BELGIAN DOWN PAYMENT REQUEST --Need a feedback experience URGENT

Hi all,
The case concerns the down payment request in a belgian company code:
1/ The process begins with the posting of a FAZ document type from SD module (through transaction VF01) => Therefore a down payment request is posted in FI with special G/L account "F". This document is a statistical document.
2/ But in the belgian legislation this statistical document should be in program RFUMSV00 and therefore the VAT must be declared.
I found a program(RFUMSANF that SAP developped to create another document in reference of the down payment request document issued from SD but with a different numbering. The fiscalist told me that he can't accept because the belgian legislation said that it's the down payment request number that must appear in the declaration and in the solution provided by SAP we're obliged to create a new document number => Therefore there is a gap in the sequential numbering generated from SD.
If you have already faced this problem, thanks for telling me what were your answers and what kind of solutions have you implemented to solve this problems.
I take any help.
Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi,
The concept of Downpayment is to have the advance payment received booked in the system by creating a downpayment request/invoice.
In your case the Downpayment Request is 100%, so it becomes difficult to apply the same to the Invoice in the Payment window.
Through Internal Reconciliation window, the same cannot be reconciled. Check Note no. : 1340606 regarding the system behavior.
The following options can be checked in the COPY of the database :
1) Option of applying the Downpayment Request and the Invoice and making a payment of 0.01 cent and then transfering the same to the Rounding account.
2) Checking the option of AR Reserve invoice in case there is 100% Downpayment.
Please check and consult the account of the company.
Kind Regards,

  • Help Needed with creting down payment request without tax from order

    Hello,
We are trigerring a down payment request from sales order. There is no tax to be collected on down payment. When the billing document is created SAP copied over tax elements from order and posts a relevant tax code on the down payment billing document. How can we force a zero tax code on the DPR billing document?

    Hello Pankaj,
I think you don´t want to determine any tax condition?
Try to assign requirement 84 to your tax condition(-s) in the pricing procedure. This requirement helped me not to determine
other condition types in the down payment billing document.
If you just want to determine a different tax code the solution could be to define a new table (key kombination) in the access sequence assigned to your tax conditions. That new table could include the billing type in additional to other criteria and can help you to determine a different tax code with otherwise identical parameters.
    Hope this helps.

  • CO Object Assignment Error while posting Down Payment Request

User is raising a Down Payment Request for the purchase of an Asset  through a Purchasing Document. This Asset Master has got the cost center and WBS Element assigned in it.
System while saving the DP Request is throwing an error that “CO Account Assignments has different Profit Centers”
I have also checked the cost center master but the profit center assigned there is correct only. Should I check the OKB9 settings ? If yes, for which GL Account do I need to check ? Where else can I check the CO Object Assignments for profit centers ?
    Requirement is critical. Please help.

  • Making Down Payment Request using BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST

    Hi, all...
I faced a problem while I'm testing BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST to make down payment request(F-47), so I need some help.
I've found a BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST in down payment about this topic and followed its parameter settings except for currency settings.
In that posting, the accountpayable-pymt_cur and currencyamount-currency are set different currency.
While I set the two fields with same currency(USD). Belows are my source codes.
      DOCUMENTHEADER-OBJ_TYPE   = 'IDOC'.
      DOCUMENTHEADER-OBJ_KEY    = '$'.
      DOCUMENTHEADER-OBJ_SYS    = 'D10CLNT200'.
      DOCUMENTHEADER-BUS_ACT    = 'RFBU'.
      DOCUMENTHEADER-USERNAME   = SY-UNAME.
      DOCUMENTHEADER-HEADER_TXT = 'DOWN PAYMENT REQUEST'.
      DOCUMENTHEADER-COMP_CODE  = '1000'.
      DOCUMENTHEADER-DOC_DATE   = '2006.09.01'.
      DOCUMENTHEADER-PSTNG_DATE = '2006.09.01'.
      DOCUMENTHEADER-DOC_TYPE   = 'KG'.
      ACCOUNTPAYABLE-ITEMNO_ACC    = '0000000001'.
      ACCOUNTPAYABLE-VENDOR_NO     = '0002314908'.
      ACCOUNTPAYABLE-GL_ACCOUNT    = '0091120100'.
      ACCOUNTPAYABLE-COMP_CODE     = '1000'.
      ACCOUNTPAYABLE-PYMT_METH     = 'L'.
      ACCOUNTPAYABLE-PMNT_BLOCK    = 'A'.
      ACCOUNTPAYABLE-BUSINESSPLACE = '1001'.
      ACCOUNTPAYABLE-PYMT_CUR      = 'USD'.
      ACCOUNTPAYABLE-PYMT_AMT      = '123,438.0000'.
      ACCOUNTPAYABLE-SP_GL_IND     = '2'.
      ACCOUNTPAYABLE-TAX_CODE      = 'RR'.
      CURRENCYAMOUNT-ITEMNO_ACC = '0000000001'.
      CURRENCYAMOUNT-CURRENCY   = 'USD'.
      CURRENCYAMOUNT-AMT_DOCCUR = '123,438.0000'.
But the function returns an error:
'Enter a payment currency different to USD'
But if I would set with different currencies, it returns an error:
    'Balance in transaction currency'
If the ACCOUNTPAYABLE-PYMT_CUR and ACCOUNTPAYABLE-PYMT_AMT were remained empty, it returns
    'Balance in transaction currency'
What should I do about this currency setting.
Someone please let me know about doing this right way.
    Thank you.

    Hi,
Just in case you found this thread with the same problem.
At least in my case what was happening is that I wanted to leave the currency fields blank (the same currency as payment value) but I was filling in ACCOUNTPAYABLE-PYMT_AMT, so was receiving error telling me that currency fields could not be empty. And if I set them to the same as payment, I would receive a message telling me that currency must be different.
If you want to use only one currency you don't need to fill in these 3 fields:
    ACCOUNTPAYABLE-PYMT_AMT
    ACCOUNTPAYABLE-PYMT_CUR
    ACCOUNTPAYABLE-PYMT_CUR_ISO
The same probably applies for the ACCOUNTRECEIVABLE table.
    Cheers,
    Erick

  • Down payment request: posting using BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST

    Hello, Gurus!
We have a problem with posting DPR using BAPI.
We can't carry out DPR for a Vendor.
    The following parametrs were set:
    1) BSTAT = 'S'
    2) ZUMSK = 'A'
    3) BSCHL = '39'
    4) SHKZG = 'H'
    5) WRBTR (negative sum is written)
    6) GLVOR (business transaction) - RFBU
    7) we also set assignment to a Funds reservation document.
When we try to execute BAPI it returns an error RE 041 "Amount in document &1 &2 may not be exceeded".
Perhaps, FM-PSM thinks that we try post a credit memo...
We used F-47 before, but we need to use the BAPI.

    Hi,
I had the same problem with posting a down payment request using BAPI. Actually, it seems SAP does not allow to post this kind of document "natively". Therefore, you have to implement a BADI (ACC_DOCUMENT) in order to make it work.
    1. Be sure you have the latest notes applied for BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST (especially note 561175)
    2. As for as DP request, call BAPI with DOCUMENTHEADER, ACCOUNTRECEIVABLE and CURRENCYAMOUNT filled with your needed lines.
In my case, I set SP_GL_IND to 'F'.
    3. In your implementation of BADI, in method CHANGE, set ACCIT-BSTAT to 'S' (noted items) so that balance check will not take it into account. You may customize your line if needed.
This should be enough to have your document posted. I can give you more details should you need help.

  • Down Payment Request--URGENT

I need to configure down payment request in OBXR for various down payment accounts for customers. In SAP we have F as special gl indicator for down pament requests. I have about 4 to 5 customers with different recon accounts. Some of the customers with common recona ccount need to be assigned different liabilty account. In down paymetn request, when I create anotehr gl indicator for eg. 1 or G and check mark on noted items in properties I get teh message that only F special indicator is for down paymetn requests. How do I create otehr special indicators for down payment requests because the system does not let me create any other specail gl indicator. I checked in OBXB where F is set up as special gl indicator for down pmt request. There is no button to add more special gl indicators there.
Please help me with this. THis is urgent. Thanks
    Lakshmi

The confusion here is that you are trying to create a new Down Payment Request Special GL indicator. You do not need this. What you need to create is a new Down Payment GL Indicator.
Remember when you do a down payment request (special GL F), the system does not post to any reconciliation account. It is just a noted item. It is only when the down payment is made that the system posts an entry to a provisional liability (usually special GL A).
If you want  to accomplish the above issue, you can create Special GL items (just like A) but do NOT make them noted items. Only F should be a noted item. Then link these new Special GLs to Special GL F, in the field Target Sp GL ind. Then you can attach the new codes to the different reconciliation accounts that you want.
Special GL F can still remain on the original reconcilation account, as said above no postings are made when you do a Down Payment Request.
