on PO header on me21n screen

To find a user exit which update the Invoice header data

Hi,
I need a user exit which will update the invoice header data. For eg I need to update the fields RBKP_V-ESRNR and RBKP_V-ESRRE in table RBKP_V. I was using this user exit EXIT_SAPLMRMP_010 (Program ZXM08U16).But this is not working fine as this has no exporting parameter nor tables of structure RBKP_V.
I need for transaction MIRO.

Badi or User exit to modify MSEG data during Goods issue

Hello,
I have a requirement to modify the field plant MSEG-WERKS while doing goods issue of outbound delivery via transactiona VL02N.
Can anybody suggest me which BADI or user exit should i use.I have searched the SDN and all the previous threads on this haven't yeild any solution for this.

I am facing a similar issue of updating the MSEG-DMBTR field when Post Goods reciept is done in VL02n.
I hav tried to update the value in LE_SHP_GOODSMOVEMENT BADI and tried to modify the structure .
eg in this way

We are using ECC 6.0 and here is the scenario that we have to update custom fields into VBAP, LIPS and MSEG tables when these fields are entered on the sales order screen VA01,VA02.These field are added on this screen using Additional Data B screen.Also, These fields are there in VBAP and LIPS through Append Structure and MSEG through CI_COBL.Is there any BADI or USER EXIT for this.Thanks in Advance.

You can use exit ZXMBCU02 ( Function EXIT_SAPMM07M_001
in SAP enhancement MBCF0002 ). Here also whtever changes you make to I_MSEG will be lost as MSEG is an importing parameter. You can do something like this.
FIELD-SYMBOLS <F1> TYPE MSEG.
DATA NAME(50) VALUE '(SAPMM07M)MSEG'.
ASSIGN (NAME) TO <F1>.
<F1>-KOSTL = 'XXXX'.
( In above example MSEG-KOSTL will be set as XXXX, you can change any of MSEG fields in above way. ).

IDOC user exit to update the document flow of the delivery

Scenario:-
There is an inbound idoc for delivery through which the delivery is getting posted ...while reprocessing the idoc (BD87) i need to update the dates on document flow of the delivery. The date to be updated is coming from the idoc.
I have the function module(RV_DOCUMENT_FLOW_UPDATE_U) to update the document flow but i am not sure in which user exit it can be placed. I tried checking for some exits but nowhere i can find the delivery number to which i need to update through the FM.
I am using the standard idoc with the message type as -DELORD and the basic type as 'ORDERS03'.
Kindly provide user exit where i can use the date coming from the idoc (IDOCDATA) and where i can find the delivery no also.

I already checked VEDA0001, but the tables for the delivery is not getting populated as it is processing through BD87(Reprocessing Idoc). Is it advisable to use the export import parameter?. Exporting the idoc data from any of the user exit in VEDA0001 and importing it in some other exit where the vbeln is available.?

You can find BADI for transaction in different ways. Try with below methods
1. To find New BADI(Karnel), Run the transaction with debug mode(/h), keep break point at statement
    CALL BADI
2. To find old BADI (Classic), Keep break point at exit handler CL_EXITHANDLER=>GET_INSTANCE and         run the transaction
3. Check in SPRO transaction - Check with functional consultant in which business process this transaction    comes and any customization details available
4. Get pakage name of transaction and go to to tcode se84 enhancement browser . Try to find with package name, any enhancement available

Need a badi or user exit to update numbers at level of Goods Receipt level

Hi I need to update serial number based on combination of plant, company code and fiscal year while generating a Goods Receipt by using MIGO transaction code.
Step1) once run the MIGO transaction, here enter values of Purchase Order, Quantity, and delivery note and check the item ok check box for goods receipt.
Step2) Then check for any warnings and errors by clicking the check button/tabular
Step3) Finally post the goods receipt for the purchase order by clicking Post button/tabular.
Result:
Then system will provides the Material of Document number for the goods receipt of purchase order. That number like 5000000342.
Here client wants to put his number like V500000001.for one combination of plant, company code and fiscal year.
Example
Z TABLE AS LIKE BELOW COMBINATION
Plant                  company code             first no               end no               current no     FISCAL YR

Whenever end user generates a GR then System should display one of above number instead of systems generate value.

User exit to update the incompletion log in sales order for pricing error

Hi experts,
I have to check the some mandotory pricing conditions in sales order, if that conditions are not exist in sales order then i need to show the information message as well as i need to update it in incompletion log of sales order. (incopletion log we can see on menu bar 'EDIT' or ctrl+F8 on main screen of VA01). So that user can save the sales order but it will be in incomplete status.
I have completed it upto showing the information message using user exit 'MV45AFZZ', but after this i don't know how to update it in incompletion log of sales order for pricing. I tried to update in tables VBUK-UVPRS, but i am not getting the desired result.
Please anyone can tell me how to update it. In which user exit i can update the incompletion log.

I suggest you to make use of BTE 00001120. You can find documentation
for the usage of this event in transaction BERP, enter process
interface 00001120 > execute > Keep cursor on the event 00001120 and
then click documentation.

User exit for geting the Date of Production automaticaly

Dear Gurus,
We are using SAP 4.6C. We have activated expiration date check. When goods reciept of a batch happens, a pop up box asking date of production comes. Clients requirement is that this date has to be picked automatically and should be same as the posting date of goods issue made agaist the process order. Our process is that when we confirm the process order using transaction code CORK automatic goods reciept happens.
I want to know how should I proceed i.e which user exit I must used for the above requirement.
