BAPI/BADI/FM for condition deletion (MEK2/VK12)

Does any guy know any BAPI/BADI/FM to DELETE purchase/sales condition record as T-code MEK2/VK12?

Hi Leo ,
u cannt delete any Condition Record , but what u can do is " U can tick the Condition item record for deletion ".
to do so :
1.U have to get the Access Seq of that Condition , and get the condition number of that ConditionItem i.e check tables like A0*.
2.Then u have to make use of FM
SD_SALES_CONDITION_MAINTAIN

The BAPI you are mentioning will still keep the request entry visible in the administration tab of the infocube. Can I get it out of there as well like highlighting the request and clicking the "Delete"-button (which will remove the request and delete its associated data from the cube)?

BAPI or FM for Condition Pricing

Hi All
I need to develop a report that shows all the condition pricing (SD).
It is necessary to show the same fields of the pricing screen (VA03) - it would be a kind of simulation.
I would like some function that gives me a report similar to the screen of pricing condition - transaction VA03 - SD module.
I am trying to use the BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE, but I am getting only the aliquots of the taxes.
I am using 4.7.
Could you please advise?

Hi,
Bapi for creating Pricing conditions is BAPI_PRICES_CONDITIONS.
In this u need to pass value to the below parameters:
bapicondhd-table_no
operation
applicatio
cond_type
or
It seems the RV_CONDITION* function modules only supports to change or create a new price condition by copying an existing one.
else use
BDC.

FBE2: BAPI or FM for Changing and Deleting Payment Advice

I am looking for BAPI or FM for changing & deleting payment advice as we can accomplish from FBE2.
This is EC 6.0 upgrade issue for not be able to post using CALL TRANSACTION in background mode.
I tried the below FM's in the Function group FARMATCH, but all have them have the follwing code to select payment advice Header Table [AVIK].

                                              AVSID LIKE '09%'.    "This is not the case for my requirement

How to set the conditions for item deletion approval workflow?

I have created approval workflow for item modifications ie, when user try to modify an item, it will send a mail to Project Manager. For that I set the conditions in Change the behavior of the overall task: 1. When the task process starts 2 . When the task
process completes .
Change the behavior of the single task: 1.when a task is Pending.

My Requirement is that I want to set this same workflow for the scenario: when the user deletes an item it will send a mail (intimation mail for item deletion) to Project Manager. here i dont want to send modification mails when user deletes an item.
When user modifies an item: 1. intimation mail, 2. Approve/Reject mail 3. intimation for approval / rejection mail.
When user deletes an item: 1. intimation mail.
How can we set it in one approval workflow?? where i have to set the condition for sending either item modification mails or deletion mail.

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to start approval workflow when item deleted.
You should first make some changes to trigger the workflow when you delete the item.
You can use the Event Receiver to achieve it.
In order to trigger workflow on item delete you need to create event receivers and from event receiver call the workflow already attached with list.

There is no BAPI for it: just for creation, change, get list and detail.
I had the same doubt and then I tried FM AM_ASSET_DELETE_FROM_AI but it asks for a "AI_ID" which I don't have during execution time.
If possible, do a Batch Input to AS06 as it is very simple.

BAPI/BADI for mass upload

Hi Everybody,
I want to mass upload all the entries in EK01 and EK02 from an excel file (or any legacy system)rather than manually entering all the details which consumes a lot of time.Althogh we can do it through LSMW but if there could be a a BAPI/BADI/program to do the same. Please suggest me the same.

Its an IMG ( customizing ) activity hence you wont find BAPI / upload programme for the same .
Only tool which i feel for the requirement mentioned is LSMW . As you wont be configuring your system on a frequently basis , its rather a one time activity .

There seems to be no BAPI to set deletion flag for MO.
Quick Approach:
You can copy an existing BAPI module BAPI_ISUSMORDER_SETSTATUSTECHN, for example, to Y_BAPI_MORDER_SETSTATUSDEL, and then edit this copy
change the code in the existing lines for screen 3000
PERFORM BDC_DYNPRO USING 'SAPLCOIH' '3000'.
PERFORM BDC_FIELD USING 'BDC_OKCODE' 'LVMS'. (Instead of current 'ARCH')
It should hopefully work.
fyi: The orders can be set with Del flag only when they are in CLSD status

BADI(Business Add-In) is the object oriented method of user exits...
Each BAdI has a definition and more than one implementation. The definition means the methods(in class concept) that are used for performing various functions. The BAdI definition can be viewed in SE18 transaction(for standard ones) and user-defined BAdIs can be created in the same transaction as well.
When you create a BAdI definition, an class interface will be automatically created and you can define your methods in the interface. The implementation of the methods can be done in SE19 transaction

BAPI or FM for AKE1

Hi all,
1) Do we have any BAPI or FM to create/update/delete records from AKE1/AKE2 tcode? I searched SDN, but in vain.
2) One post was left unanswered in which the question was whether BAPI_PRICES_CONDITIONS can be used for AKE1 tcode?
3) Can BAP_PRICES_CONDITIONS be used for create/update/delete conditions from VK11/VK12, or is it only for creation of conditions?
My original requirement is only point (1). Others are just for my info.
Please post your solutions or suggestions.
