Hi,
You can use this FM "/SAPNEA/SMAPI_ORDER_CREATE". I haven;t tried this but you can still give it a try. Mention the Reference Order Type and other data in the header work area and pass it to the FM.

BAPI to create Sales Order with reference to contract

Hi All,
I am trying to create Sales Order with reference to Contract, but although the
order gets created, it does not contain reference document information.
The BAPI I am using is BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.
Would someone know which parameters I have to papulate,or have any other suggestion
how to accomplish my task?

Time-indepement Scheduling agreement with reference to contract

I want to attach pricing procedure to scheduling agreement, so I change LPA SA from time-dependent to time-independent.
But after the change, I can't reference contract to create SA. error message as below "Contr. release order only allowed for sch. agmts. w. time-dep. conditions".
How shoud I do to attach pricing procedure and create SA with reference to contract at the same time?

BAPI to create equipment hierachy with reference to another equipment

HI,
is there any BAPI to create equipment hierarchy with reference to another equipment.
i.e. in selection screen i pass two equipments, one has hierachy and another one don't have hierarchy.
then it copy hierachy first equipment hierarchy and create same hierarchy for second equipment.

There are no standard BAPI to do that.You will have to create a custom program which would read the current equipment hierarchy and build the hierarchy from the lowest level, by using the equipment create BAPI and Equipment install BAPI.

I am getting pop up to enter serial number while executing the custom program.
Which table contains the serial number(effectivity parameters)?.

I have custom screen fields on notification service!

Dear all,
I'm on R/3 4.6B platform and to develop an RFC for outbound Delivery creation instead of using the standard VL01N transaction.
I've review BAPI for Outbound Delivery Creation with reference to Sales Order - VL01N thread which suggest BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC .
However, in 4.6B, that function module doesn't exist. Appreciate any suggestion and or workaround.

Function module for Create service order with reference to sales doc (RAS )

Hi All,
I have to create a service order (type SM03) with reference to sales document (doc type RAS, in other way it is called as repair order).
I have used function module 'ALM_ME_ORDER_CREATE' && 'CO_ZV_ORDER_POST' to create service order and its working fine but problem is that i am not able to create linking between repair order and service order.
Can anyone suggest me function module, BAPI to create service order with reference as sales document (RAS) so that all related details of sales document will automatically reflect to service order..

Try this function module BAPI_ORDER_MAINTAIN. Just search with BAPI_ORDER* in SE37 you will get some more functions.

Error in modifying Schedule Agreement with reference to contract

I have created a Schedule Agreement with reference to a contract manually.The contract is of type MK, while the SA is of type LP.
The contract contains one Material which was successfully added to the SA.
Now I am trying to automate the same using BAPI BAPI_SAG_CHANGE. This causes a short dump in the system -
Runtime Errors       MOVE_CAST_ERROR
Exception              CX_SY_MOVE_CAST_ERROR
Short text              Dynamic type conflict when assigning references
Error analysis
    An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
    The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_MOVE_CAST_ERROR', was not caught in procedure "GET_CREQS" "(METHOD)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause. Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the exception would occur, the current program is terminated. The reason for the exception is: It was tried to assign a reference to a rereference variable using the
    'CAST' operation ('?=' or 'MOVE ?TO'). However, the current content of the source variable does not fit into the target variable.

    target type: "\FUNCTION-POOL=MEOUT\CLASS=LCL_OUT_ITEM_CON"
Information on where terminated:

In the source code you have the termination point in line 105 of the (Include) program "LMEOUTP2F". The termination is caused because exception "CX_SY_MOVE_CAST_ERROR" occurred in procedure "GET_CREQS" "(METHOD)", but it was neither handled locally nor declared in the RAISING clause of its signature. The procedure is in program "SAPLMEOUT "; its source code begins in line 101 of the (Include program "LMEOUTP2F ".
The following data was populated before calling the BAPI:(along with itemx table also)

item-agreement
item-agmt_item
The entire logic consists of updating the contract first with a new line item and then adding a line item in SA with reference to the new item in the contract.
The contract updation is working correctly [BAPI_CONTRACT_CHANGE].

Having requerment To create sales order with reference of onother open sales order.
Example: there open sales order which having qty of 20 for that 10 qty as already billed , for remain 10 qty as to create the new sales order with reference to the excsiting one.
Please guide me how do it.

In this function module fill up the all necessary Details.
With details in Item Table we haveto give the Fields PREQ_NO and PREQ_ITEM for each item .
then it will creates the PO with PREQ.

I have to create sales orders with reference to a contract. When I do the recording on lsmw the line items in the sales order are assigned a number from sap. I need to keep the line item numbers the same as per the contract.
